After a 13 hour day, we wanted food that was fresh and didn't have to cook. We came in 50 minutes before closing. The employee was pleasant, made our order quickly, and the food was fantastic.
Some of the reviews of this place are absolutely crazy sounding. I visit here about 3 days a week (I know I know, that's a lot) but it's quick and easy and relatively inexpensive and they have fresh vegetables. I've always received fresh food here. Always. The staff has even taken some of my feedback and changed things . I like tea and they had some "weaker" tea (I'm from the south, so I like my tea STRONG). The next time I was in there they tea was super dark and tasted great. And it's been that way ever since. This is a Subway. So I want my food fast, fresh, and inexpensive when comparing against other fast food restaurants. That's what I receive here. I have been visiting this Subway for nearly 2 years straight, 3 times per week. I feel very comfortable recommending this location.

Totally hit or miss. Sometimes it’s bad (mold on the flatbread) and sometimes it’s good. Service is usually pretty slow so I try to come in before the rush and get real bread because the flatbread was moldy one time. Otherwise it’s just cold cuts and veggies. Kinda hard to screw that up.

Food was very good. But the gentleman working behind the counter was horrible. I brought my 85 year old mother in for dinner. She ordered a foot long but wanted it cut in half and wrapped separately so she could take home half for lunch tomorrow. He told her he wasn’t allowed to do that he could give her a piece of paper and she could wrap it. She also asked for mayo on both sides of the bread said he wasn’t allowed to do that. They are only allowed to put mayo on one side of the sandwich. She doesn’t hear well and he seemed very aggravated with her. He was not helpful at all. She ordered a Philly cheese steak and he looked at her like she was stupid. He said don’t have chili we explained she wanted Philly cheese steak and he was like oh I thought she said chili. He also said that there is a camera in the store and they watch everything that he does and if he does anything wrong, he will get in trouble. Or he needs a lesson on customer service. If there is a camera, you need to be listening to the sound because the things that he is telling the customers is ridiculous. He proceeded to tell us that he’s only $9 an hour like that’s my problem.

The bread was not toasted as requested, there was barely any meat, especially on one, and definitely not the 2x American cheese OR the mayo that it's supposed to come with. Also they were both smashed. If I didn't have to be back at work with no other option for food, I would have returned them. Order # 78A4DOC7-40

This Subway is moderate, it’s not the best you will have, or the worst, but no one cleans anything so be prepared. If you enjoy greasy warm cheap sandwiches this is your place but if you want food that hasn’t been sitting on the line for a week, and has probably touched the floor, go to a different a different sandwich shop. They are super understaffed and this shop should probably be shut down for everyone’s safety. The managers are cheating themselves by faking for inspections. But at least they have cookies :)

It’s now 2:40 and a girl with a headband walked towards the door just to turn around and go back to wherever she was hiding. Did an in-store pickup through my app. I ordered extra cheese on mine, which I also paid for, and received zero cheese. My husband’s foot long didn’t even have one full layer of meat. Literally. Subway spends so much money on their ad campaigns and not anything paying their employees.
Haven’t been to subway in years because it has gone downhill and went to this location tonight to give it another chance and so regretful that I did. I placed an order in the app and mine and my wife’s sandwiches were made with barely anything on them. My sandwich (pictured) had a pound of red onions on it even though I requested less onions. There was almost zero sauce and the cheese was all cracked throughout which is weird. The man making my sandwich clearly put a ton of onions on my sandwich to be a jerk and I never leave negative reviews for stores but this one was insane. They basically stole my money and gave me a product that is a joke. Also, Subway doesn’t have a way in the app to contact support or tell how my order was and so subway clearly doesn’t care. I will never return to this store or subway as a whole…
Every time I've ordered on the app from this shop it was either wrong or late; sometimes both. Yesterday was no exception. Look I know we just had some hazardous weather come through that crippled supply lines, so I wasn't expecting much. I lowered my expectations. But it was worse than I had hoped for. I wouldn't even be out if I hadn't lost power for two days and lost all my refrigerator contents. The bread was several days old and crumbly; the person cut all the way through the bread so what didn't crumble off from the staleness fell out of the bread altogether; one sandwich had two wrappers on it and looked like a pack of stray dogs mauled the end of it while the other had one wrapper with the end of the sandwich hanging out. Now I know why it was BOGO 50% off. Not worth it. I'm done. I'll drive further out for Schlotsky's, Which Wich, or Jimmy Johns.
Just ordered a 1/2 sub and the young kid cut the footlong in half and thru the other half into the bread oven ..then at check out . I handed him a $20 and he thru my change on the countertop ..I said "is this how you treat your costumers..he just looked and went back to his cellphone..worst service I have experienced and I live just down the street. Since 2014....and he thru the remaining food back against the other meats. Never closed off the food doors..or lids to vegetables...and when I went back in to ask for my receipt he was eating from the from the display...and very rude ..

My husband, daughter and our service dog came into Subway to get dinner on Sunday 11/10/2019. We were helped by a nice gentleman who took our order. Then a very rude woman came out of the back of the store, yelled at my husband and daughter to leave immediately because of our service dog. This woman was incredibly cruel to them. She never asked for our dogs service papers she just told them to leave or she would call the police. This woman needs to be reprimanded for her actions. We will NEVR come back to this Subway again thanks to her. We plan of writing a complaint directly to the owner of this Subway about this terrible person.
Went in with my daughter this morning order two Subs drinks and Cookies went to pay and all I had was a 100 dollar bill gave it to the lady and she said they didn't have change so they lost business and a sale .I would think a multi-million dollar business should start the day of with enough money to make change or have a way to get change for their customers. I know that my little girl and I is not going to make a difference in braking their bank but to me that's just bad business .
I love subway....this location is always awful. I go out of my way to go to a different subway. I've had some of the worst made sandwiches here, and don't get me started on the employees and their attitudes. I STRONGLY suggest the subway north of this on 377. "I'm 16 and won't even acknowledge you, or do anything than mumble, and not even try to make it how you want it." That should be this subways slogan. 7 years in keller and had maybe one good experience with this subway.
We ordered via UberEats and our food was less than appetizing, not to mention they left out an entire foot long soft pretzel. My son ordered a FOOT LONG turkey sandwich and he received a 6 inch sub. Bread was tough and break your teeth hard in some spots. Sandwiches looked like they were physically thrown - toppings haphazardly covering only half the sandwich, sauces and dressings were coating the outside of the sandwiches making them a wet soggy mess, and the chicken was weird and chewy. We have avoided Subway for a long time because it’s gone downhill and we regret deviating from that plan. Just avoid and go to any other sandwich shop.
On March 7th around 5:00 pm I placed an order to go and when we got home we opened the sandwiches and MOST of the toppings were missing, no dressing, no cheese and not toasted! These people were lazy and didn’t care one bit to even put these sandwiches together right. This was a joke! We come to this subway at least once a week and this will be the last. Use to be such a great subway, but we’re done. Old review: I’ve always had a great experience at this place. Food is always on point with what we order from the app 👌🏼
The sandwich was delicious. However, you need more people working! There were atleast 7 people waiting in line. With only ONE person doing everything. I had to wait over 30 min in line for my food and another 10 on check out because she was at the other end doing people’s sandwiches. Find some help!

Wow. The staff at the location, specifically the white woman with blonde hair, is so rude. I had a very bad experience the last time I went to this location, but decided to try again... bad idea. Today the staff basically yelled at me because I wasn’t responding “quickly enough” to what kind of bread I’d like... even though I had told her twice. There was only one customer behind me, so this was not during a rush by any means. DO NOT GO HERE. Visit the Joe’s next door or find a better location.
