A nice enough pub to get a simple drink
I was looking for a bar to watch some sports, and this spot came up on a search. I'm glad I found it! Lots of parking, place was pretty busy, but I was able to get a spot at the bar. The game I was looking for was on the TV. Good food, good drinks, lots of locals. Everyone seemed to know each other, which is great. Lots of choices for food. And of course drinks. Definitely recommended .
Very good food all homemade with reasonable prices. Bartender does kitchen and bar earlier in the day, but always takes care of you. Nice atmosphere, friendly locals, just all around good.
Top 10 on my list of America's dive bars. Local yet friendly food awesome. Powered by amazing bartenders that cook and serve. I cannot recommend enough. I use the word Dive Bar loosely. Bar and grill also fit. But the work ethic and the communal aspect are second to none.

This is one of my favorite places to go to! Friendly, amazing bartenders and cozy, fun atmosphere. Great place for snowmobiles in the winter and cocktails on the deck in the summer.
Mozz sticks hit the hungry spot! People are always nice n friendly here, no matter what career they have! Barmaids are friendly, courteous n professional in their jobs! They do not avoid anyone and keep on top of every customer's beers and needs! Kudos Mary Lou!
I love it at Loopie's Irish Pub! She has a good selection of beer on tap, she has a growing selection of bourbon, and the food is all prepared on site, including the Turkey and roast beef that she uses. She's currently offering music on Thursday nights for biker appreciation night. She does a lot of fundraising for the community and supports local groups.
Always stop at Loopies whenever I'm near Amsterdam. Everything you want in a local pub, good food and cold drinks. Great outside area when the weather is good.
Food was good and bartender made it her job to make sure I was happy and took good care of me so that was awesome I highly recommend coming here.

We were in town for business and found this place on google maps. Interesting place. Bartender was also the cook and our server. Food took long but that’s understandable since she did it all. The food tasted good though so can’t complain.

This was my brother and mine's 1st visit. Wanted to come on St. Paddy's Day in our Kilts to celebrate our birthdays ... But it was late and packed. So We came tonight. BEST Choice Ever!!!! Not only was Nicole one of the Nationals Best Bar Tenders, but the Cook made the Best fried haddock I have ever had ... Out side of Maine at the "WeatherVaine". I definitely will be back some Tuesday night for Bingo!!!! Thank You very much Nicole for the great service and great time. Pass on the compliment to the Chef for me too!

modest size.... great place to hang out... had great dj karaoke while we were there sat night 8-12. food mostly during day I guess called before arriving asked if they had dood ...said they dis not have grill going so we just opted to stop aomewhere else then head yo Loopies... had few drinks sang a song... nice crowd.

Asian bartender was very rude and short. Not friendly, didn’t like her job, go work somewhere else if your burnt out. Need to find someone else, she was horrible, ill just stick with partners instead…hard pass, food was good.
Draft beer was close to being warm, the food was of the frozen variety, thrown into a microwave or deep fryer. Very disappointing. Bartenders/ waitress/ cook was very good but not enough to overcome the incredibly disappointing food.
