My favorite fast food in Johnstown. Very nice interior and a good selection. Only downside is there always seems to be a rude customer. But that's everywhere.

Favorite fast-food joint to grab a burger. Drive thru is always SUPER fast. Very rare if you have to pull over and wait. But that just means whatever you ordered is going to be FRESH! Which is never an issue. Employees very down to earth and polite. Building is very pleasant looking and the inside is very clean and cozy.

Wendy's has some of the juiciest Burgers out their and they also taste great.

The new made to crave chicken sandwich was so good. Nothing like the others this one is thick slicked and you can get it grilled or crispy. The bacon was great too. I also tried their burgers on the made to crave and that smokey tangy sauce is this best one.

I have never seen such a clean Wendy's. They way the clean the floors is like dam, they should do that in more places. And the restrooms were super clean which adds an extra star to my rating if I could give it an extra star lol loved it here

Since covid I've been going to Wendy all this time. I didn't know there chicken nuggets were so delicious and the sweet and sour sauce has a really good flavor. They have a 4 for 4 which bring nuggets, fries,a sandwich and a drink come on you can't beat that. Come on people try it food is always hot and the service is fast Johnstown here I come.💝

The person who took our order really needs to watch what she's doing with the money. I gave her a $50 and she said out of a $20 myself and my boyfriend said it's not a $ 20 thank God I knew the manager cause she figured out what my change was. The manager is a great person and I wouldn't say anything bad about her

I went in the morning, pretty much right at open for some breakfast. The girl working with black glasses on Saturday was awesome, she was very professional and kind, it’s a rarity to see that nowadays so it was really great for us. Not only that but my food was incredibly fresh, and extremely well made. Thank you very much to her! She gave a great name to “customer service” and I plan to be back soon :) for what it’s worth, she definitely deserves a good ole raise, thanks again :)

Good accuracy of orders (at least 90% total, 95% for the drive-thru). Staff is courteous and generally intelligible. Drive-thru screen has cumulatively been out-of-order for more years than it has been working.

Had the panko breaded fish sandwich it was ok they make it fresh it takes 4 minutes you could tell it was not sitting on the steam table it was hot and fresh not as good as homemade but for something quick it will do.

The food was good, but they didn't really have their act together. I got a wrong order as did several others. All were fixed graciously however.

Very good and the line moves very quickly to be served. Chile was served very hot and a choice of beverages was excellent. Very Friendly people and when we do get a chance will be going back there.

I did have to wait for the food but it was excellent when I got it and did have several cars in the drive thru. They did a superb job getting us up to the window and explaining the delay very politely as well and lastly everyone who was waiting for food had It in under 5 minutes

By far one of the better fast food outlets. Fresh product always served in a timely manner. Could use a different french fries recipe but still a good product for the value spent. Prompt and friendly service in a clean environment.

Miranda was our cashier and she was great. She was patient and efficient with the customers ahead of us who were slow and grouchy and overly knit picky. She never even batted an eye. When she got to us, she answered all of my questions about the new items on the menu and was absolutely kind. Miranda has all the qualities in a service person we love to see when we choose to eat out. Thank you Miranda.

Amazingly quick service, even at lunchtime. The food is good, but might not be cooked to order, their patties can be a bit on the dry side. However, its fast food that's good and actually good, so it comes with the territory.

We stopped here with a camper trailer in tow - went through the drive thru. Plenty of room with a trailer, however when they couldn't complete our order and wanted us to pull up and wait, we did not have a lot of room to go so others could use the drive thru behind us. It worked but barely. Staff was very friendly .

Baked potato came with very little cheese sauce. After asking for extra extra on potato. Hard to return. When it's to go. No napkins in bag either.

It's a Wendy's nothing to write home about but gets the job done. I gave it three stars because it's fast food and average. Was clean and service was good.

ALWAYS. MAKE SURE. TO CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE DRIVING AWAY. I asked for ketchup, I got sweet and sour. No napkins either or salt packets like I asked. you typically have to make them correct the order cause they mess up so much. And if you forget to check before leaving, chances are youre gonna be eating what you didn't ask for. I've had so many mishaps with Wendy's to the point most the time they get my simple orders wrong so bad they once gave me that nasty soda water stuff when I ordered a pop. Like $3 for them to look at their (obviously empty) pop machine fill up my cup and give it to me no problem. The food is good but overpriced and I swear most the workers don't understand how to take an order and put the same items in a bag.

