UPDATE:: So, previously, I gave this Mickey D's a single star, that was before whatever change was made! Came in, fries were fresh! That was never in my previous reality with this location! Also! The dining room got a face lift that the Kardashians would even gloat about! It's pleasing to me that, although my childhood consisted of the 90s, 35cent cheeseburgers on Wednesdays, cheap plastic slides that would shock the life out of me at times, that they've sort of matured as an establishment! And I'm digging the new managementtool! They have this Keanu Reeves in Traffic looking broski at the front, and this other pinay chick who was super sweet to me! So hats off to yall out here in the Wildomar area holding it down at the busy mickey d's, yall got it rough! But sticking it out! And thriving I see! Yall earned my respect too !
It was fire! Nice and hot and fresh. Large fries filled all the way to the top like they should. I don't appreciate it when you pay almost $3.00 for large fries and you get only half. Thank you for doing an awesome job
Usually when I come into McDonald's and get greeting by judging looks and an obligation to use the kiosk but today was different the yound lad in front actually made me feel welcome almost like a host Christian a great worker and I appreciated the little things !
I like McDonald's as far as grabbing something real quick if not my favorite place to stop and eat it's the convenience. There's been so many times that I've gone through the drive-thru and got freezing cold french fries like they were made the day before. And the app for McDonald's to earn points and get free food and goodies hardly ever works for me so for those things I would say I don't like it but it's the convenience if you need a dollar large Coke and maybe the two for $6 deal I don't know it's just all right
This is the best McDonald's around. The food is spot on, fresh, cooked perfectly and they are consistent. The staff is very pleasant, quick and efficient, professional and friendly. I drive quite a distance to eat at this McDonald's. The drive-thru is quick and doesn't make mistakes. (I prefer this McDonald's over both of Lake Elsinore's stores, food and service wise and overall.)

Drive-through is quick. Mobile order is quick. Only con is the placement of the restaurant. It is right next to the entrance of the plaza, so it can be difficult to get into with lots of traffic. Otherwise great place.
I had an excellent experience thanks to Deysi, and I feel she truly deserves recognition. From the moment I approached the counter, she greeted me with a warm smile and a very positive attitude. She was patient, attentive, and made sure she understood my order clearly, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Deysi took the time to answer questions, double-checked that everything was correct, and made sure my order was prepared just the way I asked. What really stood out was her professionalism and genuine care for customer satisfaction. Even during a busy time, she remained calm, respectful, and efficient, showing great multitasking skills and a strong work ethic. It’s employees like Deysi who make customers want to return, because she goes above and beyond what is expected. The sausage egg biscuit was the freshest I’ve ever had from McDonald’s. Everything was perfect perfectly cooked.
The 5 stars is for Hannah my BIL is autistic and sometimes gets confused very easily but Hannah was very patient throughout the whole ordering process and I have to give her the credit for her excellent customer service.
We ordered a $1 sausage biscuit to share. It was pretty tasty, except that it is a really, really dry sandwich - simply a (pretty tasty) sausage patty between two halves of a (pretty good) biscuit. If they added some sort of mayo or other spread, it would make the sandwich a little more enjoyable. Still, it's pretty good, and a good buy for just a buck.
The service is great however at night I asked for fresh and hot French fry as well as a double fish filet and it was lightly warm as I could tell it had been sitting g sadly the cheese hadn't even melted. Wow I can remember when things use to hot.. I'd rather wait in line knowing I have a hot sandwich, and rush through for a cold one Perhaps that's why I like In &Out burgers. A Hot sandwich is everything. But the Cokes and Sweet Tea are fantastic. The best .
It was later in the evening, on our visit, and the place was very busy and short staffed. The manager was working at "warp speed" to get all the orders filled. Our food was hot but their chicken bacon ranch salad was missing over half of the ingredients!! I wish they had told me but I figured it was late and they had run out of everything. The dining area and the bathrooms (that you had to get buzzed into) were very tidy and clean. The manager needs a raise after taking orders, packaging food and hitting the buzzer constantly!!
