Went in on oct 12. Food was as good as expected. The guy behind the counter was working the drive thru, the front register, and putting the meals together. This guy was really hustling and getting things done. I asked his name, and he replied with Justin. I thanked him for his hustle and fantastic service.

Very friendly staff, food was fast and fresh. Driving through on vacation and perfect both times I've visited so far.

I was very surprised that the food was so good because my last visit there kept me from going back for over a year. The French fries were awesome, very fresh and hot. The Whopper was also fresh and delicious. We got waited on fast and the speed of service was more than excellent. The folks know how to do it right! I recommend highly!

I ordered a chicken sandwich and it was one of the freshest sandwiches I've had from BK in a while. I would highly recommend stopping in.

I hardly ever stop at Burger King, but my family decided it was the best choice at this exit. We were not disappointed. I decided to get the spicy chicken sandwich and it was so good that I had to write about it. My sister got the Whopper Burger and we literally sat in the car, ate, and raved at how good Burger King was and how much we have been missing out all these years. You have 4 new King Fans!!! Thanks for a great fast food experience.

We used the drive-thru. Those guys that work drive-thru are always so kind, and my 2 dogs just love them! They always smile for the drive-thru workers because they know I'm getting them chicken fries! The prices could be better, but...

I just got through the drive through and haven't had any problems.

Quick and easy and clean burger was on time as well, as well as a friendly staff, work flow seems on time too with how well they all worked together and made it happen. 😉

My wife and I were greeted with a hearty welcome to Burger King. Food was fast and hot. Original Chicken sandwich was delicious.

The whopper with cheese was fresh made and awesome.....they had no ice so i couldn't get a drink

great place and food. I have never had a bad experians here. To me though the food is over prices the cokes are $2 and burger are small. I like going here for the taste, but if I'm hungry I go to Mcdonalds.

I love the breakfast croissants. Go at least once per week. Get lunch/dinner from here about once every month or two. Very rare to get poor service or poor food. It happens, but rarely.

Usually go here at night as they are 24 hours. System goes offline about 2 am so bring cash if you are there around then. The night staff are always surprisingly cheerful for that hour and food is fresh.

Food was made quick,hot and fresh. Cashier could have been more friendly. Never said hello or may I help or nothing. Just said What you want. Never said thank you or come again. That's why the four stars.

"Sometimes" my food is correct, and only 1 person of my fam is difficult the rest eazzeeee . The girl normally working on the drive thru is never amazed at her job or a tiny bit happy. When you work with the public you have to learn to let things go. Leave your home at home and enjoy what you have for the sake of others at least while your getting paid for it. Customer service could use work accuracy could use work prices and variety are good. No ones perfect def not complaining just voicing my personal opinion.

Good BK. Only problem was the drive through speaker wasn't working and had a note attached telling us to go to the first window... where there was a note telling us to go to the second window to order. Slowed everything down. Staff was friendly and professional.

I mostly enjoy coming to BK, but this time the food was.not hot and the servers were more focused on the drive thru than the front counter. There were more than enough employees there to take care of the people waiting in line, but one of them was actually on her phone with people standing there waiting!! It is difficult to believe that whoever was in charge allowed this during lunch time, about 11 45. Seems to be the way it is.now at restaurants. Nuff said..

The only problem I somewhat have is when I get the chicken sandwich it sometimes taste over cooked like it's been cooked set out placed back in to cook again but other than that I love it here because the rest of the food is good and their little single pies are my favorite especially the chocalate ones so good I reccomend those highly

It was ok considering I had mobile orders and online it said to pickup in drive thru. So that's where i went and the lady told me i had to pickup inside. So i go inside and there's no cheese for the tacos and the milkshakes were pre made and melted. This bk has went downhill in the past 6 months.....

I love Burger King,however,my wife and I went a few mornings ago and the service was really bad They were absolutely not in a hurry to fill our order (4 sausage,egg and cheese croissants) nothing more. The sandwiches were thrown together,sausage hanging off,the cheese to one side and 1 of the sandwiches had a hair.

Well the food order is often wrong the fries are soggy 50% of the time and the staff is pretty " whatever" about service. Recommend checking the order before you drive away from the window.

Went thru drive thru had to special order our burgers. They were very patient and courteous. Drove around they greeted us again friendly ask us if we needed condiments. Tha k us and ask us to come again. Food was hot and was made exactly as I had asked. I most definitely will be visiting with them again. Very satisfied.

Kitchen couldn't get our food right. Ordered the rodeo bacon chicken sandwich with cheese no BBQ sauce. It took three times to get it right and the new person in the kitchen had an attitude. I worked food service for 30 years,his behavior was not necessary. We usually don't have a problem at this location. Please review customer service skills thank you.