Workers are typically rude, they weren’t this one. But I used a coupon for 2 sandwiches for 6 dollars and that’s all I got and after she told me my total was $8. There’s no way sales tax on $6 is $2. Kinda hard to go back to this place now knowing that the workers are rude and don’t mind stealing from their customers to fill the pockets of the boss

Drive thru took longer than usual today but not bad, the price seems about par for the area and inflation, and they make a great chicken sandwich. On a whole not a bad place to go for a quick bite to eat.

Staying close to the restaurant as we were visiting our kids. Went through drive through, ordered, and went up the hill to a very close hotel. Burgers were stone cold, the cheese was not even melted, shorted me an order of fries, and the ones we did get were cold and nasty. The only thing good was the soda!! Stinks to pay that much for a meal that is nasty!! 🤢

Just mid through and through. Food: meh. Fries are only good for like 5 mins when fresh and every meat served there typically has no flavor. Service: odd. Most employees are friendly, but all awkward/different in their own unique ways. Atmosphere: a little old. Everything looks dull, sad, and could probly be cleaned slightly more often.

Food was good. Only thing wrong was watching an employee change a band aid near the cooking area. I don’t think she was preparing anything, however she did bag people’s orders. Maybe do that in the bathroom please.

It was freezing inside, and they put some of the food on the tray and let it sit out on the counter while waiting for the rest, and by the time we received it, it was ice cold.

Ordered 2 baconator meals and a chicken ranch wrap and was told my total was 83.00 and some change . I asked the girl why so much and she literally said the baconator meals are 14.00 and change each and the wrap is 6 and change I told her that wasn't even close to being 83.00 her reply to me was it's crazy the prices are going up everywhere 😐

Ill only eat thier breakfast but here lately thier breakfast sandwiches have been the worse. My cheese will end up everywhere, even on the top of the top bun. I have to wipe it down with a napkin before I can touch it. I am DONE, its starting to feel like its out of spite now at this point.

Ordered a triple baconator meal and a double baconator. Was given the double baconator, the triple ended up being a different burger entirely. All of the food was cold including the fries. The ordering box is also broken and you cannot really hear what the people are saying to you. The only thing that was correct was the Dr. Pepper. Also was not given my receipt and the ordering box does not display what is ordered. Complete disappointment, complete waste of money.

I went to Wendy’s to get the sawesome sauce burger and chicken sandwich the first time they gave me a bbq burger instead, I went back around and told them about there mistake and said I wanted the sawesome burger and instead they gave me the chicken after I told them at the window what I specifically wanted, very annoyed at the fact they can’t do their job right and it wasn’t even busy at all!

I usually love Wendy's especially like the cod sandwich but I was very disappointed with the sandwich it didn't even cover size of bun 1/4 inch more bun than fish and the fillet itself was darker than a hamburger mostly breading and just about as thin as a hamburger returned first one definitely overcooked like biting into a fat potato chip 4 1/2 minutes later same thing fries were still good got charged an extra dollar for asking for hot tea with my medium meal but if I just took medium cup could have walked over and had medium sized col tea something definitely wrong with that just got a shoulder shrug when I asked why.This will make me question whether to eat there again.

I’m not sure what’s up with the night shift, but the last two night I ordered from there and BOTH orders were completely wrong! Not to mention, one was placed with DoorDash. First night I ordered a dave’s double and a spicy crispy chicken sandwich(even states so on the receipt with a cashier named “Dakota” on the receipt) and I received what looked like one of the Bourbon burgers and an asiago chicken sandwich. Totally two different sandwiches then what I ordered. Then tonight, through the drive-tru…same cashier name and everything. Ordered again a Dave’s double combo meal with no onion and tomato, asked me single/double..etc and what size.And repeated it back to me. But when I check my bag when i leave, the receipt says I got a triple cheese burger and everything else was rung in separately, making it cost me more money. Didn’t even ring it in as I wanted it to be. How disappointing.

