Go here fairly often and thus far never had an issue with my order or service. Staff is courteous, friendly and shop is clean.

I’ve got to give a shoutout to Jerry, the GM at Domino’s. Every time I’ve come in or ordered, everything’s been spot on. You can tell he really cares about the customers and the way the place runs. It’s refreshing to see someone who actually takes pride in their work. Food’s always hot, service is quick, and Jerry’s just got a way of making you feel welcome. He’s doing a great job over there.

I really like the crew that work at this store. I ordered like a maniac last year; like damn near every other day. Every single order was fast, on-time, and correct. Their delivery driver was always careful with my pizza and salads. I hope I tipped enough. I also hope every single crew member gets a good raise this year for all their hard work and dedication.

Tonight I put my order in online at 8:07 & my order was at my door at 8:18.. I thought WOW that was the fastest ever so it must be someone else's order or it was made wrong, ect.. Well it was my order & it was made exactly the way I ordered it & it was piping hot & very good..😊 Thank you to the Domino's crew for doing such a great job!! I'm totally impressed..😁

This Domino's has really stepped it up. The last few times I've picked up a pizza it was awesome. Hot, it was exactly as I ordered it. We always do carry out and it is fast delivery to the car. Love that thin crust! I highly recommend them!

I absolutely love domino’s pizza. The sore on KELLER is clean and people are always friendly. The down side is that they do not deliver to my house. So we’ve got to order from Pizza Hut several times. 😢

I have had mixed experiences but tonight was my last. All my pizzas got here with the crust still doughy, even the thin crust(we had thin, reg, and pan). When I called to talk to the manager, OH MY! Its timed..yes but the thin crust was still doughy and we just ordered 20 mins ago? She got argumentative and had no customer service skills, nor was she willing to work with us at all. She said next time order it well baked.

I will say these guys are always working when I’m there but long wait time and i got the wrong order delivered to my house. Ended up going to chicken express and getting my money back. Makes me so sad because i love dominos. Prob won’t be back. Its literally always an hour wait. Pizza doesn’t take an hour to make.

The last few times I have ordered from here were bad undercooked, sloppy made food. Idk why I decided to give them another shot tonight but what a huge mistake that was. Given, the food is delivered promptly but maybe they should consider food quality over speed of delivery. My order came soggy and basically swimming in grease, the box was wet....not my to mention random pieces of sausage mixed in with the cheese (I don't eat pork) . I went online and all i got was either a 20%discount or a free pizza for my next order. Yeah, no...i won't be ordering again. Yuck!

Ordered a pizza 15 minutes before closing time and got a notification that they take orders all the way up till 10 pm. After I sent in the order…which it took credit card info and everything and said it was being prepared I got a call from someone who works there saying they are closing ‘’soon’’ and can’t complete the order that already charged my card. This has happened twice on two different occasions and as far out as 30 mins until closing time. I should have learned the first time and gone elsewhere with my next order. Terrible work ethic to close down when your online ordering processes are still open and taking orders and closing time hasn’t actually happened. Never again. I’ll take Papa Johns and Pizza Hut service any day now over Dominoes.

I did NOT get my complete Order I paid for. I asked to speak to the Manager, He said he was the Store's Manager. I reported that I didn't get my complete order. He responded to me that they are busy right now with orders. He was very unapologetic and never cared to return my money or deliver the missing items. This is stealing. I guess my money should be returned. please REFUND my money.

I would give zero stars if it would allow. I have had issues in the past with this location, but I thought why not give them another chance. Placed my order at 11:39 am. 12:39 it says my sandwiches are still in quality check. I placed a call to the store and inquired about my sandwiches. Answered my call at 12:40 and told me my sandwiches were still there and would be next to go out. So 1hr they sat there, then you want to tell me you have one driver, and x amount of orders. I miss my lunch, you give me excuses. In business the correct answer to the customer is an apology, and what can we do to make it right. Dont tell me how bad it is. You lose my business, sure it dosent matter but when others get treated the same, you will lose theirs as well

Lady on the phone was very rude. I have been ordering from this specific dominoes for months and never had problem with a pizza being delivered. She asked for my address, i gave it to her. She rudely said we don't deliver to that location. I replied with you have always delivered to me before, don't see why its problem now. She responded with saying well we arent supposed to deliver to you. Wont be coming here again!

Three orders recently: two for delivery and one carryout. They can't get it straight. One delivery was an hour late bc they didn't have enough drivers. The carryout was sent out for a delivery to another address. The second delivery same...sent to another address. Domino's invented the 30-minute guarantee on delivery or it was free. Doordash has taken its place.

