First Class Pizza really came through for us. During the Halloween rush our order was delayed and delivered to the wrong address, but they immediately owned the mistake and offered both a refund and a gift card. Their food has always been good, but this experience alone is worth a five-star review. They kept their word and turned a rough start into a genuinely positive experience.

This place was big in my single years (20 years ago), and I loved thier pizza, well it's still delicious and amazing. Customer service was wonderful, the restaurant was a bit sad looking but at least very clean. Most importantly, the food was amazing and perfect for a stressful day like today. Best pizza ever! When ever I want pizza I get it from first class pizza, only the woodbury location. I've been to the other one on accident and they were so rude, because I interrupted watching a game. This location is so generous ithas the toppings. Perfect pizza!

I love First Class Pizza in Irvine! The pizzas are fresh, delicious and they put tons of toppings on their pizzas. Check out the picture! Staff has always been nice and the food comes out quickly. They have TVs that are usually playing sports so you can watch the game there as well. They also have an amazing selection of craft beer. They have beer you can't find anywhere else! Parking is easy and free. You can dine inside or outside on the patio. Make sure you check this place out!

We went on a rainy day, so it was a little cramped not being able to use the patio. That being said, the food was delicious. We ordered a pizza, wedge fries and baked ravioli. Kid and parent approved!

Walked in and received my large pizza with a smile. Box weighed a couple of lbs, so I know it was "loaded" with toppings. Gotta go now to eat it!!!

First Class Pizza is a cornerstone of the Woodbury community. No, you're not going to find the same pricing as a chain restaurant--But that also means the quality of the food is so much better! I have never had a bad bite of food from FCP, whether it's their salads, potato wedges, wings, pastas, sandwiches, and of course their pizzas. My recommendation is to order online or over the phone if you are in a hurry. I've never had any issues with my orders not being ready as expected. This is the high end pizza you can expect from a name such as First Class Pizza. Plus, you get to support a family owned business with friendly owners!

I’ve tried multiple pizzas here and the one and only pizza that makes me come back… is their Great White. It’s so good. I’ve tried it both regular crust and thin crust, I think I prefer thin crust. One day I’m going to dine in instead of take out, I’m guessing the pizza will be better fresh eating it out of the oven. But seriously. Order the great white. Chicken. Mushrooms. Alfredo sauce. Parmesan. Can’t go wrong. Thank me later! Parking - in the Woodbury plaza. It gets busy! But it’s a free parking lot!

Vegetarian pizza is the best.with fresh ingredients I wish they wear gloves when they apply ingredients specifically cheese.

First Class is my go-to for my 5:00 dinner panic and I realize time got away and I have no plan. The spaghetti and meatballs with extra side of meatballs and the (OMG) breadsticks never fail to save me! Always ready in a percentage of the time it would otherwise take me to make such a meal. So worth the money and delicious.

Pizza was pretty good, crust is nice and airy dough. Toppings were plentiful! Service was a little lacking, they also charge $1 for ranch which seems excessive after spending $30 on a pizza. Soda machine had no carbonation and the staff didn't seem to know what to do or care. So overall, good, but not great. If you are just going for a take away pizza it's probably a 4/5!

First, I placed my order and expected a reasonable wait time. However, after waiting for an excruciating hour and fifteen minutes, there was still no sign of my pizza. Not once did anyone from the staff bother to inform me about the delay or provide any updates. It felt like I was being completely ignored, and my presence as a customer did not matter at all. When I finally approached the staff to inquire about my order, I was shocked by their rude and dismissive attitude. Instead of apologizing for the delay, they acted as if I was the problem for asking. Their unprofessionalism was astounding, making an already bad situation even worse. To top it all off, the pizza, when it eventually arrived, was mediocre at best. After such a long wait and terrible service, I expected at least a decent meal, but even that was a letdown. It was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for First Class Pizza. I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was. The lack of communication, the rude staff, and the subpar food all contribute to this being one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. Save your time, money, and patience by choosing a different pizzeria. First Class Pizza is anything but first class.

The pizza is good. We've been here three times over the last year and each time it took a while to get our 2 mini pizzas. The first two times it was over 45 minutes and the restaurant was half full so I understood the wait a little. Today we were the only ones in the place and our 2 mini pizzas took...40 minutes

I’m a DoorDash driver and had a very frustrating experience with this restaurant. When I arrived, I was told the order would be ready in 10 minutes. I stood right next to the counter and waited. After 20 minutes passed, I asked again if the order was ready — and suddenly they said it had already been sitting there ready. There were barely any customers at that early morning hour, and multiple employees were working. This means they simply ignored the order and made me waste my time for no reason. This is extremely disrespectful to delivery drivers. Our time matters — we get paid per delivery, not for standing around while staff neglect orders. Very unprofessional service and terrible coordination. Restaurants like this make the job much harder than it needs to be.

I am leaving this review because the lack of consistency has become unacceptable. On one occasion, the bottom of the pizza was completely burnt black. Another time, the pizza was way too salty. Most recently, the dough was undercooked and raw in the middle. It feels like there is no standard recipe or quality control here; the quality is different every single time. Sending out a pizza with a burnt bottom shows a complete lack of basic inspection. And serving undercooked dough was truly upsetting. Is it really that difficult to provide consistent taste and quality? I hope the management takes this seriously.

If you enjoy crest without any toppings, first class pizza is way to go. We are a large Hawaiian pizza and about 2/3 of the pizza had absolutely nothing on it. The quest was good that I would not spend $35 again for crust. I don’t know how place like a same business, but somehow they do, at least for a while! Dixie.
