1st time to ever eaten at a Whataburger! The lady taking our order was very nice. Alejandra came out gave us our drink and took our payment. And said she'll be right back with our food. My daughter got the jalapeño burger meal and said it was delicious. 10 out of 10 she said. The burger was the size of her hand. I got a large fri and a large onion rings. The food was super fresh!!!! Definitely will be back to eat here! Keep up the good work with the food and customer service!

I have only had whataburger a couple times and wasn't impressed hut tonight I wanted to give it another shot since this location just opened by my house and i'm glad I did!! the gal who took my order (I think her name was Mya?) was so kind, so patient, and just gave great service. the food also surprised me. it was super fresh and tasted good! their food reminds me of mcdonald's but bigger patties lol anyway this place was great !!

I took him home to eat them and they were delicious. I would recommend what a burger for breakfast and lunch and dinner before going to McDonald's or popeye's.

Started with a welcoming greeting from Somma! Yall are lucky to have her! She was super friendly and helped us decide what to get. We had a poor experience at a different location long ago and swore to never return. Well I’m glad we gave Whataburger another chance and more glad that we chose this location!! The sweet and spicy bacon burger is delicious!!! The onion rings are top notch. And the customer service is amazing!! I’ll also add how clean this place is, even the bathroom was spotless!!

My husband and I stopped by this location in Jacksonville after a doctor's appointment and he has only been one time before in Tallahassee. He was excited because he heard such good stuff about whataburger. Was a bad service in Tallahassee but we were honestly grateful we tried it again because from the moment we walked in and Somma created us in an absolutely awesome way. Friendly and suggested options for my husband (he is so indecisive). Food was hot and incredibly good. Definitely stopping again when he has another appointment. Clean environment also.

Swung through here around midnight last night and everything was awesome. The guy working the drive through was so nice and all the food was hot and fresh.

No online ordering...which I prefer so I can make sure what I want, is what is ordered. So, I went in and ordered on the kiosk. While ordering, some employees were gathered at the counter chatting. One girl was very free with the words she used, cursing freely in front of me. My order was one hamburger with onions. And a double hamburger, no onions, on Texas toast. The one hamburger had no onions...my double hamburger had onions, on regular hamburger bun, and one piece of Texas toast.

Wow... Super disappointed. Wanted the banana pudding featured shake and was told it wasn't available. The high cost burger ordered was sloppy and the fries were cold.

My wife and I were so excited when this location opened. Tonight we decided to get dinner from our Whataburger and we're disappointed. The service was impeccable. Our order was almost identical; double bacon jr, two apple cranberry salads, with chicken; one fried and one with grilled chicken. One medium vanilla shake and one strawberry shake. The shakes were excellent, it's the only thing they got right. The salads were completely wrong, not the apple cranberry salads with chicken but rather cobb salads with no chicken. The double bacon jrs were not only missing the bacon but the patties were very over seasoned. So bad that we couldn't eat our burgers. So disappointed

The food was cold but ok but the service was not the best. I pre-ordered my food for curb side pick up and witted for 15 min then went to the drive thru to get my food and sense I waited so long my food was cold.

My husband and I ordered 2 burgers and the Cranberry, Apple Chicken salad. Got home the burgers was extremely salty to where we could not eat them. No bacon (which we ordered)and there was no chicken in our salads. I so wanted this work; but providing food like this, can be your quickest down fall.

I came to this store 3 times to purchase things, each time k have to double back because items are missing. Each time Jalessa has a stank attitude! The fact that she is their so called manager should be an embarrassment to this company. I have a large family so I spend 75 80 every time I come. I just got off of work and came back like Camille told me to, with receipt in hand. Not asking for my whole meal replaced like I know that I’m able to just fixed what was missing and jalessa wants to argue through the speaker instead of listening and being professional. I just left work after 10 hours I’m not in the mood for her attitude. I hope y'all correct her or the next time I will just gladly go inside and see if her attitude is the same as it is through the box.

After placing a mobile order, she sat at curbside for 40 minutes, before having a manager ask what the name on her food was. She told them, and they said hang on, and went inside. They were polite but never came back, and she had to pull around to the drive through after another ten minutes of sitting there. When she pulled up to the window, no one was polite, they gave her food, and then when she asked for her drink, the manager asked her what she was missing and took several minutes to give her the drink. On top of that, the burger she ordered was ice cold. She had to wait an hour to interact with people who were not apologetic or welcoming and then didn’t even get quality food. As someone who was merely an observer, it was infuriating, so I can’t imagine her emotions. She won’t be back at this location and neither will I