Food is good but they need to fix their drive though signs. I have been coming to this McDonalds for the last year and half and it's been the same since then. You would think they would fix it by now. Over all the food and service is good.
Always go here for fast food. Fast service always busy though. Ordered 2 egg McMuffins only got one. Need to check orders before leaving !
I wasn't too enthused to learn their dining room wasn't open, and once I'd left the drive thru there were items missing from the order. I'm sure it's an honest mistake, I'm just thankful the McDonald's by my house is open for business. Once I'd realized the problem I was well on my way already on the freeway.
Food is always good but they park every other car. I ordered 1 meal and they asked me to park because they were waiting on fries. I waited 5-6 minutes, being I was on my lunch break I went inside to see what the hold up was. I saw them handing out drive thru orders that had fries in them , they seemed to have forgotten I was waiting. I asked about my food and they they were about to bring it out as I watch them bag my whole order.
I definitely think their French Fries have changed for the worse! They don't even taste like Fries! I definitely stopped buying them. But, you really can't go wrong with their other deals on the McDonald's App.
I always order their food, i love McDonalds, its just sometimes they mess up the order and forget something. Oh well, the cashier may just be having a bad day
Every single time I've come to this particular McDonalds they park me. Even when there are no cars behind me, and even when I have a very simple order (one single egg mccmuffin meal, for example). It's irritating because for one, it takes longer. For two, where they park you is usually pretty chaotic to get out of there, as apposed to just pulling out from the drive through exit into the main road. This inconveniences customers just to make their upper management impressed with their drivethrough time. Other than that though, the staff is fine, and the food is always good quality (for fast food of course). I just hope they stop that parking people practice.
4/27/21... This is an update review of the crispy chicken sandwich from McDonald's. I had one of these today and I can truly say it's one of the worst chicken sandwiches I've had. It lacked flavor and it was very dry and there seemed to be an aftertaste. McDonald's you did a swing and a mess with this sandwich. Presentation can really be big when you're getting some food and when I took the sandwich out of the bag the top bun was barely on the sandwich. I think there was one pickle. Nope not getting this sandwich again. it seems everytime I ask for a sweet tea, I have to wait as they have to brew more. Sigh. Give me the old McDonald's when service was the best.
Well, I usually do not like to write negative reviews. In this case I have both negative as well as positive things to say. I like to end positive, so I will start with where I am unhappy. First, I don't understand why I cannot get my own salt and pepper. Is there a ration I am not aware of? Second, the manager forgot to add the fries I wanted to my order and I had to return a second time to order fries as well as for salt and pepper. Now, the positive is that one employee was on it and took care of things. The restaurant was clean and the menu board was the best I have seen. They only get three stars because of that employee.
Please make sure you check your order before you leave. It's funny how the employees want 15 dollars an hour, but can never get an order right. I asked and paid for a 20 piece chicken nuggets and got a 10 piece with no sauce. I probably should've known to look and check my order. Just know that they continually mess orders up. Whenever you go there make sure to check your order before you leave. That way you won't be super disappointed when you get home.....
Always something wrong with this location. Order given to wrong vehicle, burgers include ingredients specifically asked to leave off, or parts of the order simply not included. I do not frequent McDonald's often, maybe 6 times a year, so the fact that my order is incorrect more times than not is concerning.
Waited in the drive thru line almost 15 minutes to be told their soda machines don't work. Ordered nuggets anyway asked for hot mustard. Cold nuggets and no sauce. WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON IN THIS PLACE? There is no way with that many cars going thru the line I should get cold food. And the lack of sauce is just disturbing.

Walked in in the middle of a shift change, person leaving didn't know how to log out, employee in charge had to help her, I was send to place my order at a self service kiosk, I could have done that if that's what I wanted in the first place. Kiosk do not take cash, I had to go back to a cashier who did not have enough change for a twenty dollars bill, had to wait again for someone to get change. What could have been a fast lunch, turned out to be a long waiting..
I tried to give this McDonald's the benefit of doubt but unfortunately it's lacking. Once my chicken sandwich was undercooked, then another was severely overcooked. The screen at the drive thru is sun bleached so you don't know if they got your order correct. When ordering, it just seems that the staff isn't trained and doesn't get the order right. Save yourself the headache and go to in n out.
