We ordered a massive order via DoorDash and by no fault of the restaurant the order wasn’t going through. The restaurant went above and beyond and took extra care of our order! Food is delicious!

My friends and I have been ordering from Ghost Kitchen for over a year now. We have only had (mostly) positive experiences. The food has always been good-arguably one of the most authentic cheesesteaks you can find in Ithaca. Their sliders are amazing-with burgers that are cooked well (medium to medium rare). The desserts are also quite good. What could they do better? Well, as you can see from other reviews, sometimes the customer service is not great. The only "negative" experience we had was the time we ordered pizza and it took over an hour and a half for the order to be ready for pickup...and the estimated time for pickup was half that so my friends were waiting outside in the car for a while for the order to be ready. Bottom line: the service is not always consistent, but we have always had great food from them.

We got the chew steak egg rolls and they were amazing. The BBQ chicken wings were crispy. They forgot my fries for the panini, but other than that the food was solid for a late snack spot.

I ordered shrimp and red pepper Alfredo pasta from here last night, they forgot to add the shrimp but if I’m being honest I wasn’t that upset about it and didn’t go back cause the pasta was honestly really really good. We also got the onion rings which were also fantastic, very crispy! Definitely will be ordering from here again (but hopefully they remember the shrimp next time haha) thanks for the great service!

While it was a quick and easy order, they packer failed to include all of my other. No bread and obviously no extra bread like I ordered. And the $5 credit is great, but I still don’t have bread for my meal which in the end is the experience you are selling.

Tried this place twice. Got mushroom sliders the first time and brisket sliders the second. I love that there are options for how many sliders you get; most restaurants give you 3, which is a bit much for me. 2 sliders and a side is perfect. My 1st experience was alright. 3/5 for the slider itself. 5/5 for speed. My 2nd experience with this place makes me never want to eat its food again: 1) this place doesn't know what a brisket is 2) the meat I got was mostly fat 🤢 it was basically inedible 3) the onion rings were my meal's only saving grace

We ordered a burger and cheese sticks , the burger was great , the order came fairly quick but instead of cheese sticks we got bread sticks which we did not care for , we called back and let them know and were told no problem we will deliver the cheese sticks in 15 minutes , well they never showed up and the restaurant closed !! Great Service ??? The food is good but pretty expensive so when you pay for something , you should at least get it or get reimbursed .

Ordered an Eggplant parm. One slice of eggplant. All pasta. Over $20 bucks. Never again! Waste of my money! I would love to request a refund but their restaurant is named something different than what’s in door dash. Better business bureau?

The pasta was sauceless basically. Did not add the right toppings either.

“Homemade pasta” with alfredo, the pasta was a higher priced option, I chose it, I got very obviously regular OVERCOOKED pasta… For $30 that is INSANE, and it wasn’t even good… Way too salty, I also ordered a fried chicken sandwich and a half order of mac n cheese from This same Ghost Kitchen and received a HORRIBLE grilled cheese instead, and the “Mac n cheese” was Mac… n Kraft singles melted…. spent $40 on take out and it wasn’t edible. None of this is worth it!!!!!! If I could give a negative star review I would give it -5!👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The order was prompt. The delivery driver was courteous. Nothing about the people was bad at all. The food though? This was the worst food I've had at any restaurant in others. That's not hyperbole. The food was abysmal. The mac and cheese seemed more like someone had whispered "cheese" from across the room than like it actually had cheese in it. It was just an unseasoned, cheeseless bechamel! The pasta was mealy, like it was reheated after sitting in a refrigerator for days instead of being cooked today. The chicken noodle soup was even worse. It was obviously days old and reheated! The pasta was mush, all broth had soaked up, and it had a weird, sour flavor like it was going bad! Absolutely do not ever order from here. You're going to get spoiled leftovers for dinner.

I just spent $40 total to get slimy pork sliders, cold Alfredo, food that was left at the doorstep on its side(leaving an oil stain on my rug), and rude service. The online platform gave me a 25min delivery time with no status update, it then stopped tracking the order altogether at this preset delivery time—yet, I had received no food. So I call the manager after giving them another 10min, who tells me it’ll be another 5 or so mins. He told me he couldn’t give me an exact time because the delivery driver was unresponsive to phone calls... So I give them another 20min and call back and I get hung up on. My food finally arrived an hour after they said it would and I have already described the state of that.