I ordered a late night pizza I get my usual. Mind you, I have been ordering from the dominos for a long time and now I never will again. My first pizza they brought to me, had no pepperoni and when I called they were nice and said they’d fix my order but it would be 40 mins until it would be delivered. But when I eventually got my replacement there were no black olives. After he read my order back to me and repeated everything I wanted on my pizza they still can’t seem to get it right. Never again will I order from this dominos. If you can’t do your job right, maybe you shouldn’t be working there.

Im not sure exactly whats goin on here tonight(Sunday 11/21/2021) but i was on hold for about 2 minutes then someone answered and asked me to hold(ok but why answer if you weren’t ready?) ok cool…..10 more mins go by….hang up…call back….a few minutes go by and someone presses a button on the other end and i can hear myself echo behind the Domino’s recordings….so i hang up again after 5 minutes. Then i call again and not even the auto answer is picking up this time…..ring ring ring ring….hang up….call back….hold again for 3 more minutes. Whatever is going on i hope its addressed, we order here ALL the time and i was on hold for longer than it has ever taken to make our order, 8-15 mins is average for us here. Sharing the call log for whoever to see. I really don’t complain but that was ridiculous. To Pizza Hut i go.

I ordered 3 pizzas and they never arrived, even after I got sent two notifications that the driver was approaching. I tried to call the store to ask them to deliver again, and was on hold for 16 minutes before giving up.

Placed on-line order Friday evening Oct 28th a little before 6pm for pick-up and was noted around it would be ready in 35 minutes for pick-up. Went to the store around 6:25pm and walked in and the my order noted on the screen (#79) said ready in 8 minutes . . . When asked for my name / order number the employee noted that it would be another hour or so as he was working on order 62. #?@#? Sorry but that is unacceptable and cancelled my order and was refunded my payment.

Pizza never arrived, got delivered to the wrong address, cold and I called to check and see where my pizza is and this young lady answered super rude, she then ask for refund I said no I want my pizza and she told me she wasn't going to and demanded I take my money back then said I was being rude because I asked for the pizza and not my money back? How.. Sad I live 3 minutes away and this is a sad thing my kids waited this whole time.. 45 minutes it took to get here, delivered to the wrong apartment complex and had such a nasty employee answer and talked to me that Way.. Horrible customer service.. Never again.. I rather try other places 3 Rd time delivered to the wrong address.. Learn how to read numbers, all apartments look alike but have different building numbers..

We order from this store almost every weekend and it is never the same.. one day it could be a great experience and next weekend it is a mess, incomplete orders delivered, horrible customer service when calling to ask for missing food to be re-delivered, it’s like they don't care about their customers..

Placed an order online and I called after an hour and was told it would be another hour and when I asked for a refund, they hung up. Now, in addition to not having lunch, I have to call and dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Ordered some za and after waiting an hour I got an email saying they cancelled the order with no reason why

Currently cutting my own pizza. Cause cutting a thin crust pizza is too hard for a pizza store. And last couple of times we ordered, our order was wrong. Drivers have forgotten so many items.

Tried to place an order with a guy named Tristan. But he was super rude over the phone. His reason "we are super busy" right now....Apparently, this person is also the manager of the store. Not only was he rude but he also hung up on me....Wow!!

Store needs to hire more women. The teenage boy in charge thing isnot working (per usual), the tracker doesn"t work, and PayPal NEVER works on the site. Considering how greasy and cold the pizza is, you would think they would make an effort elsewhere.

We ordered pizza and it had very little cheese. Slim to none. We tried them again and ordered chicken Alfredo. It came without chicken. We will not be ordering from this location again.

They proceeded to tell us that it was a malfunction on their system, so we offered to pay over the phone. They said that was not possible. They gave us our food as we had paid, and said they would reach out. I received no calls from them and received this message from their district manager, stating they will be filing a police report for “stolen” goods. This is the WORST customer service I have ever received, and to have not even given it a full day is beyond me. I will be filing an official report with HQ and BBB for this atrocious treatment. DO NOT GO HERE!

I order pizza from here regularly and they are mostly good but recently I noticed their service is getting worse. Most recently I ordered a vegetarian pizza and found a piece of pepperoni in it. They need to understand there are people who are strict vegetarian and by culture they don't consum meat products. I also noticed that they often forget to add dipping sauce in my orders even after paying extra for those.

I don't know how much is to blame on staffing but it's hard to blame staffing on quality when it is a chain and highly regulated. Just as McDonald's taste the same no matter what location you are at. This Domino's broke that theory. This location is simply god awful. The last two times we have tried them the pizza is simply horrible. No flavor, cold, and one of the most disgusting store I have been in. I got shivers thinking my meal was prepared in here. This location looked like a college room after rush! No idea who is at the helm of this business but I wouldn't entrust them to prepare a pizza for my dog. Just had my last pizza from this location. I will still continue to support Domino's Pizza but I will drive to another location before I give them another dime. Two times, same results, never again.