Used to come here often to get a quick breakfast, now I just come here to be dissapointed by how slow they make the food, how disorganized the whole kitchen is and how they always mess up my order. I understand hiccups when being busy, but there was a total of 3 people in the store and 1 person waiting outside
This place never fails no matter what big order to have me park our front after ordering a meal through the drive through...everytime, throughout my 3 years of living nearby. If possible, I usuall go to one on my way to my location when being out and about. In addition, they never fail to not close a soda properly. It sucks coming here, so please don't stop by if you think you'll be in and out.
I get it; so much of the daily business is from the drive-through. But come on, owners and management. Put some modest effort into the dine-in service. The soda fountain is perpetually out of ice. Napkins are never in the dispenser. Even when I specifically ask for tray service my food is brought to the counter in a bag. Waiting for someone, ANYONE!, to come take my order always involves a delay. Management has to do better.
Waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Food was COLD and drink watered down from melted ice. 10 cars stuck and I was in the middle.
This location has terrible service. Not many cars in Drive-thru. However, Drive-thru had us wait in the assigned parking. Another car was in our spot. 15 minutes later, we got our food. The food was cold, and the drinks were no good. This was our 3rd unpleasant trip to this particular location. We will not be returning.
This location is even worse than Diamond Dr. Both times we've ordered from here, the food was beyond crusty and inedible. Not good. Service is horrible as well...bad attitudes and the food takes forever.
Reupdated 8/2025, reverted back to serving cold food, the manager served very cold and dry McNuggets. He decided he would clean out his old cold food on my order. This restaurant has been slipping for awhile - I don't recommend this place, something is up, new management, someone trying to keep up with her car payment - something. Updated in 2023. This MCDs has improved a lot. We now come here on occasion and the food is good, warm and true to the brand. This review is from 2021. This is not a good place, over priced and cold food. The franchisees policy is that the food can sit for 30 minutes - its not cooked to order. Call the store, they'll confirm it. 86 ° F mc nuggets 84° F fries Really?
So ya this just happened, guess they ran out of buns for the McRib, I opened the box an just laughed, not much more I could do since I was already home. Just hope this store gets their quality and customer service in order soon, before people just say it’s not worth it and go somewhere else or just eat something at home. Please do your job correctly you are getting paid pretty good these day's please let your food show you care.

Simple order. Restaurant is not busy. The manager lacks all customer engagement. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes while they filled drive through orders. She finally came over mind you it’s 8:45 at night and not busy at all. Only to watch them also fail on the orders of the 3 customers in store. The 3.5 rating they have here just shows that leadership is neglecting to replace or correct the behaviors here
I ordered an iced coffee and they said they’d made it hot but they were going to correct it. Waited for 15 minutes then they have the nerve to tell me I never ordered one. Gave them the receipt and just asked for a refund. Didn’t even want the coffee after that.
I understand that McDonald's is a busy place. But a 42 minute wait for your food is unacceptable. They were rude unapologetic and served me stale fries after having to wait all that time. They definitely need better employees and managers. There is a McDonald's up the street from this location. Google it and go to that one. I was picking up and order for my son and I was giving the number to the girl at the window and she just walk away so rude I park my car and I when to the front windo and ask for a manager a girl say I’m the manager I explain to her the situation and she just said that she was going to talk to the other girl and I can not pic up the food for my son that he need to be there; So rude and smell bad. The worst service! Had me park for my order and saw them handed it to another car. UGGG covid times, Hello? Then they took it back into the store. 10 min later got the order ice cold. Asked for a refund. I was in that parking lot for 35 min. I will never go there again and I will tell my Inland Valley Hospital employees not to go there as well. I think they refurbished my order that they delivered to another customer. No thank you
Food tasted burnt. Also they only had the drive through open. You couldn't go in and sit down. I got a big Mac, A quarter pounder and a shamrock shake. The shake was gross. It didn't even look anything like the picture let alone taste like it. I will never visit that particular McDonald's. Waste of money.
