This is the best Arby’s around. Always very good food. Employees are super friendly. The drive through can take a while but they do their best. I have been to other Arby’s locations and this one is absolutely the best. Highly recommend.

Love the diversity of their menu. Turkey, Chicken, Beef. I had the Reuben sandwich & loved it. My wife had the roast beef with cheddar. The arby's sauce complimented the sandwich perfectly. Love the seasoning on their curly fries.

When it comes to fast food roast beef, NOBODY does it better than Arby’s. One of my fondest memories as a youth was when my Father would take me there after a swim meet. If I performed particularly well, my father would buy me two roast beef sandwiches instead of one. Taking a bite of that savory, succulent roast beef after a successful swim meet was always hit the spot. 10/10.

The Arby's is exceptionally clean with an attentive service staff. All employees working today were mature responsible adults, several over 65. The food is typical Arby's so if you like Arby's you'll be happy with the food. The pleasant, clean facilities are a bonus.

My 11 year old daughter and I were unintentionally difficult. We changed our order several times. Very sorry. The two people working there that helped us were very patient and didn't seem to be bothered by us changing things. Excellent employees in my opinion. Food was also very good too. I wish I had gotten their names so I could give them the credit they deserve. I will go back again.

Where's the meat. Right here Baby, can't go wrong with a classic beef and cheddar. The gyros are fantastic. Unfortunately the interest rates have cut into everything. 2 for 5 is now 2 for 6. Buy them up.

My visit 06-09-24 It looks like I have not done a recent review of Arby's Wallprice road and 377 Denton highway, I've been in this location twice! After our last experience where my friend made me drive back to ask if it was ok to visit this location. I was almost afraid to go back after that experience, I am glad I did not write a bad review. My friend just informed them on how they should respond to customers. Well WOW! Arby's or whomever purchased or changed employees whatever at this location certainly deserves this review, while my friend has yet to go inside the location at Denton hey Wallprice yet, something changed! I could not get into the second door into the Arby's without being greeted with! HI! HOW ARE YOU TODAY! This is exactly what my friend was expecting originally when the first bad experience occured. If you think Arby's is not taken they're business seriously you should visit this location again. While I was almost afraid to try again this was a very pleasant surprise to go back to find in two separate visits after the new friendly faces were there. If I could have taken names I would have. About 4:pm around what's usually business decline these guys were working hard, especially the lady who prepared our order. I could not help over hear one employee say we are doing double orders, will come to find out she was on track and all was well. She took all the pressure well in all the heat of the buisness. Wow they have a positive team to get through all this on a busy Saturday! Visit this Arby's they will be there waiting for you with a friendly new atmosphere. I rang the H;?!%:#ll of the BELL this is the best Arby's I've seen rise up!! To the where's the beef cause!!! Thank you Arby's Wallprice and Denton hwy 377!!!!!

Only complaint was the wait time to get my food. They must have just ran out of something because it took much longer than usual but the food was good and the order was correct. A big improvement from the last time we picked up food there.

We ordered chicken strips along with sandwiches and were given the heads up it would take at least 5 minutes. It took a little while longer, but they were extremely apologetic and even gave us a free turnover for the extra wait.

Only about my 2nd time to go to Arby's as I dont eat bread, but it is next to my place of employment and I was hungry! Ordered the turkey ranch & bacon sandwich. It was enough to feed 2 people on that one sandwich. I took the bread off, cut the meat/cheese and everything else in it. It was delicious! I also tried their new strawberry cream pie, oh may! It was to die for. The gentleman at the register had so much patience with me & all my questions, he just kept smiling and answered them all. I will definitely be returning. Just wish I could order the sandwich without the bread hate to waste food.

Used a coupon for a big meal for 2 and received half off in total. 2 sandwiches, 2 medium fries, 2 medium drinks, 2 turnovers, and a 6 piece mozzarella sticks for $15. Everything was fine with the speed of my order, the service I received, and the food I ate. Great deal!

Everyone was so cheerful. My daughter was having a hard time deciding what to eat, and the guy at the registering was very patient with her and kept making suggestions to her. All the workers had this great attitude. More customers came in, and everyone was treated great.

