E 2nd St Domino’s is honestly the best Domino’s I have ever ordered from. We order from here quite a bit and they have always made our orders 100% correct and perfect! The employees are very nice and make the food as fast as they can, which is usually within 30 minutes for the most part. Definitely my favorite restaurant and recommend this store to everyone!

I'm totally obsessed with Dominos, the food is amazing, i prefer to order online you save a lot with using their coupons and the delivery is fast and delivery workers are all friendly they have a good team working for them.

Definitely good most of the time. Every now and again they forget to cut the pizza, but it's no bid deal, I just roll it up and eat it as a burrito. I also love how the drivers never judge me for the dank milky weed smoke that rolls out of my home when they deliver. It's almost as if the dark ceder and fruity undertones of the ganja smoke puts them in a better mood. Highly recommended.

I showed up at 1215 ,45 minutes before closing and ordered 6 pizzas. They weren't excited about it , but the young man did make them and he was polite while taking the order. He was also polite when I came back to pick them up. Thanks.

Ive never really been a fan of domino's. Im a coach bus driver from out of the area and didn't have too many options considering not being able to leave the bus and didnt want to lose my parking spot. I ordered a medium pizza and their garlic knots / twists. The woman on the phone told me 15 - 20 minutes. It was literally 20 minutes and the delivery girl was here with my food. 2 thumbs up. It was hot and fresh. I was impressed.

Workers were working so hard being short staffed, with orders coming through, food was perfect for me everytime tho. Customer service was great and timing was on point. The woman who works behind the counter deserves a raise for her hard work and dedication to pleasing customers. Thank you!

The pizza was good but service was horrible!! I got there and pizzas weren't ready so told the guy which he clearly could see vehicle I was in parked in front of door , I would be waiting in my vehicle. After observing thru the window not one employee was wearing a mask nor were they wearing food safety gloves, besides touching everyone's food they worked register touched the door, and I sat in my car after realizing it had been 20 min. Went inside and cashier was sort of snippy with me. The food was good other than all the negatives, which explains why they had so many people out with covid last year.

Great staff! The drivers are fast and courteous! Plus the bread sides are always delicious!

Using pinpoint delivery was Great! Let you know when your pizza goes in the oven when it's out and when it's out for delivery and then you can track it all the way to you. The delivery drivers I've had were helpful. Respectful and professional. They make good pieces, I've always liked Domino's and the only issue I have is without any promotions or coupons? It's just way too expensive For one large pizza for one person, let alone an entire family. The only time I order from Domino's anymore is if they have coupons and promotions.

Prices have gone up too much as everywhere. I don't personally like the new automated phone system. I paid almost double the price of a pizza I guess because I didn't know to or how to specify that particular deal. Was frustrated and in a hurry and it cost me. But they are usually fast and the pizzas are pretty good. Though the toppings are sparse.

Would have given a 5 star but they didn't give me a fork for my chicken, and they forgot hot sauce on my pizza as I had selected on my order. But I had hot sauce and a fork where I was at, so it didn't really bother me any. Food is always delicious.

Since I've been ordering from this store in be only really had two instances where I was dissatisfied with the food and service. I've realized no one should order food from an establishment that delivers food 30-45 minutes prior to closing because it was then and only then I had an issue. Other than that I've been very pleased with the quality of food and service and I would recommend this specific Domino's to anyone looking to have a decent meal. Especially if you need something quick and will have have a variety of options to choose from. Keep it up Domino's your doing great!

Had NY style pizza that was ok but not even close to a real NY pizza.

Chain pizza hit or miss. Yesterday the girl working there alone was very nice. The pizza for my meeting was decent.

No more delivery's to your door .. but donimos is now offering a deliver to your own door with a mask deal . That's right just order your own pizza and try to make it back to your door pad in under 10.00 mins for $10.00 bucks payback can't beat that . Remember to where your mask...and don't forget seniors are 7000 points kids and teens are 1000. Middle aged adaults are a wapping 5500..

The pizza is amazing. But the chicken wings were by far some of the worst I've ever had. They were mushy and tasted like they were premade and re-warmed. I will always get the pizza though.

I order from this dominos because it's the only one in my area. It's not bad but it's not great either officially I'm giving this a 2.5 out of 5 but I had to mark a whole star and not half, also dominos got rid of their bread bowls smh that's a no no dominos.

This location has been 50/50 lately. Seems like with the "insurance" they don't always care about getting the orders right. Some of the employees care and it's great, while others don't and you get clumps of toppings and bare crust. Then the only "fix" is one pizza, no matter how much of the order was messed up.

I order pizza from here all the time and I thought I would try there cheesy marinara dip. I've never had it before and when I got it, only the bottom of the pan had like a drop of marinara and cheese mixture. Looked nothing like advertised. And the parm bread twist were alright but definitely not enough of the dip.

I desperately wanted to give a 5 star rating but I couldn't because this is my 3rd time ordering from this Domino's and being a bit disappointed. I recently relocated to Jamestown with a 2 year plan. Based on other Domino's I decided to make this one part of my 2 year ordering plan (I like to stick with what works). Unfortunately this particular Domino's doesn't remotely compare to one's in other parts of WNY. I ordered the 5 cheese dip and had to scrap the dip off the tin because it's not dipable unless you do. There is a Domino's in Olean and one in Buffalo (and PA but this is about NY) where you get twice the amount of cheese for the same price. I also got Pasta Primavera and it's dry, as if the sauce is only a table spoon at best. I previously ordered these same two things with the same issue. Their pizza is average but your best option if you have dietary needs. The boneless wings are good, if you get what you ordered, I got plain and they were too spicy for me. Why this is important? I have a diabetic child. If something I order is 30 carbs she has to take 3 units of insulin before she eats. If the dish is missing adequate sauce ect. That means within 3 hours her blood glucose levels will drop. This can cause death. This is why I stick with what works. If every Domino's I order from provides the same quality of food then it's a safe bet. This one particular Domino's doesn't meet the standards of the other chains I have been to. If you are a diabetic or have other dietary restrictions do not assume this Domino's will be like others, it isn't. You will need to treat it like a restaurant you've never been to. Especially if the person with special dietary needs is a child because as we all know they'll go to bed without realizing the ingredients were off.