Dining room closed for over 2 years now altho they dont say why, guess they make more $ not hiring more staff so why bother. the owner should just close altogether sell off the property and go open up at the food court in the mall. i dont even bother with a place that cant give full service because the drive thru is the worst!

Every single time I go to Wendy's I ask for no mayonnaise and they always put it on my burger anyway. Well I decided to try again and got two burgers with no mayo. What do I find when I get home? Mayo on one burger and ketchup on the other! They also did not give us straws this time either! Just another crappy experience for me at Wendy's.

Was waiting on line for 15 minutes when they said it opens at 6:30..my sandwiches were ice cold with burned bacon and my coffee was boiling hot … French toast sticks were raw in the center … how can you say quality doesn’t cut corners when the staff literally does ?

Came here after a 5 hour drive to see a car and was ignored for the most part. Food was under quality. After two hours charging our phone, because we didn’t know where to go, we decided to wait for the lunch menu to open. We were yelled at by the manager for ‘loitering’ and was told to leave. The Manager was ignorant and rude to the situation, they lost Wendy customers for life.

Service was mediocre, rude, dull, sensed a lot of racial discrimination. The atmosphere of the restaurant inside is very dirty and everywhere you turn there's insects or pests. Management doesn't seem to care about cleanliness of the restaurant unless it's convenient of the fact that their jobs are on the line. Managers and employees talk to each other like less than dirt in front of customers or in private doesn't seem to matter just a very unfriendly and phony place needs to be checked by corporate and the state.

First my burger came without tomato and only 1 ring of onion. They couldn't make my partners salad for lack of ingredients, so the put some chicken on some lettuce and charged us both a ridiculous price of 15.00 each. And we had to beg for condiments. Ant to top it off the place smelled like someone urinated all over the place. It smells like a septic tank. They need to close this place for health reasons!

I wouldn't even give one star but need to to leave a review. The man ahead of daytime staff and the man ahead of the night shift are beyond rude to me and I don't even know why. I am a doordasher and they hate when I come in and through drive through and give me nothing but attitude then I overhear talk about door dashers. If I didn't need the moneyso bad i would decline every time I got a delivery for them.

I only got a chicken patty, cheese fries, 2 sodas, and another sandwich. 2 of the orders got messed up. First of all, i asked for a chicken patty with just ketchup, easy, right? Not to them. Instead i got it with all the other stuff thats supposed to be on it. Then, the fries somehow got messed up. I mean, who can mess up something so easy? Its just cheese fries. Once i opened the bag and saw the messed up orders, my day was ruined. All i got to enjoy was rootbeer that tased spicy everytime i drank it. This was the worst Wendy’s i went to.

Where do I begin?... the guy running the fryers and prepping food wasn't wearing gloves. All out of large drink tops, the soda machine was broke down, the sitting area was a complete MESS, and there wasn't a designated area for "done burgers/sandwiches"..they were just placed on top of some machine in front. Something should've been said while we were just there but we didn't want anything bad to happen to our food...which was COLD by the time we got it. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

Worst meal I ever had from Wendy's. I ordered a double burger with large fries and a large diet coke. When I got home and opened the buger up it was so sloppy I could not even pick it up . It was just floating in whitsauce or what ever it was, it was way way to much on it. The soda I said 3 time I wanted a Diet soda I got it home and the diet was not pushed in on th top of the soda.so not knowing for sure I can't drink it as I'm a diabetic .

Worst customer service experience ever. Order 4 burgers with bacon. Didn't get bacon. Ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget, was only given 3 nuggets. No sauces, napkins, or straws. All the burgers were old, burnt and dry. Spent over $60 to be told by a "supervisor" that when we order through the app we should expect our order to be wrong.... Advised they could replace the order but we would have to pick it up even though we paid extra for delivery. We are normally not picky people but $60 is a lot to pay for food.. especially when the entire order is wrong/missing/not fresh. Worst Wendy's ever.

