Great little fast food place. We ate in and had a nice clean table. Love the crushed ice pellets for our drinks. The chicken strips were decent. Really enjoyed the house made dipping sauce. The yeast rolls were the bomb! My only suggestion is that they use real honey for them instead of the sugary stuff they call honey.

I recently tried Golden Chick for the first time after moving to Texas. I got Chicken Strips and a chicken thigh, and while good, I was not blown away. HOWEVER. On my second visit I got the chicken wings. This will be my go-to order from now on any time I visit. As far as fast food fried wings go these are top notch. Peppery and delicious, great crunch, and kicked up a notch when paired with the white gravy. The fries are decent too, similar to Popeyes except more crispy.

I always wanted to try this restaurant out. The food was just OK, the chicken tasted a little dry, but the catfish was good but very small pieces not worth the money they charge per each piece, perhaps maybe an off day for Golden Chick and would love to try back again some day...

I just left this restaurant. I ordered spicy tenders with fries and a lemonade. Tenders weren't spicy and the lemonade wasnt mixed well. It was just syrup at the bottom and water at the top. Poor quality assurance at this location. I've been out of state for a year and just wanted some good ole Golden chick. Avoid this location if you can.

The food was nice and warm tenders are really thin, ordered with a large sweet tea and got half way drinking took the lid off to chew on the ice and boom a fly was in there how???🤢

Great tastes but the 3 fish fillets looked like nuggets or 1 small fillet cut into 3. Not what I paid for! Bread was great but tea no good. O love Golden Chick but this is not what I am use to.

The worst service ever! It was 2 male cooks and a female working. No one acknowledged me when I arrived. They told me it would be 11 minutes for roasted chicken and for me to ask my customer if she wanted fried thighs instead. She confirmed yes and I them continue to wait another 5 minutes for somebody to acknowledge me so I can let them know that she wanted the fried chicken Then the make cook told me it'll be another 5 minutes for him to bag everything. Mind you the female employee was on her phone at the window. I took a pic but I didn't have the option to upload it. After me being there for 10 minutes the male cook came back out and said they only have one though🤬🤬🤬. The worst experience ever I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE RESTAURANT!

We love the food, but this is the second time they forgot to give me the French fries. And the price is expensive and the tenders are smaller, imagine they count this as one is a scam… check picture

They should have tell the customer at the counter they’re out of legs and thighs before they even charge. I paid for what I didn’t wanted and told me they’re out after they charge me and they don’t seem to care about the customer. I really like their slogan but their chicken didn’t match it. Meat is too dried and salty and more worse it’s not what I ordered!

Chicken was lukewarm and raw. *Update* Sent a message to the company that same day, have yet to hear anything back. *2nd Update* Have tried to get in touch with someone about this. No response to date, save your money and go elsewhere. This was the most disgusting experience ever.

Ordered food on DoorDash. Called and spoke with manger prior to my order being delivered and specifically asked that my chicken be spicy because for the past few time it has not been. I got my order and was disappointed to see that yet again the seasoning was not on all of the tenders. I have to scrape seasoning from the box. The manger decided to argue with me and hang up in my face while on the phone. So since he wants to make it seem like I’m lying I thought how about a review and to no surprise I’m not the only one. This location is not ready for Togo orders. The Managment is sloppy which is a huge reflection of the entire establishment. Also I won’t even go into detail about the fact that it’s not hot. Not even lukewarm.

I ordered through Grubhub today and order was completely wrong. I ordered a Golden Tenders Combo, a 3 piece Southern Fried Catfish Combo, 1/2 dozen yeast rolls, and additional sauces. I got an order of tenders and fries and 2 drinks. The box even has someone else name on it. I tried calling the store over 8xs and it goes straight to voicemail. Grubhub is issuing me a refund, but I will never order delivery from Golden Chick again.