Their service and food has definitely improved recently. The crinkle fries were really fresh and cooked well, and their tea was fresh. Which is a really big deal to me. Sometimes when I go eat at other fast food restaurants around here, their tea tastes like it’s been sitting out for a week. Not this place. Keep up the good work, we appreciate it.

The wait wasn’t too long, food was hot and fresh. My son ordered the French dip which was nice and full and an jus was hot. The sliders are the perfect size for my little ones. Everything was very tasty.

First off, I'm a creature of habit just like almost everyone is. I've had their more known entrees before and they are definitely quite filling. But in the past three year window where I'll occasionally go I'll order their buffalo chicken sliders, curly fries and a chocolate shake. During their happy hour because they are a dollar each lol I always leave happy 😁

Update: Food was warm and delicious! We got 2 roast beef sandwiches and 2 mozzarella sticks. They gave us all the sauces and we didn't have to ask. Makes the drive thru line go so much faster. The employee even informed us of a deal so our food was even cheaper. Looks like we can start eating at this location again. Original review:They are always rude and forget sauces even when you ask. This location is also kinda hard to get to if you don't know the back ways. The food is almost always cold and everything looks like it's been sat on.

Despite the 15 minute wait in drive-thru (very long line), the wait was worth it. Employee at the window was very polite, my food was still hot by the time I got home and it was delicious. When you want an alternative to the same old burger and fries, Arby's is an excellent choice; no matter if you want Turkey, roast beef, chicken or a gyro, they have the meats!

Arby's is a good change from burgers on my lunch from work. I miss the Potato Cakes (hash brown style) they used to have. For a treat, I get a Chocolate Shake with whip creme, drizzle and a cherry on top. Yummy! The only downfall is the fried food is too greasy so I always put the bag on the floor mat and use a napkin to remove the excess grease. For me, that's not a deal breaker and I like the food being hot and fresh.

3 of us went for lunch. 2 of us had roast beef sandwiches. One of us ordered the new hamburger combo with the trunover. When she got the hamburger it was not cooked through in the middle. She returned it & they informed her that is the way they always cooked. So she ordered it well done. Got the new hamburger. It was burned on the outside and still not completely done on the inside. So then she just had a roast beef and cheddar. Not happy with hamburger offerings if you have to order it well done which is how hamburger is supposed to be done. No refund even offered. Will stick with roast beef from now on. We do not recommend the hamburger.

We use a coupon we get on the mail we decide to try this location,Place is ok , music was a little loud for our taste ,need better cleaning, ( restrooms tables and floors dirty) service was good ,staff was very friendly , food was good, complete and on time , is always room for improvement I'm sure the management will pay attention and do better . I ordered online but wanted a meal instead of just a sandwich. So the deal was just ok. Paid $11 bucks and change for a sandwich, curly fries and a drink. My order was not ready on time but when I asked at the counter they quickly put it together. I like the atmosphere of the dining area and that Coke Zero was available. I might come again if there is a truly good deal.

Haven't been to Arby's in many years. Nicer selection than I remember. My son had the brisket sandwich and liked it. We both liked the curly fries. I had the classic roast beef and cheddar and it was good, not great. Will try something else next time.

My kids got 6 coupons from their school to get free kids meals for their academic achievement during the last school year. Well, we found out the hard way. They could only use 2 coupons a day as it was allow by the manager. Just imagine if you have more than 2 kids go to school and you are limited to use only 2 coupons for 2 kids and the rest of the kids are wondering. That's what'd happened to me. My kids questioned me and wasnt happy about it as they couldnt use all their coupons. I have to make 3 trips to use most of the coupons and then the kids got tired from it until one meal had no kid toy in it. The quit going to the place.

I have downgraded this rating because I have found that within the last year the service here is slipping fast. Today I sat at the intercom for almost two minutes (no one ahead) without being greeted. Finally, I spoke up and a girl spoke up and in a very disinterested voice told me that they were only taking cash as their card machine was not working. Ummm, a sign at the intercom box would be helpful. A person greeting you when you pulled up would have been courteous!

Cashier acts like she's paying for the arby sauce. We had 3 double meat sandwiches and she only wanted to give us 2 packets...she said they would run out before they got their next delivery...um, 3 sandwiches=3 packets in my book

Literally watched 2 employees walk by my food in the warming trays twice and no one put my food in a bag. The "manager" looked at the food (which you can easily see open kitchen) look at the order screen got out his phone and walked away. Oh did I mention I was the only customer. Normally don't have a problem but when i have to wait almost 10 for food kinda doubt I will be back.

