OMG , I am officially a CHICKEN SALAD CHICK ! I tried this place for the first time, a couple of weeks ago and now I can’t stop promoting it. You all might as well make me a brand ambassador, the way I am sold. Anywho, the customer service was amazing and the food was even better. There are many options to try from, but I am stuck on the buffalo chicken and jalapeño holly. I get the buffalo chicken on a croissant… delicious!! I will definitely be back, hopefully not everyday, but then again… what can you do when you’re a chicken salad chick !

Great lunch spot!! I was skeptical at first because I don’t usually eat chicken salad but I loved it. I got the fancy Nancy on a croissant with a grape salad. All delicious.

I love this place. Their chicken salad is hands down the best and I will continue to come back for the consistency and variety. They give you a bunch options and the meals come along with an extra scoop of chicken salad, crackers, a pickle, and a cookie! Well worth it. I wish they stayed open later but I’m satisfied going for lunch every time.

Surprised at how much I liked this place. Barbie-Q (BBQ) chicken salad on a croissant and the Buffalo Barclay chicken salad were both excellent and don't sleep on the sugar cookies! The Loaded Potato & Chicken Florentine Soup, Broccoli salad and Grape salad were all great too!

Great food and service! Wonderful selections of chicken salad flavors! This place has a feminine feel, but can satisfy a mans appetite! This was a weekly lunch visit when I worked nearby, now they need a location near Tollway/121! The little cookie desert hits the spot every time!

First time going I was just amazed. They are friendly and fast. I haven't even gotten my drink when they had my food on the table. Now I am going at least once a week because I love their croissant sandwich. Also, get at least one thing out their dessert menu you won't regret it.

Our new favorite place. Eaten there 3 times in the last week. Good service! Easy parking. Wide variety of flavors. I love the classic, Olivia's flavor, and today the Sassy. Great flavor and seasoning. Taste is fresh, even the bread is fresh and delicious. The sides are.good, especially the broccoli salad...so sweet and crunchy. And the cookies are also perfect! Mini Market allows you to take some to go for dinner or lunch.

Friendly staff. We got the melt with the classic chicken salad. I wish the chicken salad had some seasoning. The toasted croissant was the only seasoning that sandwich had to offer.

A good place if you’re craving chicken salad! I got the jalapeño holly chicken salad on wheat bread, I wish they gave more chicken salad, seems a little skimpy with their portion. The chicken salad itself tasted great, just the right amount of spice from the jalapeño. Definitely will be back to try other flavors of chicken salad!

great food. however this location didnt even give us the saltines and cookie included in our meal at dine-in.

I had very high expectations for this, given all the 5 star reviews, but it was just average. I tried the classic carol, sassy Scotty, jalapeño holly and buffalo barclay. The chicken is a finely shredded chicken, luckily it wasn’t drenched in mayo. But they all lacked flavor. No celery either. Maybe I just got the wrong flavors. About $10 for a croissant sandwich with an extra scoop on the side. Definitely order online during lunch time, the place gets packed.

We drove all the way from California to try. Unfortunately it didn’t meet our expectations. Nothing special. To processed. The Store and restrooms were immaculate and clean. Staff was friendly But it just tasted like a processed chicken salad which I guess works for this price point and that’s fine. Was just expecting more. Even the croissant was weak :( If we had to pick one - we liked the the spicy the best. They have many locations and we wish them well, it just wasn’t our cup of tea.

Expensive but the chicken salad and tea are good. Over $30 for two which is crazy but things are expensive. Tried to pay with a $50 bill. They refused saying they don’t take anything larger than a $20 bill. My total was almost $40 and they still refused. Terrible policy especially since it’s so darn expensive.