At 12:30 3/05/24 I’m not one to complain I usually am ok with an issue with food but today I experienced some stale fries just seemed like an old batch, I asked for a fresh one but I’m not sure if this is even normal seemed like an intentional annoyance but I got a new one and it’s the most hot oiled up fries I ever had burned my mouth straight away… won’t do that again sorry I even asked
No one greeted or took our order even though they walked by us twice. When I received my order it was incorrect. Horrible service, what happened to customer service. Accuracy is fast not getting things wrong and moving fast
Ah! Yes, all these reviews are true. Terrible customer service, I waited 25 minutes in the drive through lane. And to make things worst, there was a long blonde hair in my cheeseburger! It was so disgusting. Please, do not come here. It’s not worth it, go somewhere. Ugh, I feel gross after someone’s hair touched my mouth.
HORRIBLE…. Just avoid completely. Sat in the tail end of the drive thru for 20 mins and then get to the window to be told no ice cream (the only reason for my visit) .. no signs or anything.. so I had to sit in the drive thru for another 20 mins (40 mins total) wasting my time for no reason..
This store will not hesitate to park you even if nobody is behind you. They are all about artificially keeping their drive thru times short. They also seem to have more trouble getting orders right. I usually drive a little father just to avoid this one.
The attitude of the girl who handed me my food was awful. She acted like her best friend just died. If they did, sorry for your loss. If they didn’t, then I get it, you work at McDonald’s, but I have never seen such an emotionless employee. No one in this restaurant paid attention to people waiting at the register. My son pissed himself waiting for someone to notice us after calling for their attention to unlock the bathroom doors.
Went almost 30 minutes before closing time and the young teen lady was at the window ignoring us because we were confused on why they were closed so early , she finally acknowledged us and gave us the worst look and started swinging her hands around and going off on us through the window . We have never been so shocked at the most worst customer service ever . Whoever that employee girl that was working late Mandi Thursday night , you deserve to be fired !
As of September 27, 2020. If I could give this location no stars I would but 1 was all it would allow me in order to leave a review. The girl taking my order was rude and always is. My order is always wrong. I just ordered spicy nugget meal; simple right? But they somehow managed to give me the most soggy fries and managed to give me regular nuggets when I told her twice I wanted them spicy. The girl taking my order rudely INTERUPTED my order saying "WHAT?" I have never been to a more terrible mcdonalds than this one. The girl taking my orders needs manners and management really needs to work on quality control. I know it's just fast food, but I go to other mcdonalds around the area and they seem to get it right. Please, if anyone in management is reading this, I would go to this location more often but I always get a terrible experience. This might be the last time i go. I want to enjoy my meal not dread it. Please change something about this.

Wanted to purchase a gift card. But they wouldn't sell it unless it was cash. Very disappointing. At first they said card if I walk In. No card at drive through. I asked why. The. Disappointment for sure ! I’ve always heard the jokes of “McDonald’s is always out of icecream” but never experienced it until yesterday. Went to the McDonald’s on Clinton Keith to get their famous, HIGHLY ADVERTISED, shamrock shake. Upon ordering, the person let us know they were COMPLETELY out of All ICECREAM. It was like 3 in the afternoon? What store advertises ICECREAM and then has NONE? Needless to say I was super annoyed. I went to the grocery store, which can be replied upon, and got dessert there. Very annoying. McDonald needs to figure it out !
This McDonalds location lacks management! I ordered what to me seemed like a small order, I wanted to try the new fried spicy chicken sandwich so I ordered one for my daughter and one for myself along with chicken nuggets and a big Mack, little did I know that was a mistake because by ordering those two sandwiches they made me pullover to the side and wait 30 minutes for my order. Once they brought out my order I made sure to check my order before leaving only to find out that they had missed a meal, I get off my car to let them know and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my meal. All together I waited 40 minutes and this is supposed to be fast service? I mean isn’t that the point of a drive thru? Somebody needs to keep track of how long the cars that you send to park are waiting for because at some point I thought they had completely forgotten about us considering they had us wait for 30 minutes with no communication.
