The Blarney Jamaica Reviews
Great sports bar, my dad use to come here to watch the games, passed away. So sentimental spot for me. All drinks cash only, Great music from jukebox
Nice bar, had a good time. Unfortunately my friend got out of hand and was (justifiably) asked to leave . He said 3/5 stars regardless.
Great place. Great music, great prices and friendly and inviting atmosphere. Bartenders can land a plane in a snowstorm

They don’t serve food anymore. The place is excellent drinks are great service is outstanding I would recommend it to anyone who wants to go to some where safe and friendly.
Great place for few quick beers while killing time between flights. $6.00 for a pint of Belgium Stella. Super friendly ppl. here.
Great spot to stop close to Jamaica station. Bartender was very friendly.
I really had a great experience here! The bartender was really friendly. And the drinks here were a lot cheaper than other parts of New York. Stumbled into this bar while I was waiting for my flight out of JFK. And the bartender and patrons that visit this establishment made sure I didn’t miss my flight. One lady even helped walked me to the AirPort Express Train and paid for my ticket to ride it. I will always have great memories of this place. And will definitely be back in the future if I’m in the area!
Great time. Andres is the man.
Stumbled across the bar, when we had a wait for a train to Fire Island. Was made very welcome by the bar tender and locals and enjoyed a couple of nice pints and a some entertaining stories. Will definitely return if we ever come back to New York
Gary the Barman made my waiting time for my connecting flight amazing. I loved to talk with him while having a cold beer. Thanks Gary! If I am back in NYC I will come back again. Cheers DANY (the german guy)
We came in from Chicago for a memorial service. We had the worst experience after getting off the plane!! Thank God for Pete and Mackie at the Blarney Bar! They were so nice! The Bar is so charming and has a great small town home feeling! My husband and I really enjoyed the place! The best experience we had in Queens!!
Best bar to hear soul music in the USA! Drinks are fresh at good prices. Was a stranger but felt welcomed. Cool spot.

Not as sketchy as the neighborhood. Great poors, great hole in the wall Hit it up
I was there for a party which I enjoyed. However, they definitely need some help with the bar . 1 person making drinks and the place was busy. Get some more help!
Chris and LC are amazing bartenders. Place is clean. The two owners are very nice. I love the way they decorate for the holidays.

Went there to participate in an open mic hosted by Kenny 'Kenjazzo' Rivers... nice event, nice crowd... they have them 2-3 times a year... got to read a few pieces off my own...

Drink prices are very reasonable. Also has a jukebox oldies & current music. Nice bartenders. The crowd is super nice. Love it
The music played in the Duke box very nice I somewhat feel that the alchohol is watered down in some white drinks like bacardi etc but all in all the bartenders are very hospitable not a bad place for locals

No frills bar for locals and MTA workers. It's has its own vibe. Cannot explain it. If you belong, you will feel it. If you don't feel it, you may not get it but it's interesting
INCREDIBLY rude bartender! Was starting daggers at us a as soon as we walked in. Had us (4ppl) leave bc we didn’t order a drink as soon as we walked in. Sat with my friends to decide what we were drinking and not even 5 minutes he was LITERALLY yelling at us to order or leave… with only 6 people in the whole bar. RUDE! Probably why the bar only had 6 people in it
As soon as I walked in, it was extremely hot. The bartender was beyond RUDE. No greeting, and he made it super difficult to order. Then, after we attempted to order 2 regular margaritas with a cranberry juice on the side, he proceeded to say “How do you want the drinks? It seems like you don’t know how to order one.” Sir, I’m sorry. Aren’t you supposed to be the one providing a hospitable environment, for people to enjoy themselves? I guess not. He proceeded to say that he did not want to serve us. Even though we did nothing but ask questions about the drinks. No menus. Customer service garbage. Unless you only want shots, don’t even come here. Not worth it.