1st i want to say the employees were very nice. When we pulled up and the doors were open. The employee said it was because it has gotten smokey in there, it is 40 degrees out and niw it is cold inside now, we were dining in. Placed our order and was told they have No fries, no onion rings, no tomatoes, no hamburgers, He said it is because the truck didn't show up.

Food good but drinks are always flat when you get one from here staff is friendly floors need to be swept windows seals wiped down and since barely anyone is here that can be done during the down time I've been here a few times during down time and it's been messier and employees not bothering to clean up or fix the drinks even though my kids or hubby complained about them being flat.

Can I say ticked off. Next to the drive thru where you place your order is a sign with special deals. But you can't get the special deal because it is no longer offered. Asked to speak to the manager who was never informed that I wanted to speak to them. I drove off because I had gotten mad and would have possibly gotten arrested for creating a scene if I had stayed.

Screwed everything up except for the onion rings, glad I'll never have to go to that location again! Any reason they got 2 stars is the hundred flavor Coke machines! ❤

I ordered a 8 piece cheddar bites only got 4. Told the cashier and they brought me a 4 piece chicken nugget instead of the cheddar bites. How hard can it be to get a simple order correct???

The only reason why I'm giving this place two stars is because they never get my order wrong, however they are the slowest restaurant in the United States. Customer satisfaction does not exist at this restaurant. I'm always told wait at the drive-through and it's like they forget I'm sitting there so I have to yell into the Box. When I get to the window I am not greeted I tell them thank you they just stare at me in return.

Not a great drive thru service. Slow, plus they messed order all up. However, tried the inside service and it's much better. Order was correct, burgers were made right. Need tables wiped off better.

The food is good but for the love of god don't ever go there for anything other than ordering in the dining room. I've had three online orders messed up and the last one it turns out they didn't even look for it.

This location never has ice and the drink is flat! Even though there’s no ice the drink should come out the fountain cold. This location is pitiful. They have no orange juice and several other items. This has been happening over a month now.

Chicken sandwich was horrible... threw half away. Fries and onion rings SUPER soggy. Fried had ok flavor, onion rings were nasty - went in the trash. I should have paid attention to the 3.6 rating!

You're food is not going to be fresh unless you ask for it off the grill, your fries.. could have been sitting there an hour? Hardly see 3 to maybe 5 people in there. Part could be because the employees nor friendly, you wait when they aren't busy due to talking etc, ie: being ignored..... Burger King food used to be really good but now it's just microwaved.

Employees are nice, but lived here for almost a year and they are CONSTANTLY out of ingredients and items. I don’t think I’ve ever gotten pickles on my burger, this was my husband’s original chicken sandwiches ….apparently they’re out of the original chicken sandwich patties, BARELY any lettuce or mayo on them. Out of onion rings. Out of ketchup…..this is a constant. Breakfast is always atrocious. I will be going out of the way to the other one from now on. Sucks but it is what it is.

If there had been more than one employee correctly wearing their masks I would have given a higher rating. Not covering noses or wearing on the chin is not ok during this pandemic.

Only reason you should go to this Burger King is if you have at least an hour to kill. Multiple times I’ve sat in the drive thru order and waited for 20-25 minutes and just left. I timed it one time and it was 53 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

This BK in Jasper, Alabama has the be the worst one in the United States. I ordered using the Drive Thru and the lady was screaming that she had to cook it. Imagine they are used to cooking hours ahead of time and throwing things in a bag, so they can text on the phones. She was so mad that she dumped salt all over my sandwich, bread, chicken and the fries could not be eaten due to the problems. Jasper Alabama seems like a nice town, but businesses like this one, makes Jasper look horrible.

Got dinner here. Ordered a drink, burger and mozzarella sticks. For some reason got rung up for a combo plus mozzarella sticks. When asked to fix this, the cashier was confused and unable to fix it without getting management involved. Got my food and took it home only for a roach to crawl out of the bag. Needless to say, it went straight in the trash.

Horrible experience went inside to order but when we seen the "cook" come in from his break still wearing the plastic gloves that he went right back to preparing the food with we left. Plus everyone in the kitchen did not look like the type of people anyone would want preparing their food. Very irresponsible for Burger King.

Ride customer service. Messed up order and when we asked bout it the manager was rude and made it seem like it was our fault. Was rushed through to order and cooks were dancing and acting like they were at a party not work.

This location has went downhill. We used to get the impossible whoppers all the time when Star was working there. Last time we ordered 2 impossible whoppers without mayo we were handed original whoppers with bacon and mayo, it wouldn't have been an issue if the cashier didn't roll her eyes and claim "the bacon and mayo and cheese is vegan too." just to get us out of the drive-thru. Went to the BK by industrial instead, obviously Burger King doesn't carry fake bacon or vegan cheese yet, absolutely ridiculous and disgusting for the cashier to lie.