Saturday morning 02/18/2023. Came here at this location for the first time for a good Latte. The lady on cash register was really unfriendly, rude and very strict with her behavior. No welcome from her mouth. She left our latte on a counter without saying any thank you. All the time we were there she surprised me with her unfriendly immature attitude. My opinion is this is not her type of job. She should be a jailer or somewhere people need to be controlled, like a reform school. I will never come back at this location again. By the way latte was not very tasty. We will stick to Starbucks from now on.
I ordered on the app went through the drive through to pick up & they still made me park. I ordered a shake & it was watery. The guy with curly hair was rude, I asked his name he wouldn't give it to me. It use to be a good place to pick up lunch for my son. Some of the people are rude.
I put in an online order hoping it would be quicker than the drive thru. I arrived and checked in and Waited for about 15minutes before someone came out to let me know they accidentally cleared my order and hadn’t even began making it. I waited Another 20 minutes without my food, and when it finally came out, it was not only wrong from what The ticket on the burger said, my large fry was not only cold but only half full , but I was also missing items, when I went to the door to have it fixed, they asked me for a receipt to prove it. They fixed it, but the lack of customer service disappointed me.
Apparently the ONLY person qualified to make heat up hash browns doesn’t clock in till an hour after open that’s cool, normally I’m not that petty but it’s always something with this damn McDonald’s
I visit this McDonald's with my grandson often. Most of the time they are typical. But lately the vest fries are becoming the worst. And the food is coming out kind of room temperature. Kind of worried. Wonder how long they let my food sit before giving it to me
2024: This is not how fast food is supposed to work. Decided to give drive through a try. Pulled right up and ordered a chicken sandwich and fries. Paid a few moments later. They then had me pull around and park. A full 20 minutes after I paid, my food was delivered and the fries were Luke warm. 2023: Came at night to dining room and ordered fries. Waited forever.
Horrible service, it seems like it's ran by bunch of little kids, didn't see any leadership. My order was wrong, I waited good 5 mins in the lobby (where no one else was there) before I was helped. They were too busy chatting about someone's birthday . It was on our way home, so we stopped ( this was around 9ish). They should look into this late shift and perhaps place an adult in charge
I ordered just a frappe. It took 8 mins to get it and I had placed a mobile order. When I went inside the 2 employees who were up front did not acknowledge me but stood there talking about how they don't eat McDonald's because of how bad the food is. That may not be what they should be discussing in front of customers. After 5 mins I asked about by coffee and was told we are working on it. Yet a customer who ordered 3 mins after me and it was multiple food items got her order before mine. I think that is a long time to be waiting for a drink and then be given attitude when you ask about your order
This location must be under new ownership. That must be why ALL the competent and friendly staff/management disappeared overnight. The new owner has to be the cheapest person on the planet, taking forever to fix the broken display in the drive-thru and seemingly not hiring enough (competent) employees to handle the large amount of customers coming through. Excessive wait times, incorrect orders, cold food and surly attitudes are what you can expect if you come to this location. I rarely come here anymore due to the complete mismanagement of this place. Hopefully this location is following all the County health requirements when it comes to food storage/prep, cleanliness and COVID but judging by how they treat their customers and the condition the food is in when received it’s definitely a concern.
This morning, I ordered a breakfast combo. But the taste of McMuffin was weird to me. It was so sweet like adding on it a honey sauce. I am wondering if they made it according to the McDonald's receipt because I have never eaten that kind of taste at any fast food restaurants. I was to complain it, but there was no one at the counter, so rather than waiting, I left the restaurant.
UPDATE: this hasn't changed in 5 years of going here. Always (and I do mean always) have incorrect order, waiting 40+ minutes for "fast" food, people are giving away our order, when we finally get food or drink it's cold out flat, and no one knows what's going on... Literally the worst. Sometimes we get nice people working that are just stuck In a broken system and want to help... If every McDonalds worked like this, I wouldn't care but....C'mon... this place takes the cake.
