No potatoes!!! Really!! Your crew on Sunday evening is terrible. I am so mad. I’ve been working all day and didn’t want to cook just get take out. No gravy. Not happy! I hope you do something about this location in Keller, Tx. Also hire people who speak plan and simple ENGISH!!!!

Usually I order my food on delivery app. Sometimes my order keeps changing delivery person when they actually got there and I have no idea until yesterday. My first time order on Popeyes App for pick up and went to the restaurant and they are closed for maintenance. I look up on Google and Apple map all showing open and their app able to take order. That explains why my order on delivery app always exchanged delivery person bc they do not opened and list as open. This location should be more careful to update to their app and on delivery apps so people don’t waste their time.

It was truly unbelievable. I stood there with only one person in front of me and it took 30 minutes just to put in my order. That one person working the drive through and the front. The place is dirty and my food was cold. If you're wanting to get popeyes, try another location

Soda fountain machine is perpetually 'Out of Order'. No sense of urgency from the staff. Customers were receiving their food out of the order it was received. When a lady informed the attendant she has been waiting longer than those receiving their food, she was told to "wait until it wasn't so busy and then they'll help her". I'm not exaggerating. Also, I spent $40 on a meal, but didn't receive napkins, utensils, or the cocktail sauce that is included in the cost of the popcorn shrimp. The worst part of this long, drawn-out experience...was the inability to refill my beverage because they won't fix the soda fountain station. I took their receipt survey, but I don't think I will redeem the points any time soon.

I’m disappointed in this Popeyes location. They literally mess my order up every single time I go there. Why would they give 2 chicken wings that were literally harder than a rock. My order was missing biscuits. They gave me an extra side of mashed potatoes to mask the fact they didn’t give me biscuits. And not to mention the chicken was not fresh nor would I call them chicken strips more like chicken nuggets. I feel like I was robbed like I love Popeyes chicken but this location always seems to screw it up. Only thing consistent with this Popeyes is in fact that they’ll ruin your order every single time . Stay away and go for another location.

it’s depressing and we were waiting for someone to take our order. the lady that seemed to be the manager was on the phone. she just ignored us. not going to this establishment again. The one in Katy, Texas on Kingsland is for sure the best one.

I read an article about four shifts having weighed in on fast food chicken and all had individually pick Popeyes as the best. My wife and I went there looking for a white big combo. It was round 8:00 and they didn't have any white meat and weren't preparing anymore. The drive-thru attendant wasn't rude but somewhat disinterested. I ended up going to Zaxby's because it was nearby and it was very good.

If I had the option I would give no stars. The food was cold and the chicken was rock hard and seemed old the sides and dipping sauces were missing the manger was rude and should be fired for the way she deals with customers. I will not be ordering from this place again.

When I went to go pick up my food the manager there was rude, snotty, and disrespectful. I asked for some blackened ranch, And she stated she gave me some I looked in the bag and there was one and I let her know I need a couple more and then I needed a couple bronco berry as well She seemed completely disgusted, and then I was looking through the bag to ensure my order was correct, and She walked up and literally threw a sauce in the bag. If somebody is that hateful of their job they don't need to be in that type of business and I understand it's hard to deal with the public but I'm not usually one to complain but she was really rude and then I get home and my food was horrible, The shrimp were overcooked it's like some of them were just batter, And sorry to say the chicken was no better. My son ordered the fish sandwiches and when I got home with the food and he opened it up they gave him chicken, and I usually love Popeyes This just left a bad taste in my mouth.

No drinks but still charge full price for combo. Out of many things on menu. Mac&cheese was horrible and made with such laziness it’s impressive. Chicken sandwich was blah. What happened Popeyes this is my final visit… $20 and we didn’t get fries or drinks but plenty of attitude…

Poor service! Understaff didn’t get my full order, no sauces and one piece of chicken was fried batter. Called the store to ask to speak with a supervisor or manager. The lady who answered said “no manager one moment” and hung up on me. Tried calling 3 times after and no one is answering!

I am horribly unsatisfied. I ordered tender combos and did not receive Mac and cheese. I got potatoes. And then on my other tender combo I didn’t get my red beans and rice. Thankfully I got my large order of red beans and rice. They did not give me my dipping sauces they asked me which I wanted. Then they didn’t accept cash. She threw my card at me and didn’t hand me my drinks. So I waited for her to open the window and after scoffing she handed them to me. You cannot go here without having a problem.

Terrible, tenders taste like they sat under lamps for hours and were not spicy as ordered. Fed them to the dogs as they were that bad, and tasted terrible like middle school cafeteria. Fries were ice cold? Do you have a heat lamp anymore on those? And despite assuring my wife that they gave her the red beans and rice ordered - stuck using drive through because lobby locked - they were missing and, also cold, mashed potatoes in their place. And when I use cold in this review I mean indistinguishable from room temperature. Not even mildly Luke warm. Also frankly brings food safety concerns to top of mind. Another reasons we just skipped eating altogether. Off to make something else to eat. What a waste of money, I would file against the website for a refund but the receipt printer is so eligible that the transaction number is obfuscated. I have loved Popeyes forever; but this store has lost all attention to any level of standards and quality.