Hit or miss location. Grabbed lunch and roast beef tasted like it had been left out all night. I've had really good meals here too so I guess it's a gamble what food quality you're going to get.

I ordered the $7 deal but for some reason I had thin and thick slices it had a not an Arby's palet that I'm used too. Thick slices sliding of the sandwich while the thin slices stayed in tacked. Customer service was awesome but I think the slicer needs an upgrade.. fries and drinks perfect 👍

Fast drive-thru & the young man at the drive-thru was friendly. The fish sandwich was a disappointment. Absolutely bland! No flavor whatsoever. Had about a quarter teaspoon of tartar sauce. Will not purchase this again. Bring back the battered fish.

Sandwiches are okay. Their curly fries are good and seasoned well. They taste really good with the cheese sauce. They have turnovers that taste pretty delicious also. The wait for the food is pretty long. The restaurant is clean and staff is somewhat friendly.

Numerous trips over the last four years, it is hard to trust that any order will be correct in the drive thru. Latest was my request for no tomato on the buffalo chicken sandwich, the speaker told me it doesn't come with tomato. Guess what my wife with sensitivity to nightshade veggies got?

Went there on October 3rd at 4:30pm - the girl taking the order in drive thru had a personality like a wet mop - I kept saying please and thank you she didn’t once say your welcome - I got to window to pay she hands drinks and I said “ may I please have Arbys sauce “ she said yes - she hands the drinks I say thank you - no response- she hands me the bags - and I said did you put the arbys sauce ? She said yes - leave go home and she gave 2 arbys sauce for the food I ordered! That’s just ridiculous for 27 dollars worth of food! No wonder business are failing - the food was horrible - French dip with white American cheese!!!! And there was 2 slices of beef on the sandwich! 2 !!!! And the other food - brisket - 2 slices - and it was the size of a small cheeseburger at MCD !! The customer service is horrible and overcharging and the food not like it used to be ! SO SAD !!!

Didn't greet us, was annoyed when I informed her she rang something up incorrectly, was impatient (we were the only customers in the entire store & none in the drive thru), barely talked at all-just sat there glaring at us.

The food was decent, but the experience was anything but pleasant at your drive thru window at 2:45 on 5/31/21. I don’t know her name, but the young lady with blonde hair working the drive thru window was the rudest individual I have ever dealt with in a drive thru. I’ve been through plenty of drive thrus in my life, and I’ve never been treat with such disrespect. She had an awful attitude when she took my money. I gave her exact change, so there was nothing hard there! She had the biggest scowl on her face. I had been nothing but nice to her, and did not appreciate the attitude I was receiving. When she brought our bag of food to the window, I kindly asked if I could please have some Arby’s sauce and ketchup. She shoved the bag out the window at me and very rudely said “I’ve already put it in the bad!!” Then slammed the window shut. After she slammed the window shut she looked back at me with a condescending smirk. This was not only uncalled for, it was unprofessional and quite frankly I was very irritated by her attitude and unprovoked actions towards me. By the way there was NO KETCHUP IN THE BAG!! Your fries are disgusting without ketchup!! I tried to call every number I could find for this location online so I could speak to the manager about my experience immediately following the incident, but how convenient for y’all that none of the numbers were working. Unfortunately I don’t know that I will be returning to Arby’s again if this is how you treat your customers now because there are plenty of other places who value me as a customer and treat me with respect! I’m not in a habit of paying people and restaurants to treat me with disrespect!!

Food is good, service isn't. The whole place was empty and we were the only one in the drive thru line, still took 20 mins. It was an hour and 15 mins before closing but they were already trying to close. Counting money and cleaning up. The girl at the window didn't take my order correctly. I said i wanter a #6, she was ready to end it there. Didn't ask what size or what drink.

PLEASE CHANGE DISCONNECTED PHONE NUMBER ON YOUR RECEIPT!! I will note this rating is a combined rating of my past 10 experiences with this location. Not a chain known for its speed of service but this has to be the slowest location in the metroplex. It is a shame that as slow as they are that they are unable to get my order right 4 out of 10 times. After trying to call and having the number printed on receipt wrong and having to manually search for the number, I reached my enough point and decided to share. This location is not recommended until they get things straightened out!!