Service was horrible. The McDonald's app was what brought me in. It started by stating I was about to have points expire. The night manager was useless. No help! I finally just walked out. Slowly, McDonald's is driving away all customers. Reminds me of K-Mart & the SEARS saga.
It was to crowded the lines in drive thru very long. Everything is so fast paced that so many mistakes are being made. And promotional time is shorter than before especially on your fillet-O-fish. You have done better in the past.
Once again, I after using the drive through, I got to wait for 10+ minutes in the parking lot. And then my order was wrong (again). It's so lame to pay for a $2 hash-brown and not get it!!!
Fries had no salt so came back to ask for a new order. I waited over 40 minutes for two large fries. Knocked on the windown and just got looked at and ignored by the whole staff even management as she went to the restroom. Someone finally came and said, didn't know you were waiting even though they gave me the slip and receipt and looked my way numerous times.
You wanna know how I know the owner of this location doesn’t give a flying f$&@ about anything that goes on here ? Because the menu board screen is LITERALLY burned/baked and you can no longer see it and it’s been like that for quite some time. And it has yet to be fixed. Think about that for a second.. the very thing people use to order their food and in turn funnel money into the place and the owner can’t be bothered to fix it??? Unfortunately I think he’s realised he doesn’t have to care because the place always has a line around the corner .. so why would anyone change from doing the bare minimum (which he’s not even doing at that! ), when people still go there regardless 😒
I have so much to say about this McDonald’s they are rude inconsiderate I don’t trust them giving me my food I’ve sat in line for over 30 minutes in the last week on three different occasions yes I know I should’ve just order my food and sit in front and wait another 30 minutes either way it goes They can’t seem to get the orders right people are blowing their horn’s at the person in front of them which is definitely not their fault . They blame things on the computer system and that could be true but to be rude to the customer that is paying their money and hoping to get their points since food is so expensive these days and they’re making over $16 an hour you would think they would be a little more patient with their customers and maybe the customer would be a little bit more patient to them. What we need to do is just learn to treat people the way we want to be treated and put our self in their positions and they put their in our position and maybe someone like me who never leaves reviews especially if they’re bad I only good reviews but I was over today when I had not only but the manager and the two girls working in the front windows so rude when I asked a question on why the line was taking so long they snapped at me I had to let everyone know specially in our area with only McDonald’s on Clinton Keith that we really need to not except their store being rude to us we’re spending our money so hopefully this helps I’m not out there to bash people I just want to let people know how we’re being treated and hopefully they can learn from this entry people a little more kindly
I know it’s fast food. But I’m really sick of getting cold burgers, old fries. I was tempted to bring my order back but what’s the point? The employees are miserable and it shows it the service. If it takes 10 min to get a couple burgers, some fries and they come out cold and old. Cheese is not melted and cold. What is going on? Where is the management on this, what is the issue? Whoever owns and operates this location needs to let corporate take over or something because this has been going on for years. But hey, I’m the idiot who keeps coming back here thinking it’s going to be or get better. Apparently I like being disappointed and wasting my money to where I finally get fed up with this crap and leave a review going on a rant. But no one cares. Not anyone, not the owners, GM’s, District management, store managers and employees don’t care. Thank you. I’ll make the drive to Wendy’s from now on.
I absolutely have never had anyone ever speak so rudely as what just happened in your drive thru. I asked a simple question to the girl taking my order and the way she spoke to me was jaw-dropping. I pulled straight though the busy line and waited to get up to the window and asked to speak to the manager. The girl taking the orders said "but do you still want to order.... the manager didn't even offer an apology, just wanted to know if I still wanted to order. Unbelievable!! I did not order and I will never eat at the Wildomar/Clinton Keith location again and will yell it from the mountain tops to all who will listen not to either.
Went tonight through the drive thru for a quick meal. When I got home, my fries were stale and there was a giant girls hair in my fries. Everything else was fine. I called the store immediately and no answer.
