The last two times we’ve eaten here, Presley was our server and she was GREAT both times. I try not to go out to eat too often, but Presley makes me want to come to this place more often because it’s hard to find good service these days at most places, but she is so attentive and sweet the whole time! And was so sweet to my VERY talkative daughter which is always a plus for any establishment because it makes me feel comfortable bringing my little family in. :)

Rarely eat in here, we order take out close to 3-4 times a month. Food is ALWAYS delicious and is ready in a timely manner. The Margherita pizza is also a fan favorite at our house! Definitely my favorite here in Kaufman!

We ordered delivery through DoorDash on 1/4/26 (a large pepperoni pizza and a large chicken caesar salad). Unfortunately, a small mistake happened during packaging and our dressing was left out. After receiving no response from the dasher, we called the store. Both the employee who answered the phone and the manager were incredibly friendly and extremely understanding - even after we mentioned that calling about salad dressing felt rather silly. Without hesitation, they offered to personally bring the dressing so we could enjoy our dinner. Less than 15 minutes later, the manager himself showed up at our door with the caesar dressing, complimentary bread knots, and a sincere apology. This level of customer service is truly outstanding and memorable. We will absolutely continue ordering from Roma’s and look forward to enjoying their service in person as well. Highly recommend!

Kaufman NEEDS more grownup restaurants in town that can serve plates of deliciousness like the kind Romas serves(Chicken Piccatta, Romas Chicken and Shrimp...)! And they better come with the friendly customer service too! Next, I'll be trying their pizzas!

Fried ravioli, calamari and cheese sticks (I believe the trio plate) was delic. Pizza & pasta dish lasagna were also good. I haven’t tried their desserts yet but will definitely be back to try that. They also made an amazing espresso martini.

Best pizza’s. The bread was so delicious & I ordered a side of pink sauce with it. This place is delicious. Try and come every Sunday and they do a good Job with rotating tables in and out because they are generally really busy in the mornings.

We visited Saturday night, nov 1st . We had calamari & the wings BBQ. Our table ordered lasagna , pizza, baked ziti & chicken Alfredo. All of it exceeded our expectations . Marvelous place in a small town. We live in Mabank & will make the drive again for the delicious food. The server was very sweet and never once let our drink to become low. Family owned business and am happy to support.

I had dinner at Roma’s last night (driving through) and was so impressed! The service was fast and polite, and every dish came out perfectly cooked. The Roma’s spicy salmon & shrimp was the highlight, flavorful and beautifully presented. The restaurant has such a nice vibe (perfect for date night ) 10/10 experience!

Our experience was wonderful. Our waitress was so attentive and nice. Our food was one of the best tasting food we have tried in a while. We got the spicy chicken and shrimp pasta and Roma's Trio and let me just say delicious is an understatement! The sauce on both dishes was mouth watering. We hated that we got full so quick because we wanted more lol. Definitely making the drive back here again!

Loved the atmosphere and the art, servers were very polite and attentive! Food was okay, the pizza was thin and burned underneath and the bread was hard.. however the chicken alfredo was chefs kiss. Overall a good experience, I'll be back.

Ordered the eggplant rollatini, and enjoyed it. The service was fast and friendly. My wife ordered a trio of pastas with a side of meatballs, took her leftovers home, and liked them as much reheated as the day they were freshly prepared.

Fourth time here. Food better this time. Chicken a bit dry on both the pasta dish and the pizza. Staff young and very helpful although still learning the menus. I think if the kitchen would not pre cook foods in preposition for meals the wait may be 10 minutes longer, but the results much better, resulting in far better reviews.

We have ordered from here and gotten delivery. The pizza is outstanding however, the pasta and Bruschetta were not good at all. Bad enough, that we couldn't even eat it. We will order pizza from here but never again get anything else.

Hi - I ordered take out yesterday for Valentine’s Day for my fiancé. We eat there atleast 2-4 times a month and it’s always wonderful. However, yesterday’s meals were pretty disappointing. The portions were much smaller than usual, the Italian sausage I get with my baked ziti was very few small sausage balls instead of my usual two sausage links. The taste was very bland. It’s like the person who prepared the meals did not care. We were really bummed.
