You're food is not going to be fresh unless you ask for it off the grill, your fries.. could have been sitting there an hour? Hardly see 3 to maybe 5 people in there. Part could be because the employees nor friendly, you wait when they aren't busy due to talking etc, ie: being ignored..... Burger King food used to be really good but now it's just microwaved.

Employees are nice, but lived here for almost a year and they are CONSTANTLY out of ingredients and items. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten pickles on my burger, this was my husband’s original chicken sandwiches ….apparently they’re out of the original chicken sandwich patties, BARELY any lettuce or mayo on them. Out of onion rings. Out of ketchup…..this is a constant. Breakfast is always atrocious. I will be going out of the way to the other one from now on. Sucks but it is what it is.

Was hoping to eat Burger King but we sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of us and we never moved the entire time. I work in food service and I understand when you're short handed but it was ridiculous sitting there all of that time. Even the 2 cars in front of us didn't order anything before we left.

Food wasn't right gave me the wrong thing , I went back in to receive the correct food took forever an a day , plus it was cold service was awful will not be back

The chicken wrap is not a chicken wrap, it's just a small half piece of chicken at the bottom of the wrap with lettuce and tomato at the top of the wrap. We waited 25 minutes for 2chicken sandwich combos the gentleman before me specifically stated he wanted fresh nuggets not some been under heat lamp for hours cashier also manager tells cook he grabs them re fries so man gives them back hard nasty manager said I told him at this time no apology she goes and drops fresh herself FINALLY she gives him fresh one and saying sorry totally not real sorry at all and dude sitting behind me asked for refund they say gotta get online he is 38 hot SAYN I paid with cash I'm leaving with my cash and lady behind me in line bless her heart she waited like 30 minutes for just a sandwich OMG THEY WERENT EVEN BUSY IF YALL WANT GREAT FOOD FRESH TASTEY AND FRIENDLY AND AWESOME SERVICE WITH A I'm GREAT ATTITUDE HO TO BURGER KING AT LOVES TRUCK STOP FOR REAL GET NEW WORKERS OR SHUT THE DOORS ON THE OLD BURGER KING ITS TRUELY A SHAME AND DISGRACE AND ASKED MANAGER TO TURN ON TV THAT SAME TV I WATCHED IN THAT SAME STORE DAY BEFORE OH MY GOD SHE WOULD HAVE TO HUNT THE REMOTE HOW MANY PLACES WOULD THEY KEEP IT NEVER EVEN LOOKED FOR IT NO TV SO JAD TO LISTEN TO DUDE COMPLAING AND HE HAD EVERY RIGHT NEED A PERSON THAT CAN HANDLE MANAGER SITUATIONS THAT WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL

This place has to be one the worse restaurants to go to for food. I placed a online order for a different burger it proceeded to choose this Burger King I tried to cancel the order I couldn’t tried to call them on there Burger King app that is chose for that restaurant the phone number was unavailable then I proceeded to go see them in person to cancel it to get my money back the employee said that they can’t return the food that we never even touched. Then I asked again to return it the employee said that we can’t return the food that we could probably return it using door dash. I said whatever I got my food and sweet teas that I didnt order I ordered Dr Pepper but they said they were out. Plus I ordered a large Dr Pepper. This is the most hands down worse restaurant to get food from the customer service was horrible

I ordered online. I went to pick up the food at the window and it was my mistake for not checking my order before I pulled off. I asked for extra cheese which is $.60 and no pickles and they gave me a sandwich with pickles and no cheese I also did not get my fries and when I called them to let them know the manager who also gave me my food out, the window hung up in my face, and when I proceeded to call back, the phone was no longer working terrible experience, terrible managing somebody needs to be fired.

I ordered a Whopper with cheese meal "hot off the broiler" for delivery. What I received was a burger missing the condiments I chose, it was lukewarm, had hard edges, and was dry except around the middle. I also had rubbery, stale, but somehow hot fries with no salt when I did not request no salt. The only part that was actually correct was the drink, that being a Sprite with no ice. There was no delay in the delivery order as the driver did great getting there in good time. I've ordered several times from this particular location and each time there has been something wrong with the order. I recommend anyone wanting Burger King to try their best to avoid this location and visit the other one near Love's. I haven't had any issues with that location myself, it's just further out for me so I typically don't go out that way is all.

How hard is it to make things the right way.ordered 6 bacon kings. I guess all the cheese just goes on top now that's lazy. And they were cold. One of them has 2 half patties and the they don't have equal bacon. $43 I expect to get something worth my money. Won't be back!

Waited 25 mins for our food and when we did get our food it was NOT how we ordered it so we then waited an addition 8 mins for total amount time to receive our order (2)burgers (1)onion rings (1)fry& (2) drinks =33 MINUTES and THIS WAS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED!