This place is always busy which would lead you to believe it's a great McDonald's location. The truth is this is the only centralized location for many neighborhoods. Our order is seemingly always wrong. I've been shorted items and continually had issues with service. I spent 30 minutes in the drive thru on my last visit only to have them botch my order. Over charge me. Then short me items and make my order wrong. I understand a fast paced environment can be tough for young people and mistakes will be made, but that is your opportunity to provide good service. The three people I encountered were rude and short with me. This is probably my last time going here. I'll just go with Carl's Jr or jack in the box from now on.
I had an incredibly disappointing visit to McDonald's today. Not only was the customer service extremely lacking, but they managed to mess up my order as well. It's astonishing how a simple task like getting an order right seems to be beyond their capabilities. I won't be returning anytime soon, as this experience was a clear reflection of their overall incompetence.
I hardly ever go to McDonalds but decided to yesterday where I waited 20 minutes for 2 McGriddles. I got so sick while eating them. I started throwing up and couldn't stop for about 20 minutes. I had to pull off the freeway to finish and compose myself. My chest area was in so much pain it felt like I had been hit with
So worried about the drive thru they leave dine in customers orders sitting on the counter unless you speak up. All the drinks are flat and no ice available inside and if you try to ask you will be ignored unless you say something. Looks like they want to drive away dine in customers. Asking for coke and getting drpepper instead. Threw out my drink instead of wasting my time and playing a waiting at the counter game again.
Server put two lids on the coffee and didn't secure it. Spilled all over my lap and stained my clothes. No apology from her. Asked for a refund. Received with an attitude. Ruined my night.
On 3/7/24, I went to the drive thru. I tried to order a deal from the app but it would not work. After I ordered my #7 combo, I waited at the first window for at least a minute without any acknowledgment from the employee who was right there. As I approached the 2nd window, I was given my drink and asked to pull into one of the waiting stalls. Mind you, my order was a 2 cheeseburger meal w/o any modifications. I noticed ALL the stalls were occupied. After waiting 22 min, I went into the store. It was complete chaos in the kitchen which was odd because it wasn’t that busy. I was given my order promptly after entering the store. Absolutely, the worst service I have ever experienced at a McDonalds.
Ordered Sausage, Eggs, Biscuit.....the biscuit was flat looking, hard as a hockey puck, the egg look like they took one egg cooked it the cut into four pieces because it was so thin. Now for the sausage that looked like on piece cut in half. These use to be good and use to look like the pictures now don't waste the $5.75. Not sure when the price increase went into affect but not worth even $3.00. Quality has gone to nonexistent at least at this location. Should have gone to Denny's where I could have gotten an Original Grand Slam for $5.99 or $.24 more and had 2 eggs, 2 bacon or sausage links, hash browns, and toast.
Ordered through the mobile app. We got quite a bit of food and two burgers were missing. Called and was told that our options were to either come down or reorder. This was annoying but fine, as sometimes deliveries can go wrong. We went down and I told the guy I spoke with on the phone that we were missing a double quarter pounder with no onion and another bacon quarter pounder. Showed him the online order where its written and he confirmed with me vocally. He went over to tell the lady and I hear her yell out for a quarter pounder no onion and a bacon double quarter pounder in spanish. I speak Spanish and call out to correct her that both burgers are double. She ignores me and proceeds to furiously bag fries and answer her personal phone while working. The order finally comes out and of course, one of the burgers is incorrect. I told the guy and he goes back to have it fixed. She then says in English that she said it three times to the cook, then in spanish begins to slander me for saying it wrong in the first place. She frequently looks over to me and keeps talking negatively in spanish to her coworkers and they all laugh. This was absolutely infuriating. Absolutely the most horrendous behavior I have encountered. This is southern California, where most people can pick up at least the basic spanish, and despite that, you think that an open kitchen, in plain view of customers that it's okay to behave this way. Just to top it all off, this lady wore no gloves while handling food after touching her personal phone and never once washed her hands in the 15 minutes that we were there waiting for our meal. Food rating is low because by the time we got home, everything was cold.
They seem to be focused on drive through speed, but nothing more. Asked for a combo, but was originally charged for the sandwich and drink. Had them correct it, and thought nothing of it. Was asked to pull through to the mobile order waiting area because they apparently were taking orders faster than they could make it. Got my order and went down the road to my destination. Only after I was down the road did I find out they missed 2 items in my order. Tried calling about it, but got voice-mail for the store. Didn't bother leaving a message, won't return.
