We come here whenever we want to celebrate something big. It's where you want to splurge on a fantastic piece of meat. Bringing it out on a hot plate adds to the expensive feel. Yes, they have plenty to offer. And everything on the menu is mouthwateringly great! But do not waste time or money on anything other than the meat. I would rather skip that appetizer and tag that amount to the steak instead. All cuts are on point and melt in your mouth. The staff is very friendly and is accommodating. They will get you the right drinks to match your food order; very smart. It's a steak house. They offer seafood and the sort, but when you're here, just get the steaks. Else, don't be taking up spots where meat lovers can be enjoying their food! Also, make sure you reserve a few days ahead!

We started with the shrimp and fried calamari—both came out hot and flavorful, with the shrimp in a buttery sauce that was great with bread. For mains, we had the filet with shrimp and the ribeye with lobster. The filet was tender and juicy, while the ribeye had that bold, rich flavor you’d expect—pairing it with lobster felt like such a treat. Beyond the steak, the side dishes are rich and flavorful— spinach and mac & cheese are definitely must-tries. Service was attentive and everything came out perfectly cooked. Great spot for a classic steakhouse experience.

I usually like Ruths chris wherever I go. This place is no exception, the food comes out super fast, servers are attentive and knowledgeable and everything is always well executed. We had the Ruths chopped salad, Button Mushrooms, Asparagus, and the cowboy ribeye. The meat seemed a little tougher than what I am used to from other Ruth's Chris locations but everything was just as tasty and well flavored. My only gripe was that my water glass was left empty for a few minutes, something I'm not used to and something that I get annoyed with pretty easily.

Always such a wonderful dining experience at Ruth's Chris! This is the third location I have visited (Anaheim, Irvine, and San Diego), and each experience keeps you coming back for more! Love dining at the counter/bar at Ruth's Chris when I'm in town for business (solo traveler). The Steak Sandwich is a masterpiece of flavor cooked to perfection with a generous portion of sliced filet and bernaise sauce wrapped in soft and crunchy garlic bread. Also comes with a side of fries or a Caesar Salad. Pair it with a bodacious glass of red wine. Malbec was the perfect choice! Enjoy!

The general manager Scott was so wonderful and runs a great restaurant. The food was superb! The service was bar none. Astrid and Dylan did not disappointment. So personable and knowledgeable. From the appetizer to the dessert the food cannot be beat! The service,food and atmosphere created a wonderful dining experience for my husband and I as we celebrated our Valentine's day. We are from Arkansas and used to frequent the Ruth's Chris there but I have to say that this experience will be hard to beat! Thanks so much to all of you!

I've been dining here since 1998 when they first opened. I eat here a minimum of once per month. I love dining in the bar and really appreciate the crew and the great service they provide. They are all really pleasant as well. I enjoy the happy hour food menu and order the Porterhouse for 2 nearly every visit... I like to order a fresh hot plate half way thru the steak to keep it at its best...

Tried their happy hour menu for the first time, and it didn't disappoint.  Their happy hour prices might be regular prices to others, but for quality food, great service and atmosphere, it's worth it. We ordered the spicy shrimp, steak sandwich, and goat cheese & artichoke dip. Shared these 3 appetizers and down with some good cocktail drinks or wine, top with good company and conversation, it's a happy occasion. Initially thought that 3 appetizers won't be enough to share with 3 people, but we were wrong. Can't even finish the bread on the steak sandwich so I ended up picking just the steak. It was tender and tasty. We didn't even finish the goat cheese and artichoke dip, maybe because of the bread was filling at every bite. We'll definitely be back for more, happy hour and/or dinner.

This is one of their better locations. The food was on point and the atmosphere was great. Alicia made it a perfect night when ordering and making sure everything was on point. Even got to meet the manager that night and made sure we were taken care of. The seafood was really good and the crab cakes were excellent. So you already know the steaks were superb.

The steak is done perfectly, absolutely delicious. There are two reason why it didn’t get 5 star from me. First, as an elegant restaurant server should know cutlery sign language, but they are very nice. Second, when they took the dishes away they did it very noisy. Ruth Chris is no longer a great steak house, but it is still at least good. Filet was excellent, service was clumsy and perfunctory! It must be very hard to find good people who care about their work and the customers! It was just ok. No greeting at the front reception, seemed too busy at 5:15 this evening to even glance up and acknowledge our presence. At an expensive high end restaurant I’m going to have to lower my expectations from now on or stay home and have a better meal and definitely better service!

Food is generally nice. very delicious steak, but little chewy lobster. Service was worst of all known-to-be-fine steakhouses. This guy, who was our server, was a very bubbly kido like young man. He was so excited and all in love with himself. He talked in high pitched tone, with happy mood, in fast speed while being quick to move onto his next agenda(while restaurants were not busy at 8pm. there were many empty tables). Dont even know what he said as he was passing by our table and making that bubbly, all-happy-to-himself tab onto our table. Please grab some senses and fix both foot on the ground. Dont be flying in your happy world of feelings. Focus, when you are working for others. Don't randomly tab my table when I am eating and you are just passing by, on your way to somewhere else. I should've given low tip, but just gave standard tip(18-22%).

When you go to an expensive place like this one you expect exquisite food and outstanding service (in Europe for that money I was able to visit the restaurant with 2 Michelin stars). But unfortunately this restaurant did not meet my expectations. I brought my 6-year-old daughter and she was offered a kid's menu. When a waiter appeared to take our orders he ignored a child and disappeared just after he took an adult's orders (I just opened my mouth to ask what my kid is gonna eat but the waiter already went disappeared)  Then when he brought our food we joked that "everyone forget about the kid" and only then he payed attention. After bringing our food he again did not bring any drink for the kid and I had to catch him again and remind that the kid's menu comes with a drink. I was disappointed with the food too. The lobster bisque was simply awful. But when I mentioned that it was inedible our waiter told us that it had a taste of burned food because of sherry liqueur and "some people really do not like it". But he did not propose to substitute this dish or to take it from our bill. Also though our reservation was at 6:30 p. m. they were already out of mashed potato and potato gratin (undercooked potato covered with greasy yellow cheese) that they brought instead of it was inedible too (sorry but I visited multiple restaurants in Paris and London and know how potato gratin should look and taste). The steak was good but the lobster was not tasty. Creamy spinach was good. When it came to the dessert we ordered the creme brulee (that was good) and a chocolate ice-cream for my daughter from the kid's menu. Unexpectedly the waiter brought 2 ice-creams for my kid - chocolate and vanilla and mentioned that it was "for free" (I believe that he realized that he ignored the kid all the evening and finally decided to do smth but in the place like this the least I wanted to hear was "for free" - usually in upscale places they mention "a compliment"). Thank you for bringing 2 portions of sugar for my kid instead of providing her a good attentive service. Portions for adults were tiny (see the pics). Still left a 20 percent tip (the check for 2 adults and a kid was $310) but I am definitely not coming back.

We went to Ruth’s Chris to celebrate my son’s 15th birthday, expecting a nice dinner and good service — but unfortunately, we got the opposite. They sat us in a room next to the loudest table in the whole place, which completely ruined the atmosphere. Our server was barely around — maybe came by twice to refill our drinks the entire night. My son ordered a medium rare steak, and what he got was basically raw in the middle. When we sent it back, they overcorrected and gave it back burnt. At that point, it felt like they just didn’t care. Overall, a disappointing experience on what was supposed to be a special night. We expected way more from a place with their reputation and prices.
