Kaman ordered three patties with cheese no bun low carb style. Had zero problems. Manager even came out and hand it to me personally. Food was hot fresh and fast. Keep up the good work!

I've never had a bad experience at this location and it's all due to the wonderful Somma, with her wonderful service and beautiful personality. 10/10 would recommend coming here!

Quintavious and his crew displayed absolutely excellent customer service despite it being late night. They were friendly, attentive, and got our order out in no time. Absolutely pleasant late night experience and a perfect way to end the night.

My husband and I stopped by this location in Jacksonville after a doctor's appointment and he has only been one time before in Tallahassee. He was excited because he heard such good stuff about whataburger. Was a bad service in Tallahassee but we were honestly grateful we tried it again because from the moment we walked in and Somma created us in an absolutely awesome way. Friendly and suggested options for my husband (he is so indecisive). Food was hot and incredibly good. Definitely stopping again when he has another appointment. Clean environment also.

Swung through here around midnight last night and everything was awesome. The guy working the drive through was so nice and all the food was hot and fresh.

This Whataburger has gotta be one of the best ones in Jacksonville. The service is phenomenal. The food is always fresh. I highly recommend coming to this one. Especially The manager Mara, She's amazing. She made my experience one of the best at Whataburger..

I received a friendly greeting. I already. Knew what I wanted some hot. Delicious pancakes. That are big not like McDonald's small and can you fill nobody? I don't want no bacon. No sdosage. I took him home to eat them and they were delicious. I would recommend what a burger for breakfast and lunch and dinner before going to McDonald's or popeye's.

I placed a large group order online, but accidently chose AM instead of PM on my pickup time. When I arrived 12 hours late, Christy, the manager, and her staff remade my complete order, hot and fresh, in a matter of minutes. Excellent customer service and the food was delicious!

It was my first time at Whataburger and it was pleasant. Angela was really nice and helpful and was patient with me as I decided what I wanted. She told us to take a seat and brought our food out when it was ready. Food was good and the banana pudding milkshake was perfect. Definitely recommend and will be going back when I visit Florida again. Thanks, Angela!

Came in earlier around 2 … And I was amazed by all the employees! The place is very clean and well kept. Alejandra was very understanding of me and my families needs, my father is still learning English and she helped him understand the menu and was very patience with him and my kids. Having a diverse staff has made him and me feel much more comfortable, will be coming back!!

So far, this location has been great. Have yet to mess up a single order. Staff and manager are always polite and the store is always clean. Keep it up. *Update* Still an ok location but every time we've gone in lately, all the tables have been dirty and trash on the floors. Have messed up one order so far. Was nice while it lasted.

Wanted to stop by and try this new location since we are excited to have something open 24 hours! For Whataburger this place is pretty average but it’s super clean and brand new so I’d give it points above the rest for that alone. Going to try something different next time because I thought my burger was extra dry for some reason. Staff was friendly & fast

Protection “Big Facts” Reasons

It's one of the newest locations, so far, and I'm happy to say that it's always clean inside and out, compared to some other Jacksonville locations. I take my hat off to the managers, especially the dark skin female. She checks on customers to ensure you've been taken care of and if everything is correct with your order. I had one issue there, which caused me to leave due to one of the younger employees, but this manager took the time to hear me out and address the issue. I wish I knew her name, so that I could give her a big shout-out

I just left, and I ordered onion rings, which is clearly on my order summary, but I got French fries. I realize this one is newly opened and everything, but I orders onion rings because of my diabetes to keep me off the French fries. I will eat this, I'm not upset. Just letting you know, maybe a little bit better quality check before it's handed to the customer.

Each time was about seven or 8 PM during the week. It wasn’t busy inside or outside. There was nobody behind me and yet I was asked to park. If I wanted to park and wait, I would’ve went inside and ordered. The crazy part is, I didn’t even order anything out of the ordinary, just a meal and a shake. For the price we pay now for fast food and the time we have to wait you might as well go to a sit down restaurant and at least get better quality food.

My recent visit to Whataburger was a complete disaster from start to finish. I spent over 30 agonizing minutes waiting for my food, only to watch my order be handed to someone else. The sheer incompetence was mind-boggling. After pointing out the mistake, I was forced to wait even longer for a remake, but the nightmare didn't end there. When my "new" order arrived, it was just as wrong as the first. This location's staff shows a complete disregard for customer service and a total lack of attention to detail. It's clear they are in dire need of basic training. Until they can get their act together, this Whataburger should shut its doors. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone—not even my worst enemies.

Review isn’t for me, but on behalf of someone I was on the phone with while she was getting food here. After placing a mobile order, she sat at curbside for 40 minutes, before having a manager ask what the name on her food was. She told them, and they said hang on, and went inside. They were polite but never came back, and she had to pull around to the drive through after another ten minutes of sitting there. When she pulled up to the window, no one was polite, they gave her food, and then when she asked for her drink, the manager asked her what she was missing and took several minutes to give her the drink. On top of that, the burger she ordered was ice cold. She had to wait an hour to interact with people who were not apologetic or welcoming and then didn’t even get quality food. As someone who was merely an observer, it was infuriating, so I can’t imagine her emotions. She won’t be back at this location and neither will I