No meat on my double hamburger. No one answered the phone and there’s no help in the app either. How do you miss the meat on a burger?
This McDonald's cannot get an order correct to save their lives. I am done with this MDs cause they're always ripping us off. Tonight I had to go back 3 times. Cathy the manager was no help and shouldn't be in the customer service industry.
The employees were unhelpful when it came to asking questions about the app. I gave them my code to try to use a an activated deal. I must have missed a step and when I realized it, the cashier at the drive through window said, “yeah, nothing happened. Sorry” and gave my card back. I feel like the right thing to do would be to take the extra two minutes to see if they can help solve the issue. Meh. I hope management can try to help their employees provide better experiences for their customers.
I always try to stay positive, but after a dozen times of trying to find good with this establishment, it always disappoints. This is the closest McDonald’s to where I live. Not only is it convenient, but I love supporting neighborhood establishments, even if it is a franchise. But every single time, the WAIT is always long. The food cold. Sometimes burnt, or wrong order. Mind you, I always tell myself that they are probably under staffed, or having a not so good day. But ALL THE TIME? Last night at the drive thru, was the last. Slow as usual, and didn’t find out until arriving at the pick up window that a particular machine of theirs was not working. After 30 minutes of waiting, and another 15 minutes to reimburse that order. I am sorry to have given this unsatisfactory review. But I hope that management sees this, and will see that the staff and establishment has great potential, and never too late to change and improve.
Terrible service, we placed a curbside order for 2 burgers and two drinks resulting in a 45 minute wait until we got tired of it and decided to go in to ask where the order was. They hadn’t started on the order and informed me they didn’t have sweet tea which was replaced for just a soda. Ended up getting our order after another wait and get home to find out that it’s not our order at all and was given somebody else’s order. Such a disappointment and management really ought to get their staff together or be more diligent about scheduling a proper crew that knows what they’re doing. 0/5 Stars and a waste of 25$, let alone time spent.
We got into the drive-thru at 10:35. I ordered our food 2 $6 meals, 2 happy meals, and medium fry. We only went here fo the happy meals to get the squashmellows which we did not receive. If you are advertising squishmallows play the Happy Meals they should be in the Happy Meals not a different toy. We should have been told that we were getting a different toybut we were not told. I tried calling but got hung up on and that's why the 1 star for service and our food were lukewarm not hot. We wanted about 7 minutes in the drive-thur for our food that we thought would be hot.
Went to drive-through they asked me to pull into the front to wait for meal. They gave the meal away. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes. Did not hand my receipt back and when I got home I was missing one sandwich that I had ordered I understand the need to have a drive-through go fast to keep numbers up but to have people pull over and make them wait when it’s supposed to be fast food and supposed to get my order through a drive-through is ridiculous and the fact that they gave the meal away and made me wait and still got my order wrong. They didn’t hand me a receipt back so I’m unable to call or prove that they messed up.
I went to get some food yesterday before the beach I got two chicken sandwiches and the first sandwich I got half way into and I found a black fluffy thing and that was gross it made me not want to eat anymore they are getting nasty with there food there and need to check them self I called about 4 times to complain and no one answered like wow
I know it’s Christmas Day and some people don’t want to work but, the girl giving the drinks and food out didn’t even say a word. She acted miserable along with our half filled hot chocolate drinks. Not even filled all the way up. Rude employee. Seems like no one cares and hates their job THAT much. Hot chocolate tasted like warm milk for the most part.
I got my money back for this, But I hope in the future that there is some sort of quality control. I mean as an employee why would you even think to put this in a child’s happy meal was my biggest Thought and frustration. Furthermore this package of apples or should I say one apple slice and a half was not even open. The package was sealed I guess maybe a manufacture issue. But even so the apple slice was rotten! and then to make it even worse there was a smooshed dead fly on the end of the package. So there’s so many questions here why would you even have this being served why not just throw it out! come on McDonald’s!!
