I had ordered a pizza for our Anniversary and I wanted to surprise my husband and send him a pizza (his favorite food) with I love you written out in pepperoni...He lady who took my order said oh yes we can do that no problem....He got the pizza and it was a plain regular pizza not the way I described I wanted....He sends me a picture of it and I was pretty disappointed..I called the store to complain and the manager was very polite and apologized and made the right pizza for us and personally delivered it and also gave us a ten dollar gift certificate...He saved the day!! And turned a disappointed customer happy!! In today's world it's all about the service I understand we are human and we all make mistakes but take ownership of the mistake and making it right makes a big impact...Thank you Main Street Pizza!!

For mushrooms pizza there’s not enough mushrooms. I ordered super thin but it’s just normal for me it’s not thin. When I came to the store to pick up my pizza worker mapped the floor and once my pizza was ready she didn’t even washed her hands and just took my pizza after washing the floor. What?!

Ordered an hour in advanced and my food was not ready when I came in to pick up. $17 for a breakfast burrito that did not have nearly enough ingredients for the price. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Hey there. Im the honest reviewer. Pizza itself is good yes. The wings were... really bad. It was very gooey and soggy. Basically meaning old. Don't recommend getting them but perhaps you'd think differently.

They need to get rid of their highly offensive political posters that make the store very uncomfortable. I saw that and immediately left and told all my friends to not shop here. I’m also part of large group chats and told peers about this offensive, dishonest store (see dishonesty mentioned in other reviews too!). I have friends currently in Iran who say outsiders misrepresent their beautiful country. It’s heartbreaking when outsiders who don’t even live there (clearly the restaurant is in Irvine!) insult a foreign country. It’s fine to have personal political opinions, but this is a restaurant and should act like it if it truly wants to be a welcoming place to customers. Not an offensive political hub. If they want to turn their location into protest central they should make that clear so others can bring posters too.

Signs say open until 8:30pm. All the lights were on and the neon Open sign was lit. I pulled up at 7:50 (40 minutes before closing). As soon as I parked, the girl inside ran to the door and shut + locked it. She never looked at me or acknowledged me. She just pretended I wasn't there as she proceeded to turn off all the lights and the neon Open sign. Nice service. Well done. First and last time here.
