Wouldn’t even give one star if possible . Placed a simple order 2 hrs before I was supposed to be in town and showed up and it still wasn’t ready . The older Hispanic cashier was extremely rude . Everytime I come here it’s a problem . I can’t wait for dominoes to open up .

I have to give 1 star sadly wish i couldnt leave a single star! my boss order pizza for us tonight and sadly they didnt give us 1 of the ones we ordered the other pizzas were not cooked all the way when we called to mention the pizzas that were missing they put us on hold then would hang up we called up there 4 times with the same issue!!! Sad experience and service!!!

Disappointing. A simple order took over an hour to be processed, with no explanation for the delay. There was no clear communication about the delay at any point, much less an apology. For a brand the size of Pizza Hut, this type of service is far below expectations. Unfortunately, the experience was frustrating and leaves much to be desired.

My wife ordered a pizza with hand tossed crust and instead they gave her thin crust, they charged her for Hand tossed crust, and she also got the cinnabon buns that were raw!

Apparently when you complain about how rude an employee is, their solution is to ban the person who made the complaint from the store… hmm sounds like retaliation!

No Stars! but it wont let you post unless you click at least one star! There is a person working the register who is extremely rude every single time I have to deal with her, and i am not the only person she treats this way. I have witnessed it with other customers and other people have told me about it happening. When you make a complaint with the manager, nothing changes except she proceeds to be even more rude to you because you made a complaint. She will stand at the register and argue with customers, then proceed to talk about them in spanish to other people as the customer is standing there waiting; I guess she thinks they can't understand what she is saying. Well, she might want to rethink that! This is no way to treat anyone! It is atrocious behavior, very unprofessional, and uncalled for. Do you not realize that Domino's is opening a new location here in Kermit? This rude employee will for sure help Domino's take away your customers. Keep letting this employee treat people this way and she will run off all of your customers! She does NOT need to be at the front register whatsoever! This is not the type of person customers should have to encounter when they walk in the establishment. It is not that difficult to acknowledge a person standing by the register.... "Hi, give me just a moment please.." or "Hi, what is the name of the order you are picking up? Ok, it is not ready yet. It will be just a bit." If a person cannot pick up this simple skill of common courtesy, do NOT have them at the front register; I would say greeting customers but she NEVER greets the customers. She acts as if the customers are burdening her. I run an office full time during the week. There is no way an employee with this attitude would last a week, let alone, however long this person has been with the Kermit location. No matter what type of business it is, the customers are your lifeline; without them, you would not have a job! No customers=no revenue=no profit which eventually adds up to a business shutting down. So, customer service matters! And this person has no customer service skills at all!!

Totally messed up my pizza order not happy about it, paid for stuffed crust, extra toppings, and marinara got none of it. Do better! 🫵🏻

Your system accepts deliveries without knowing if you have a driver and bumps it to doordash. Your staff failed to double-check before handing out orders to dashers and ended up sending my delivery with the wrong driver. 45 minutes of wasted time and money. It's funny how the only male staff member cared about the situation. One of the staff said "I dont know what to do" and walked away. When a couple of deliveries makes the difference between if I can keep my light on this month or not, "small things" like this is important.

Pizza Hut-Kermit,TX: I went to pick my order up and was never greeted. My food was ready, and I asked, and it took a while for someone to finally hand me my order. The original person that was in there cutting the pizza talked to noone and greeted no one. Quite a few people in there. Finally, someone else showed up to cut pizza, and let's just say his choice of words in front of the kids sitting at a table was not so great. As he was completely upset, dropping pans and other items, using choice words, I have to say, the only one I noticed to have a calm demeanor was the cook. It also gave me a chance to look around to see how DIRTY the restaurant was. It was awful!

Place online order accidentally put 5:30 pickup instead of 3:30. Called store to change it and they placed me on hold and never came back to the phone. Waited on hold 35 minutes decide to drive to the store (20 more minutes) once arrived I was still on hold 3 of the staff where outside smoking the other 2 were in the store dancing and listening to music. Care for customer service is very poor

I've tried repeatedly to do business here. Never again! Ordered food, daughter picked it up, before she made it here Pizza Hut called to say they didn't give her the entire order. 2 days later, notification comes through my bank telling me that Pizza Hut ADDED a tip! Unbelievable!!! AGM refuses to refund me. This place is awful!! I was really hoping they would get it together, I do love Pizza Hut pizza. But, they are too hit and miss for the money, and now they are committing credit card fraud!! Lost this customer for life.