Service was slow, cashier seemed rushed. Gave me a drink when I ordered a shake. Thought sandwich was regular when I ordered a half pound. Figured Id cut her a break because she looked busy. Got home and realized it was a beef and cheddar with no sauce packets. Tried to take it back and they're closed two hours ahead of when the door and online say they're closed. Told me to come back in the morning to have it fixed. Seriously?!?

Slowest service I've ever experienced. Sat in the drive through for five minutes before being helped. Didn't get my milkshake (the only thing I ordered) for fifteen more minutes. The only reason they even get two stars instead of one is because of how sweet the girl who helped me was.

During this outbreak one would think employees handling cash then touch your drinks and food without gloves wouldn't be something you would see? Going through the drive through I experienced this and employees making food without masks. WHY? Other then that friendly and good service. Sounds like a management and leadership issue!

Just went there today to pick up an order made thru the app. The order was for 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches and a small curly fry. I live 10 minutes from this location and for the second time in a row, my order has been wrong. The first time, the curly fries were cold and greasy, threw them away and today when I returned home, the two beef-n-cheddars were plain roast beef. So I paid beef-n-cheddar $ for plain roast beef. You're 0 for 2 with me. Time to find a different Arby's. Order # 10000247**** It's one thing to be dining in, but it was a quick lunch for me so I could get back to work.

This location has a very relaxed mask policy. People operating the drive through wear masks under their noses. I feel it is irresponsible and not safe. Same person has been told three times by management to wear mask properly. Why is he still there? Bad example from the top. Not risking my health for a roast beef sandwhich.

Husband went to get drive thru. They forgot to give him our drinks, which he didn’t notice till he was 1/2 way home and decided not to go back. Got home and our order was completely wrong. Didn’t get the food we ordered, got food we did not order. But the receipt in bag was for our order. Tried calling the phone number on receipt, disconnected. Tried calling the number on google and no one answered. Very disappointed. Will not be returning to this location.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. Waited in drive thru over 20 mins and I was the ONLY person there. Ordered 3 meals...not a single one of them was correct. I noticed as I was driving away, but after waiting 20 mins already, we just went home and ate what we got...which included cold fries, soggy buns and sandwiches overloaded in sauce.

This location's employees are absolutely HORRIBLE!! DO NOT GO TO THIS ARBYS! Employees are smoking outside the restaurant as I pull into the drive-thru, my order wasn't even right after odering one combo meal, extremely rude to me when I drove back through(no ther customers in line). I never hold fast food service to high standards at all but this specific visit was a must review. Arbys is a favorite place for me to eat. Again, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

Dirty!! Every single table in there was dirty. The floor looked as though it hadn't been swept in months. Food and trash all over the floor. The floor along the egde of the walls was black and loaded with food bits. The little ledges under the windows had a grimy film along with food bits. The seats all had food on them. And the was at least a quarter inch of dust and grime on the bottom parts of the seats and benches. The windows were dirty. The door was dirty. DIRTY!! FILTHY!!! DISGUSTING!! On top of slow service.This was a weekday around 1:00 p.m. How is this place still in business?

I don't hate this place but the service at this location is super slow. There were no cars in the parking lot and when I pulled into the drive thru I was asked to wait. The place was deserted and the wait was over 15 minutes to get my food and what not. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and say maybe they only had 1 person working and running the show?

Rude staff! Tried multiple times thinking it was just a bad day nope! Just horrible staff. They don't open when the building says so dont try and go early they will want you to pull over since your running up their drive thru window time. Customers pay your bills you'd expect you would do the basics of your job. At the very least fake it until you make it.

By far the worst Arby's I've ever visited. The employee's take forever to respond when waiting to order even when I'm the only person there. Then when they do answer, the person sounds so bummed out, it's as if their dog just died. If it only happened once, that'd be one thing. But, this has been multpile occurences. Then they completely missed half my order. And she's been on her headphones the whole time.

I will not be back to the Keller location again! There is zero excuse for me waiting in line for OVER 20 MINUTES with only one person ahead of me. Then to add insult to injury my order was WRONG! I ordered a half pound beef and cheddar and small fry. Got a regular sandwich instead and the fries were almost cold.!

