This is my third time going, and each time I'm more disappointed with their drinks. The first time I recommended them to friends, but I wouldn't today. I hope they return to the same quality in their food and service, especially with some of their staff.
Bad service 😡 I don't recommend this place at all
Terrible customer service, very bad music, they take too long to serve you, and several drinks on the menu are out of stock. If you ask for a napkin, they only give you one. The portions of sauce and ketchup for snacks are paltry. It's better not to go!
They don't have everything the menu offers; on my visit, they didn't even have fries or Heineken beer. The portion of nachos is very small for the price. The service was terrible. I ordered an arrachera burrito and they served me a simple bean and cheese burrito. When I mentioned it, he replied that he "hadn't cooked it." I won't be back, and I certainly don't recommend it.
