The most depressed I have ever been getting ice cream🙃…. Parking lot was very dirty, lots of trash. We tried ordering at a stall they didn’t work. The drive thru service was slow. My husband did not get strawberry despite being uncharged for it. I had maybe a half of Oreo in my blast. The soft serve had a sour like aftertaste and we ended up throwing ours away at about halfway through…. Definitely would not recommend. Very much a waste of money!

Did the drive through and thee girl on the speaker was really RUDE, she would let finish my order before telling me what I wanted. Needless to say the screwed up my simple order. The only the got right was the drink.

I came to this location today and went to ordered some food and my hamburger was old. The worker was so busy trying to promote her tax business. She went as far as putting her tax business card in my bag. Please see the business card that was in my bag and the business card that was inside my bag as well.

Every time I go to this specific location I always get the chocolate chunk brownie blast. But I pay for extra mini M&Ms and brownie pieces just to end up getting whipped cream on top which I didn’t even ask for and there’s no add-ons inside the drink and the only add-ons are on top of the drink, I feel like I’m being ripped off of my money. The other location I go to does a wonderful job at adding in the additions and no whipped cream that I don’t ask for. I just want the person who is doing this to either be corrected or something because that’s just ridiculous.

The car hop was nice, but the sonic blast tasted sour. Talk about a waste of money. I also tried to order the Ched R Peppers but was told they were no longer serving them. Funny thing is they are still on the menu. That was my final attempt at one of my childhood favorites restaurants.

How this place is still open is beyond me, we occasionally order from here and every time something happens either wrong order or they don’t have something or something is broke. Then the people working here catch an attitude if you order something still or ask a question about something. Very bad customer service. I will now drive 10 miles to the next sonic before I come back to this place. Even the outside is horrible looking and not clean. Hopefully it just shuts down and a new better restaurant opens in its place, anything would be better

It has been a year or more since we have ordered food from this sonic much less any other sonic. The last experience was just as much of a disappointment. But i honestly thought I would give them another honest attempt. They failed yet again. When are the old fast food chains going to learn? They have all gone downhill and have zero customer service and their quality of food is horrendous. I had some sort of plastic tool logged into my sonic blast and nearly choked on it. This was my last attempt and I don’t plan to ever give sonic my hard earned money ever again. They all suck and they refuse to train their employees the importance of quality or good customer service. I understand the personnel options to choose from are not so stellar, but train train train the ones you do have.

They've never once gotten my order right and today i sat for 10 minutes waiting to place an order before I gave up. Place is clearly understaffed and mismanaged

I waited 10 to 15 minutes after pushing the button and no one answered. I moved to another order stall and pushed the button. About 7 minutes passed before someone took my order for 1 chocolate shake. After placing my order I had to wait 18 minutes before my shake arrived. The car hop did not leave a spoon or a straw so I had to summon him again which took another 5 minutes. I probably will not visit this site again. This is one of several low quality visits. It would be quicker to go to the store, purchase the ice cream and milk and blend it myself once I get in home.

The food here is ridiculous 😒 nasty and cold. I told them cook everything fresh I will wait. Still brought out cold tater totts twice. Hot dogs was heated in the microwave 😳

Can’t follow directions and make sure people orders are correct! I ordered an American dog add chili and jalapeños. They delivered an hot dog with only chili and jalapeños. They didn’t give me my chili cheese tots or dr.pepper. I called their phone and it automatically went to voicemail 5 times . Then I called the general manager number that is on the receipt and the man picks up and tells me I have the wrong number!!!!! Horrible Horrible!!!

Really? I should've checked before I left. This is ridiculous. Why would you serve someone this? Will definitely contact corporate office.
