I like the service and that the pizza is well served. So far, I haven't had one with cheese or poor toppings, although they could improve. The problem is when you want to eat there, given the messy dining room. Otherwise, the service is good.

El personal no es servicial, ni te ofrecen las promociones que te tienen que decir o si no "son gratis" , lo que quieren es atender rápido. No hay agua para lavarse las manos y ni ponen un letrero o algo , y ahi estamos todos enjabonados y sin agua 🤡, y así sentarnos a comer. Ni televisión o entretenimiento, con moscas. No, no , pésimo lugar , es la única sucursal que me quedé con mal sabor de boca.

The girl who serves at the drive-thru, is a terrible service, we wanted to add something else to the order, we spoke to her politely repeatedly and she ignored us, charged and closed the window, what a horrible experience

They don't have good service, and they don't have their full menu available. In the end, I only bought a pizza, and they didn't have the dried chili packets.

Pésimo servicio.... tienes que recalcar lo que pides . entiendo que por contingencia no dejen entrar más de 1 personas y si quieres comer te tienes que esperar asta que los otros clientes terminen ... repito . pizza hot es mejor

El personal se preocupa más por sus temas personales que por atender. Se solicitan varias pizzas de las que ya “se tienen listas” y a pesar de tenerlas enfrente, me da tiempo de espera de 15min. Posterior a los 15min, agarra las mismas pizzas del horno y me las entrega

Normalmente no te ofrecen servilletas (aveces solo dan como 2 o 3),platos, casi casi te avientan la pizza cuando te la entregan, y aparte está equivocada la orden, dejan que los demás clientes hagan demasiado ruido y llega a ser molesto, al igual que llega a entrar gente a pedir dinero mientras intentas comer agusto. (Por favor mejoren eso de no dejar entrar a gente que pida dinero o incluso de tu comida)

Raw food, they give you the pizzas you ordered from someone else and they open the door for you. Just because it's a busy shift doesn't mean you lower the service.

I ordered a delivery and it was delivered poorly cut. I asked for extras and they didn't deliver. Terrible service. I don't recommend buying from this place.

They take SO LONG to get your pizza. They lie to your face, telling you it'll take 10 to 12 minutes, and you end up waiting almost an hour like I did, literally. One cashier to handle everything. If they don't have employees, why are they even open the place? Everything was terrible. I won't come back to this establishment, even though it's the closest one to me.

Terrible quality of food, the pizza had a miserable amount of cheese, it tasted like bread with tomato sauce, because it didn't even taste like pepperoni where it was already super hard, and the breadsticks were very raw, you can see in the photos the color of the still raw white dough, it didn't have the toppings that I asked for and neither the chili powder, everything was bad🤢

Food is not always fresh baked, sometimes pizza seems and taste like done or too early that day or left over from the day after.