We were upcharged. Two small $ 5.99 pizzas with pepperoni were billed $17.67. We had asked for the large on sale (special $7.99 all day everyday) pizzas with 3 free toppings, but the said they were $13.99. When I questioned them after we settled for the small pizzas, the rude staff explained, "you have to ask for the the special price. “ I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

Placed an online order for my father, Jeff W. tonight. Drew was our delivery driver and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. He tossed my order on the front porch even though my dad was standing there waiting and walked away. There was no reason he couldn't have handed directly to my dad. Regardless of the number of coupons you send, you lost our business.

Ordering was a nightmare. No one would pick up the phone so I had to use the voice recognition robot. It was a disaster! I had to vNcel and start over three times. All in it took about 20 minutes to order. If there was anywhere else open the day before the 4th I would have ordered there. Delivery was very fast and the delivery guy knew how bad the voice ordering system was. Pizza was standard Domino's. Use another pizzeria if you can.

Drove all the way across town to pick up pizza, label on pizza had correct items listed. Got home, opened box, and completely wrong pizza. Went back with wrong pizza. Employee at counter was heard answering the phone, "Thank you for calling Pizza Hut, how may I help you?" Whole crew was in disarray. Got correct pizza after all the drama. Will not be back.

Watched a driver run a stop sign when pulling out onto foot ave. Ran through the red light at the 4 corners near mc donalds on footave and was stopped at a green light near the hosital on his phone. The driver Swirved out of lane multiple times while on his phone. I called the store and seemed to take care of the problem. As i drove by the store on 2nd street they were laughing about my call. So i called back to collect their names and informed them i had him on video doing these things. They have hung up on me an refused all other calls while i was trying to collect names and report them to head quarters. The driver i was following drives a blue impala lt. Hopefully this unsafe delivery driver will be fired soon.

Ordered 2 large pizzas for pickup at this location. It took me over 20 minutes to arrive as I was in no hurry and made a quick stop to Walmart. I came in and paid. I was told "it'll be right out we're taking out your pizza now. Sorry about the wait." I sit down. 20 minutes later I am told by another worker that they forgot my pizza and that they would put it in next. They apologized and offered a 2-Liter on them. I would give a second chance because mistakes happen and I didn't happen to be in a hurry. But if that wasn't true, i don't know anybody who would be fine with waiting over 50 minutes for 2 pizzas on a Wednesday evening. One of them is 40 minutes cold too. I've never had a problem with delivery but as my first pick up, I'm not thrilled by any means...

After spending over 15 minutes to place a order for only a small pizza and 8 chicken wings and a small coke that cost me over 29 dollars and was told that it would be delivered in 15 to 20 minutes. What I received was 8 chicken legs and no wings and I ordered them Hot and crispy and received only cold chicken legs and under cooked and not hot as I ordered I also ordered small pizza with peppers and there was only one pepper on each slice and then I was told that Jamestown people are cheap and don't tip as I gave him a 4 dollar tip and to top it off every thing I ordered was cold

Is there a shortage of food? Is there a shortage of workers? Every time I call Dominos NO ONE answers the phone. So I have to call back at least 3 times before someone picks up. I would order online if what I wanted was possible. Now that my foods been delivered I want to call them back and ask what the **** is this!? There's literally a Tablespoon of ingredients on my whole sandwich. I don't order a sub for the bread (idiots)! Tonight is not the 1st time this has happened, but it is the last. Delivered the wrong pizza and doesn’t answer the phone, none of the prompts on the phone work and you’re just put straight on hold. There only remedy is to send a coupon for something that’s not even worth the same price as what you didn’t receive.

He said I will call you / email you and have this corrected. No call / text or email. Will update if this changes.

Terrible service!!!! I ordered 2 pizzas the day before I was to pick it up to assure it would be ready. I made it very clear this was for a business lunch. When I got there, I was met with confused looks and he had no idea what I was talking about. The person who took my order was actually there and said, "well I thought I put it in." I had to go to Little Ceasars for a hot and ready pizza instead of what everyone ordered. This was embarrassing, and I will never order from Dominos again

Used to be my favorite place to order from, they've gotten rid of most of their pizzas and subs off the menu, called ordered a Philly cheese steak, they were out. Said they'd replace the meat with whatever meat and instead delivered a whole different pizza, also said they'd add credits but never did. Please. Please make the crust edible. I can't stand it when the pizza comes and the crust is so huge and thick. A pizza slice has gotta be like 6 inches long. 3 of those inches should not be entirely crust. I love the crust, it's my favorite part, but not when it has the girth of a hot dog with raw dough in the middle. Please please make the dough flat and not absolutely abominably thick at the crusts. It's gross and inedible and I miss out on like 60% of my pizza. Otherwise the pizza is good and staff are nice and food is always hot. But like. The crust completely ruins it. Sometimes it's absolutely perfect from here. But someone clearly needs to be re taught how to stretch the dough. Please.

Every time I place an order here they forget something. I called after the fourth time of them forgetting all of my sauces and soda and i was offered a free pizza and 2L. The girl told me it’s been an issue and they have had meetings about them forgetting pieces of peoples orders. When I called to get my credit I was told no credit was there. So they gypped me out of part of my order and the resolution they offered was a lie.
