As always, a spectacular experience at Restaurante Labrador. Today we had tempura eggplant, bao buns with cochinita pibil, and suckling pig, and absolutely everything was delicious. You can taste the care and quality in every dish. José and Ayoub's service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and very professional. It's a pleasure to come to a place where you're treated like this. My girlfriend and I come here regularly, and as long as they're still here, we'll keep coming back without hesitation. Also, although we didn't order it today, the kid goat is spectacular and highly recommended. A place you always want to return to. Thank you for everything!
A great option for lunch or dinner. A peaceful atmosphere and excellent service. Generous portions and the waitress's wine recommendation was spot on. The partridge salad, artichokes, braised pork cheeks, and suckling pig were all delicious, and the cherry ice cream was spectacular.
Knowing the area, we had already booked a table here because of the great reviews, and it was a fantastic choice. The food was delicious and made with excellent local ingredients. The bread was superb. The service was very efficient, friendly, and fast. The prices are very competitive for such a great experience.
Highly recommended. Great food! Impressive restaurant in Jarandilla. Great atmosphere, a terrace with beautiful views, and very attentive service. The food was fantastic, a 10/10. You can tell the care they put into the kitchen. As a small point for improvement, I think they should offer an appetizer with the drink without having to ask for it, as the food takes a while to be served and that would be appreciated. But overall, an excellent experience. Congratulations to the chef! I highly recommend it. We'll be back for more!!!
Hello all, food lovers! Today I have a recommendation that will make your mouth water: Labrador Restaurant. Located right next to the Parador, this place is a hidden gem. It's one of those cozy places, with modern decor that makes you feel right at home. Plus, if the weather is good, its terrace is perfect for enjoying the fresh air. Labrador offers a very complete menu and a set menu (for only 16 euros) that is a real treat. We opted for the classic menu option: starter, main course, dessert, and drink. And what can I say about the portions? They're HUGE! We left rolling. Everything we tried tasted homemade, like real food, made with love. Important tip: Here comes the "warning to all": if you plan to go for lunch, keep in mind the opening hours. Although their website says the restaurant is open until 4:00 PM, the kitchen closes earlier. We arrived at 3:00 PM and were served miraculously thanks to a recommendation from the hotel where we were staying. So, to avoid any surprises, don't rest on your laurels! In short, if you're looking for a place to eat well, hearty food that tastes like home, El Labrador is highly recommended. You won't regret it!
We enjoyed a wonderful dinner as a couple. We started with some delicious paella, followed by perfectly seared foie gras with mushrooms and creamy, flavorful cured beef croquettes. Dessert was the perfect ending: homemade cheesecake and cherry ice cream—a delightful combination. The staff were excellent: friendly, attentive, and very professional. The beautiful and welcoming place invites you to relax and enjoy. A truly memorable experience that we wholeheartedly recommend. We will be back.
We went without a reservation; everything inside was booked. A friendly, chatty gentleman was able to give us a table on the cozy and well-decorated terrace. My husband ordered a delicious tripe menu for starters, and hake for main course, with the boneless fillets and a very elaborate batter that made it look like the whole fish. Aside from that, cochifrito (fried pork) with potatoes was juicy despite being fried. I opted for revolconas (fried potatoes), which I found to be delicious with a soft texture and a rich flavor of La Vera paprika. For main course, salmon with pine nuts and raisins was a work of art and a delicacy for the mouth. For dessert, I had homemade whiskey cake, which was on my husband's menu, and needless to say, I'd never tasted anything like it—yum! In terms of quality, price, and quantity, it's highly recommended. Attentive, friendly, and excellent food.
Very delicious and gourmet food. Will definitely return on our next visit.
Really great food. The service was wonderful. One of my best recent meals in Spain.
Good service and good food. Everything was fresh and hot.
We arrived late (15:50) but Jose Luis hosted us nicely and joyfully, offering what was doable before closing the kitchen. The physical plates were very nice (white with green arabesques). As for the food, I particularly liked the rib rack, with BBQ and long cooking. Cheese cake was nice too for my taste. We ended up 22€/person. Would like to come back to try other things!
We had the set menu for €16.50. It wasn't bad; the lean pork and the steak were particularly good, well-cooked and of good quality. However, the starters were rather unappealing, in my opinion. We expected more for that price. The place is nice and cozy, and I liked that the staff were cracking jokes while we were there. Interesting. All in all, the food was good, but I was expecting something more traditional for starters, like migas or patatas revolconas... I think their menu would have been more appealing.
The food was high quality and the service from the waiters was excellent. The desserts and the Iberian pork were incredible. If I had to find fault with anything, it would be that €19 for three artichokes with cured beef and barely any foie gras seems expensive. But €6 for a vermouth seems excessive. Also, the food took a very long time to arrive; three hours for a meal seems excessive to me.
