This is a tiny modern Caribbean kitchen spot in Jamaica, Queens. They are serving up a nice mix of classic Jamaican dishes along with some healthy salads, soups, and interesting options like coconut rice. Large orders can expect a longer wait time so order those in advance! Rasta Pasta with Shrimp 9/10 The pasta is creamy and a little bit more than al dente which I like. There was a lot of shrimp and it was seasoned perfectly and cooked just enough so that it stayed moist and tender! Rasta Pasta with Salmon 9/10 This is an excellent deal for salmon and pasta! The salmon is soft, fresh, with sweet sauce to complement the savory flavor. It's a perfect mix of healthy and heavy food. Curry Goat 9/10 Perfectly spiced, savory with medium curry strength and the meat was super soft and falling off the bone. Soup of the day 8/10 This is an excellent chicken soup. The broth is thick and savory. The chicken is falling off the bone. Chunks of potato and carrot to top it off. Lots of flavor! Jerk Chicken Sandwich 8/10 It's spicy and reasonably priced and it comes with some slaw. I think it could be dressed up a bit but it's good. Kale Salad 8/10 It's a healthy and delicious mix of greens and veggies like cucumber, tomato, mango, corn. Braised Slow Cooked Oxtail (Large) 7/10 I'll have to try this again because when I got it, the oxtail wasn't falling off the bone like I expected. I think it needed more time in the slowcooker. It also needed some more spice. Yard Style Jerk Chicken (Large) w/ rice and peas 7/10 The chicken is juicy with mild spice and the container was packed but I think the rice and peas was dry. The coconut white rice is better. Plantains were great.

Jerk chicken sandwich and mango salad are great! Jerk chicken has the perfect kick, and the mango kale salad dressing is just right.

Some of the best oxtail I’ve had. Very flavorful rasta pasta and perfectly fried plantains. Only downside is that it’s in a food court but that shouldn’t matter to you.

RyRy's Kitchen catered our team lunch today. The customer service experience was very positive and everything was smooth from beginning to end. The food was amazing! So flavorful and a good amount of food for us. We got the kale salad, Rasta pasta, curry empanadas, sweet plantains, chicken wings (which were so meaty) and jerk chicken. Everything was so good! We will definitely be ordering from RyRy's kitchen again.

The most authentic Jamaican restaurant in nyc..firstly i must compliment the staff for their friendly demeanor, and welcoming smiles A+. Secondly, the food omg ,well seasoned to the bone, finger licking good, the presentation of the food is absolutely attractive and price is unbeatable very cost efficient, with full portion, the restaurant front is clean A+. It was an honor to support this gem and will be back. When in NYC make RyRy’s kitchen the #1 go to restaurant.. Chefs kiss.

I placed an order for my birthday and the chef made it extra special. Flavors were on point and so fresh. I LOVED the caribbean shrimp tacos. Def a must try.

I had such a wonderful experience at RyRy’s kitchen. The customer service was immaculate. I had the jerk chicken with the rice and peas, with oxtail gravy, and let me tell ya, they did not shy away from the gravy. I also had the Mac and cheese balls. Also had the jerk empanadas. All so good. My one complaint, and this isn’t their fault, is that the building is so hot in the summer, there’s no air conditioning so it interrupts the culinary experience a bit. However; I’ll be back.

We had a Family Event and the food was catered and we had tons of praises. The chicken was such a big hit. Everyone kept asking me about the Kale salad, which I thought was going to be left back but it was the first to go. Will definitely use for all events.

The salmon and Rasta Pasta were some of the best I’ve ever tasted! The customer service was excellent, and I even had to call the chef out personally to compliment him on the amazing food. This was my first time here, and I am truly impressed. I will definitely be back!

Great customer experience, really friendly and good vibes. The food was great, especially the honey garlic wings and salmon. The salmon was a bit pricey but definitely worth the taste. Highly recommend this place!

Chef Ryan is wonderful - subbed some of the dishes to accommodate us for dinner when our original items ordered were not available. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, and healthy. One of our new and favorite spots to go to!

First time getting food from them. Honestly the first time I ordered(via Doordash) a month ago they ran out of oxtails and cancelled my order. This time I ordered Oxtails, Jerk Chicken Empanadas and Mac & Cheese via Seamless to pickup. They cancelled the jerk and Mac. Pretty disappointing. But besides that the oxtail were meaty and flavorful. The sauce tasted tomatoey which was fine. Rice & Peas were fine as was the cabbage. Id get food again I just need them to either have food advertised or edit their online menus to what they actually have.

I was taught not to behave badly for food, but this is absolute foolishness ! I brought 3 to share among family because it was a rave previous orders and they decide to serve scraps today. .. The slaw makes the meal. If you do not have the ingredients to serve a decent meal, don’t offered it ! Simple.

This was my first time ordering from. This restaurant, however I got to say I'm disappointed. I did an online order and order two large jerk chicken meals. For $18 dollars for each box I expected actual meat, what I got was three pieces of meat in each container and all of it was bones. After inspection there were all backs of a chicken or something. No legs or thighs nothing. Don't think I will order here again

Want to experience bad customer service and cold food? Just come to this place. Ordered the jerk sandwhich and when I took a bite it was cold I told that too the man in the front counter no apology or nothing. I told him I dont want a refund but instead a small curry goat. Ate the curry goat when I got home and it was chewy just disgusting. Should of saved my time and went to Mcdonalds instead!!!!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant. I called early in the morning to place a catering order and clearly explained everything I needed. I even let them know I was willing to pay a deposit right away. The young lady at the front took my phone number multiple times, saying her pen wasn’t working and she needed to repeat it for accuracy — meanwhile, I was running late for work. When I called back , I realized I had received no missed calls, no follow-up, nothing. The same young lady then told me they assumed my order was a prank. Because of that, they never prepared the food, and I had nothing to pick up. This was extremely unprofessional and completely avoidable. If they were unsure, they could have simply called to confirm. Instead, I was left without the catering I needed after giving them all my information and time. I will not be recommending this place based on this experience

Good food but awful customer service , and atrocious and unprofessional behavior from staff. I called to order jerk chicken sandwich over the phone they confirmed my order. After traveling far to pick up the lady laughs in my face and says I’m sorry we don’t have any jerk chickens sandwiches today. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Absolutely bullshit behavior. Have ordered multiple times