The service is somewhat slow and the cashiers/drive-thru crew members are rude at this particular location. Overall, the cold attitudes serve to foster a very negative customer service experience. I will not plan to return to this specific location due to the insolent employees.

Service is negative stars. Went after 11:00 p.m. one night after coaching all evening. Place was dark and not a soul was around. No answered at drive through so I drove to window. Waited a few minutes and finally some sneaked a peak around a corner. When our eyes met he came on out to the window. Then another guy came from window to post the food prep area. Guy at window was upset with me when he took my order. I was sweet as I could be and joked with them till they smooth out. I did fear a tainted dinner. But the food prep guy loaded at least 2 pounds of beef on my sandwich. I couldn't go anywhere else cause it late and my home was close. I did check the meal out when I got home. Everything looked okay. And, there was a bunch of meat.

I'm an Arby's fan - this rating is specific to this location. My reviews usually start with pros - other than being an Arby's, there is not much to be said here. The location as whole is not clean - example: the dining area was dirty, the bathroom hadn't been touched in days probably, and the drink machine grid was completely full of liquid and almost overflowing. The staff was less than friendly...almost like they didnt want to be there nor have us there. I noticed an odd occurence as the people who arrived before me brought in a gallon jug, set it by the front counter, let us order first - then somehow someway...they got food super quick. Phishy place with a not so friendly staff. 0 stars is the best I could give. Usually, Arby's is a 10! This place just missed the mark in many ways. They have video - the manager can go back and verify it all. Maybe it should happen.

The young girl at the counter with an attitude should find another job. If your gonna huff and puff because your not capable of putting together what's on the screen properly, then get an attitude and be rude to a customer that just told you thank you after you messed up , you should work somewhere you don't have to deal with the customers that make your salary possible.

Ordered 4 sandwiches. Got home and there was only 3 in the bag. Now as the dad I have to fix myself something to eat while family eats Arby’s. Y’all suck. They jacked my order up on 1/17/19 around 7:15 pm. There wasn’t any customers in the place or anyone else in the drive through, so just incompetents.

We ordered two Reuben’s and a roast beef. They were out of sauce for the roast beef sandwich. The other sandwich’s were terrible, it tasted like they were made a day ahead and there was maybe two tablespoons of Sourkrouat. And none of the meat had any flavor at all. I will never go to that arbys again.

Just went by there now at 11:22 and closed . Tired of pulling up and nobody says welcome to Arby's. You sit there for 10 minutes ans then drive up. They say sorry we are busy and our drive through works .Clean house there and make it a great place.

Well we had not been to Arby's in several years; we were craving the Arby's sandwich. Overall it was a disappointing experience. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, tables were dirty, condiment counter had not been wiped down, ketchup dispenser was empty, and there were grinds in the tea. I ordered the French Dip, which was not on French bread like it used to be. Also, it had fake swiss cheese on it that totally ruined it. The restaurant itself was pretty nice and the counter girl was pleasant. It was either a bad day to visit or management is doing a poor job.

This place has repeatedly disappointed me to the point that we will NEVER be returning. Ive had multiple issues at this location, then I wait about 2 months and return hoping that it’s changed, but it doesn’t. I’ve had GREAT experiences at other locations... however this one is awful. From the person at the window with a bloody bandage giving me my food, to the slowness, to running out of food - I have currently been waiting for about 30 minutes in the drive thru and they still got my order wrong. Don’t waste your time... #boycottkellerlocation

First of all, I sat at the drive thru speaker for about 5 minutes with zero greeting. After saying hello many times, I decided to drive to the window. After no one coming to the window, I went inside and asked if something was wrong with the drive thru speaker. The answer was a sarcastic no. We just don't have anyone in drive thru right now. I said maybe put a sign on the speaker and she did not care at all. Worst customer service ever. Avoid this place at all costs if you want decent service.

Service was terrible.. food was cold, and soaky.. the soda machine sprayed everywhere, and the entire condiments station was a mess.. nothing was refilled after telling cashier ketchup ran out on both pumps, after going up and telling her twice. Cooking utensils next to cash register.. not to mention the dining area.. it was hard to find a clean table. Sadly, I will not be returning to this Arby's.. disappointed..