Got in drive through line at 5:05 they told me to hold on. At 5:20 they hadn't taken my order, so I had to leave and go to work a 12 hour shift without eating. They need to hire people that are worth the $15.00 an hour

The whole time we were there. The staff were cussing and screaming. Uncovered facial hair. Saw multiple drive through orders come back. This place needs a severe overhaul.

It was early afternoon when we stopped in. I ordered the fish sandwich with onion rings. The onion rings were so salty I couldn't eat them and the fish sandwich was so old I requested a fresh one...the second sandwich was just as horrible. Needless to say my lunch ended in the trash. I haven't eaten at BK in years but used to think their food was above average for fast food...not any longer.

I just got food from the Burger King at the Jasper, AL location off Industrial Drive next to Loves. I think this may have been the worst hamburgers that my husband and I have ever had. The buns were burned badly. They weren't even warm. Very disappointed

This has got to be the WORST BK in Alabama. While waiting for my food I watched the assistant manager and other employees berate a Door Dash driver, actually getting in his face screaming. It all started when the doors dash driver stuck up for a little girl on the front line while the assistant manager was berating her. The assistant manager then turned her focus to the door Dash driver.

Need to double check your orders. When I got home I had food missing, after spending a lot of money. It's a real shame that a manager fills your order and still miss es up your order as well. If u r going to be a good manager u don't need to mess up orders that's people's food that's for lunch and supper. That's a real shame that fast food places are like this now. I placed a drive tru mobile order and when I got to the speaker they explained to me that they have no lids, no coke, no Dr Pepper, and no lettuce. I asked them to take the drinks off and they said they would and that it would be refunded. I wait 20 minutes in the drive tru thinking I’m still getting the food. I get to the window and they explain to me that they had to cancel my whole order and that I will have to redo it in order to get my food. Number 1 I wanna know why that wasn’t explained to me at the speaker before I waited 20 minutes. Number 2 what’s the point in the mobile app, if they ain’t got what you want they’ll cancel it and make you wait again? Don’t make sense to me. Number 3 I was never refunded the 250 crowns i redeemed on that order. Not only that but my girlfriend went inside to order herself something a few weeks back. She asked for the $5 meal with the whopper. The lady taking her order said “it’s called a whopper jr, when you order you need to say it properly”. This is absolutely not okay! Especially to someone who has trouble with their pronunciation. What this lady should have done is use her common sense, there is no $5 MEAL with a whopper other than the whopper jr. If someone comes in there that doesn’t speak English, do y'all just deny them service since they can’t order properly? This Burger King is a joke and has always had issues. If you want a better experience try the Burger King beside loves truck stop, they seem to care more about their customers

Since when do yall serve cold food.. I just placed 4 orders under Donna Karr one which was only onion rings which was the only item not cold. But on top of that why is food being made with no gloves.. that's nasty. And literally touching food in front of customers and I placed my order maybe 4 minutes before I arrived so why was everything so cold. Im pregnant and I definitely will be telling my family that eats here daily to drive to the carl cannon one.. maybe they can have a good meal

I ordered a Whopper Meal with a coke and 2 Double Cheeseburgers and a milkshake, didn’t get my milkshake or coke, burgers had finger holes thru my bun and frys was freezing cold.

This is the GROSSEST place I have ever eaten at. It took 30 minutes or longer to get 4 kids meals. The fries were cold. All the tables were nasty and needed cleaned. The manager was so rude to customers and yelling on the phone while behind the counter. Their machines or something went down and she was screaming at the IT people. One older lady I saw while we waited, took her whopper back saying it was bloody and the manager was so hateful to her saying it was just ketchup. Then when it was remade she screamed across the restaurant for the little old lady to come back up and get it rather than her taking it to her and apologizing. Then I let my kids play on the playground after eating and the HEAT was on in the play area. It was in the 90s today outside. It was so sticky and gross they went into the playground once and we left. Will not EVER be going back. Pretty sure the little old lady with the bloody whopper won't either.

last time i went in here it was bad went in to get food before bowling it stunk like bathroom and the bathroom doors where shut not dident eat there not long later went back it still stunk and the bathroom smelt worse dident eat there then went one day for someone they said the drinks wouldent be cold and there was no ice so we left

Ordered at this location for the first time yesterday, my mom said the whopper didn’t taste good so she didn’t finish eating it and I ordered the bacon king and I ended up being really sick throughout the night into the next morning. I know it was the Burger King food that made me sick because I was perfectly fine before I ate their food. Don’t get food from this location unless you want to be sick!

