A well-known brand of pizzeria that delivers instantly, offers great flavor, and a variety of products. This recently opened branch was located in a nearby shopping plaza, but has since become independent, now occupying a larger space with parking for four or five cars. Very good service, good promotions. Highly recommended.

What makes the difference in delivering quality service? Do I need to go in person to get a good pizza delivered? I ordered through the digital platform and what I got was a tough, medium-hot pizza. I'm paying for the product, not giving it away. I won't buy from you again. Your service, in terms of product quality, is very poor.

They have a $99 pizza, which is what has been their success, but currently, when you go to buy it, they tell you they don't have it, and the cheapest one, which they practically force you to buy, is $119. If you want a $99 pizza alone, they tell you they don't have it, they only have the classic combo that costs $119 and comes with crazy bread that no one likes. This is one of the reasons why there are no longer as many lines to buy it, and why the front-of-houses use it to increase the average ticket; they prefer to sell it at a higher price and omit the sale of the pizza alone.

I didn't want to say it, but it was indeed very poor service from the lady at the front desk. And another disappointment in the product: the pizza was very poor quality. I mean, this time I bought one for $89, but even so, customers don't deserve its poor quality. Very chewy pizza, with almost no cheese and overly seasoned tomato sauce so that people get confused and don't notice the lack of cheese.