I know it's late... but I was embarrassed that I didn't confront Arby's about the poor service my husband received when he ordered us the new Fish dinners last August. He stopped on the way home from work at my request to bring home some Arby's Fish. It was, well, awful is a word for it. There were 3 tiny pieces of fish per order at $8.00 per order. They didn't even give us Fries at that ridiculous price. And guess what? It was raw cornmeal in the middle. No, we haven't been back for anything at Arby's. So disappointed... $24.00 what?

I attempted to order a French Dip Sandwich with a side item at 9pm on 3/5/2025. I was told they didn't have any Au Jus for the French Dip. Before this at another nearby location I tried to order the same thing for delivery and they charged me extra for Au Jus which should have some with the sandwich without extra cost. This is getting ridicules.

No response from customer service after phone call or using the link provided by the “owner”. Absolutely no accountability at this business. Overall Very poor ratings hopefully will be noted by someone in authority. My experience follows. Terrible experience June 8 at 7:00 using the drive in window. Waited almost 30 minutes to place the order with only two cars in front of me then an additional 20 minutes to get to the pickup window. Was advised when order was placed the cost would be $22.57 but when I got to the window I was informed the cost was $25.57. When I looked at the receipt after paying the $25.57 it shows $22.57. The employee deliberately overcharged. They also had the pickup window partially blocked but I could still see the filth in the food preparation area. Food tasted okay but staff failed to include requested sauce. I contacted the customer service phone number on the receipt and left a detailed message but have not received a return call. SO MUCH FOR CUSTOMER CARE! It appears customer satisfaction is a falsehood at high levels within this organization.

Literally waited for 20 minutes before they even took our order, after being asked if we could wait so they could"catch up". The people in front of us must have waited just as long as they sat in front at the order menu before we got to it. We pulled up to the window after finally putting in our order and paid. Then we were asked if we wanted to wait for them "to make fresh chicken". We finally got our food after waiting another 10 minutes. Our order was wrong and the food was cold despite being "freshly made chicken". The restaurant had nobody eating inside and five people in the drive thru, so not overly busy. Extremely ridiculous, will not be eating at Arby's again after having similar experiences at other Arby's in the past. No wonder they are closing restaurants.

Girl who took our order almost woke up to do it, slow getting food, and someone spilled a drink and told the staff and they never did clean it up. If you like arby's steer clear of this one.

Went thru the drive thru Starbucks employee checked me out handed me a drink with soda all over the outside no napkins in the bag also ordered a cherry turnover was charged for it but it’s missing from the bag tried to call to correct their phone not taking calls for several hours can’t get anyone.

This Arbys has gone to SHIT!!! Been going here over 20 years and I will never go there again after tonight, the last few times I have gone, the front window employee's are either rude or don't know how to do their job. I agree that everyone should get a chance but Arbys is 0 for 2 on employee's. Tonight for example, I ordered 1 meal classic roast beef,crinkle fries and a drink. Somthing simple and easy for Arby's since that's what they are known for. Well guess that was to big of a task for their employees. I was the only car at that time. I was at the window for 28 minutes until I ask what's going on. As the guy grabs the box that I have been staring at for 15 minutes and gives it to me and let me add i am watching the cook put all this food in the microwave so no telling how old or long its been sitting out. Than wants to play dumb like it's not his fault. I will be blasting this Arbys on every social media, calling the main office to report this location. Arbys do better, you say you got the meats, well you need to get employee's that knows how to do their jobs. Horrible place DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

This place is a joke. The ketchup packets are nasty and sticky. The manager Kyle is not qualified he has no customer service and lazy at his job. He let his employees half do their job and he goes along with it. These clowns put slice cheese on my sandwich. What happened to the cheese that actually goes on it. They are a sorry excuse of a restaurant. The guy that took my order was at the front counter his name is Rylan.

We had placed an online order for 3 of us and I had not seen the time of 7pm pickup. I arrived 9 minutes early. Rather than being told the Oder doesn’t show up or something else I was told they wouldn’t start the order till 7pm. The meaning of a 7pm pickup is that you can pick it UP. The thing that bugged me more than anything is the lack of personal service in dealing with me and the sarcasm told to me when I was told to wait as they had no one in line nor anyone in the drive thru at the time. We will pick another place to eat I’m afraid and I really like Arby’s but for the prices they charge they should spend some profits on coaching a proper team.