Firstly I want to say I did reach out to the company as the receipt and store manager directed me. With no response before leaving this review. I went to this establishment for a burger and fries on a busy afternoon as a solution to my current starvation. I was asked to pull to the side and my order would be brought out. I waited recieved my meal and left. As I live 45 mins away but am in the area every weekend. I stopped off half way on my journey home and opened up the bag and recieved the wrong burgers. 😑 irrated of course as the ones I ordered are more expensive then the ones I had recieved but it was to late to turn around. I pull out the cheese fries just to see SEVERAL HAIRS black in color all over them. Throughly disguised I contacted the store and was told to use my receipt to file a complaint and was hung up on. Classy 😉 . I did follow the instructions and to my suprise no one cares. So thanks for nothing and I will certainly never return to this establishment again. Wrong food. Food covered in someone's hair, rude employees who hang up on you when you try to let them know. I'll take my money else where .

Girl was yelling but we couldn't hear her. I ordered a $5 biggie bag. She upgraded the fries and drink to large, I didn't want that, we both ordered coke, she was trying to give us different drinks, she blamed the speaker and was very rude. We barely go there as it is and after today we will probably go even less.

I gotta stop coming here for a bit. The last three times ive ordered nuggets theyve been either actually cold, or room temperature. How long are those sitting? Is the heat lamp not working? This is very concerning because I dont feel safe eating cold nuggets not knowing how long theyve been sitting out. Location needs a management upgrade, seems very disorganized. They dont even hand out reciepts

Went there tonight a little after 10pm to order food, they tried giving me a clearly watered down soda and served a cold chicken and cheese on the chicken that wasn't melted at all, very displeased with them and usually I'm happy with my food but for now on when we come around 10ish I will be demanding all my food be made fresh 🤷‍♀️

I decided to come to Wendy’s on my way home from work, and what a mistake that was. I waited in line almost 15 minutes before even being able to pay for my order; line wrapped around the building. When I got to the first window, I finally was able to pay for my order, then when getting to the front, the female staffmember was extremely short and rude, barely said anything to me about picking up my order. Handed me my bag and drink, never said “have a good day” or a simple acknowledgment; nothing. Acted like I was an inconvenience to her. That’s not customer service. I’ll never come here again; I’ll go to McDonald’s or better yet, eat home. Never again. Don’t waste your time or money here. Better options around.

Walked in for food and was turned off!! The lady who took my order ( the manager) looked like a bomb went off in her mouth, after taking my order she stood there waiting for my order picking at her face, Dirt under her fingernails not to mention no one was wearing gloves except the sandwich maker!! Know someone who worked here. This is for the lady who posted about her burnt burger in the snowstorm: they keep the Patties on the grill until they need them. My friend said they leave patties on all day, and grab the oldest ones. Some were more charcoal than the one she posted. Absolutely disgusting.

i placed a doordash pickup order , it said it was ready for pickup so i went to pick it up & nobody would come to the window & the doors were all locked. a worker walked past the window rolled his eyes & waved his hand for me to leave then walked away. then all the workers came out to their cars to leave & the male worker quite literally had a doordash bag in his hand but said that they never got it & hes not in charge. my order was already paid for & i never got my food.

We stop here maybe once a month and have never had an issue until tonight. The staff were acting like hooligans, screaming out the drive thru window, climbing through the window, blasting music, etc. I’m all for having fun at work but there’s a level of professionalism that needs to be maintained. This made the business look really bad. On top of this experience, our food was extremely cold and we were missing items. Disappointing.

I order a 10 pc of nugget small meal on uber and everything was in the bag but the 10 pc of nuggets, when I call to Wendy’s this woman says “you gotta call uber for a refund” uber just gave me $2 back…and is literally her responsibility to put all the food in the bag because I work in a fast food and that’s not how is supposed to be things

The brown lady that usually works night shift waited to answer us at drive thru until it was closing time which just changed to 12:00 pm for some reason but still allows DoorDash customers to order and then when she finally did speak to us she rudely told us we needed to come earlier to receive our order for the DoorDash customer because she was not going to start up the kitchen for any DoorDash order even though the order had been placed by customer at 11:20pm and we got there to pick it up before 12:00 pm. Awful employees and horrible service.

Never in my 27 years have I ever had a drive through experience this bad. The woman was incredibly rude and was rushing us with 2 people in line. and when I got home my Dave's triple combo was missing the Dave's triple. I would've gone back and tried to correct it but I wasn't given a receipt either.