Horrible!!!! I've just about given up on any fast food restaurant's I know they are unhealthy but ever now and then there a quick fix when u need it.....I ordered a number#1 a whopper with fries and a drink I am trying to cut out Diet Soda so I decided the reg drink received a diet anyway...the fries were not cooked they were basically raw and limp very white looking not that warm golden crisp the Whopper sandwich was ok but too much mayo WOW!!!! I don't understand about the fries I was tempted to walk in and present my case with these guys but I had just gotten off work and was tired but I want people in this business to know prepare the food like you were preparing it for yourself or someone you love These Comp are your backbone they basically pay your salary without good paying customers you don't have a job.......One bad experience is all it takes.

This use to be a decent location but the last two times I’ve used the drive thru has been a complete headache. First time I sat at the intercom for probably 15 minutes until someone said it was broke (not sure how because it worked fine before me, not only that I could have been notified a lot sooner) Second time, I waited so long at the intercom I just drove around thinking it might be broke again. The lady working the window wasn’t very nice about it, you could tell she was over worked and the place was under staffed. Definitely not worth the hassle.

Horrible service. Went the the drive thru, was told "one moment" waited 15 minutes before I pulled up to let the window know I wanted to pick up my online order. There was a woman crying inside and a manager yelling at her for throwing CHANGE AT A CUSTOMER. The woman working the window was texting on her phone, completely oblivious to customers. Manger told her to go home, window lady told us to pull up and they'd deliver our order. Manager shows up with the wrong order, starts taking her frustrations out on me when I told her it was wrong. She told me if I want my order on time, I need to come inside and when I told her what happened at the drive thru, she got even more irritated, almost yelling at me that she has to send someone home and that I should have told the girl at the window which mobile order it was. I did, I told her my name and the order number twice. That manager was insanely rude and did not handle her job properly at ALL. I'm still sitting here 45 minutes later waiting for my order and I'm not even surprised the employee was overwhelmed with such a bad and angry manager on the floor. Absolutely disgraceful.

I asked for a double whopper with heavy pickle and heavy onion, I only got lettuce and tomato. So I’m giving them a one star. That was today! June 14, 2025.

Overcharged me six dollars for a small fry and small coke

Went to this Burger King and ordered a chicken nugget meal and found a black hard piece of something in one of the nuggets, got less nuggets than what I was supposed to get, asked for ketchup didn’t get any, didn’t get any straws, and the cheese sticks I ordered were rubbery, never going here again.

The store smelled horrible they messed are order up twice and when I got home my wrap smelled funny and when I checked the tomato was rotten will not ever go back for nothing worse ever

Service is non existent, atmosphere,who are we kidding. Food, I wouldn't know as I couldn't get anyone to take my order at the counter, eventhough 2 employees made eye contact but that was all. Just reinforces my expectation of all Burger King restaurants, abysmal.

Was hoping to eat Burger King but we sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of us and we never moved the entire time. I work in food service and I understand when you're short handed but it was ridiculous sitting there all of that time. Even the 2 cars in front of us didn't order anything before we left.

This place has to be one the worse restaurants to go to for food. I placed a online order for a different burger it proceeded to choose this Burger King I tried to cancel the order I couldn’t tried to call them on there Burger King app that is chose for that restaurant the phone number was unavailable then I proceeded to go see them in person to cancel it to get my money back the employee said that they can’t return the food that we never even touched. Then I asked again to return it the employee said that we can’t return the food that we could probably return it using door dash. I said whatever I got my food and sweet teas that I didnt order I ordered Dr Pepper but they said they were out. Plus I ordered a large Dr Pepper. This is the most hands down worse restaurant to get food from the customer service was horrible

I ordered online. I went to pick up the food at the window and it was my mistake for not checking my order before I pulled off. I asked for extra cheese which is $.60 and no pickles and they gave me a sandwich with pickles and no cheese I also did not get my fries and when I called them to let them know the manager who also gave me my food out, the window hung up in my face, and when I proceeded to call back, the phone was no longer working terrible experience, terrible managing somebody needs to be fired.

I ordered a Whopper with cheese meal "hot off the broiler" for delivery. What I received was a burger missing the condiments I chose, it was lukewarm, had hard edges, and was dry except around the middle. I also had rubbery, stale, but somehow hot fries with no salt when I did not request no salt. The only part that was actually correct was the drink, that being a Sprite with no ice. There was no delay in the delivery order as the driver did great getting there in good time. I've ordered several times from this particular location and each time there has been something wrong with the order. I recommend anyone wanting Burger King to try their best to avoid this location and visit the other one near Love's. I haven't had any issues with that location myself, it's just further out for me so I typically don't go out that way is all.
