The server that I had this night was by far the best.I've ever had at applebee's.Her name was zuly n if ever I go back again which I know I will. Oh, how are I just would wish that she is the one that is there to take care of me once again. She did amazing with her service. How she kept up with me and still kept up with the others. Every since they brought in the new GM, the restaurant is a whole new vibe, in a major way. Love how the staff caters to your needs and wants. Much more cleaner than with previous management. He actually cares! Was going to Cheddars previously, but glad that I took that chance to revisit Applebees; best decision ever. Definitely my go-to spot from here on out. That GM Mr. Duncan better NOT go anywhere!

We went this past Saturday for a birthday. Our server (I wish I could tell you her name) went above & beyond to help us have a great experience. She made great suggestions for what we were trying to order and then surprised our birthday boy with a free dessert ---we weren't expecting that! She was the most professional server that I've encountered in a long time. We left a great tip with a note letting her know how well she'd do at a high-end restaurant and make a lot more money. Our food was really good as well. I hadn't been to an Applebee's in a while as it had gotten to be a lackluster experience, but after Saturday's dinner, we'll probably put it back on our list of places to go.

Everything from entering to leaving was amazing. Stephanie our server was outstanding! However, she was training as she was taking care of us, but the training had no smile, hardly any conversation with us, but Stephanie would always make great conversation with us and provided us with our needs.. Especially when it came to my lemons and was very understanding I dont drink water with lemons already placed in my drinks. She was so understanding and provided the best service I've received ever eating at AB'S. I really appreciate the management who jumped in to help Stephanie when it came to paying. We had 3 different gift cards transactions and he took over with no complaints and we left happy thanks to Stephanie!

I went for lunch by myself, sat at the bar. Had a great conversation with the bartender. I was impressed that not only was he bartending he was also helping the waitstaff (may be shortstaffed). I rarely go to sit down restaurants by myself, but I've been checking out sit down restaurants eating at the bar so I can have someone to talk to when the bartender isn't busy, even though he was helping the waitstaff, he still made time to talk to me. I was there later than rush hour, so wasn't packed. I had leftovers that I brought home with me and heated it up in my airfryer and the food was still good. My one critique is that the price of the cocktails wasn't listed on the menu, however they do have daily specials, the special on Thursday was a type of margarita, along with whiskey, I'm not a fan of tequila or whiskey and after looking at my receipt my blue Hawaiian was 9.99. It was the biggest drink I've ever seen.

Loved it, I went with my wife got the 2 for $25 deal with a few drinks definitely worth going back to thanks to the waitress Doris who it was her second day she did great being attentive & friendly even with the other customers being rowdy at the bar.

No complaints here, except for the long wait and armed guard needed due to the crowd possibly getting out of hand. Had wonderful customer service. Music was great and overall we had a great deal of fun, great food and good drinks. Can't go wrong with Applebee's anywhere.

I ordered a burger as did my elder son. They were good, juicy, & filling. My younger son got a steak & shrimp which were also very good despite being slightly overcooked (asked for medium received closer to medium-well). Everyone liked the fries. The iced lemonade was strong in flavor & my son thought it was too strong. He didn't finish it. The other son ordered a regular lemonade which he said was good. Our waitress was very professional & pleasant and the service was good. Overall a good visit & will return.

Overall food was okay. Steak was cooked as I asked. Sides is okay. But beef in fajita plate was so hard to chew. And guacamole was salty. Waitress is super nice but front lady wasn't In her mood that day. Probably we will come back. We did not try 2 dollars margaritas.

Chicken wonton tacos were calling my name. It was my first time back post-covid, and I'm so glad the carpet was taken out and replaced with laminate flooring because that carpet smelled. The wonton tacos were just as good as pre-covid, so there were no complaints on that end. The drinks were also pretty good. My waitress seemed overworked and tired. She complained about the number of tables she had, and it seemed as if she didn't want to be there.

Our server Brenee was good. Food and good, I wanted money on frozen strawberry summer squeeze, it was a slushy w no alcohol.

As soon as we walked in I noticed the greeter was not professional. She waited about 15 minutes to get with us just to say that it was going to be around 35 minutes for a table for two. The parking lot was almost empty and only 4 tables were occupied at the time. She could have just told us from the moment we walked in about the wait. I did not feel welcomed there. We told her we were leaving.

Sometimes I don't feel like cooking, so I order in. The part that sucks, is when you don't get what you ordered. And what's even worse, is when the ticket is correct, in what you ordered, but you don't receive what you ordered.

Waited 20 minutes past expected pickup time (that was no issue) because food wasn’t ready. My wife’s order came out good, but my steak came out cooked well done (ordered medium) as well as the steak, mashed potatoes, and broccoli cold. I’ve had great experiences when dining in, this was the first issues I’ve had so far.

This restaurant is about 10 to 15 minutes from Fort hood. It is the usual Applebee's anywhere. The staff is friendly. The margaritas at happy hour seemed a little watered down.

Me and a friend ordered the tenders and Mac in pepper sauce and they didn't have any pepper sauce so we had to substitute for sauces that didn't really go with the dish. Waiter was nice and genuinely put his best effort forward so props to him for holding it together despite being so busy. Lastly we found a bug at our table and someone came by to deal with it after we informed them. Manager lady came by and props to her, she was one of the few people I saw actually doing something, but she was really nice but didn't offer us any kinds of discounts on our meal or whatever. All in all, most hilarious Applebee's experience I've had. Will actually come back, hopefully no bugs next time though 🐜

We asked for boxes to go and the check. I realized I was charged the wrong price for the burger. When I mentioned it, it seemed like a problem. Like I'm not asking for anything free. Just to be charged the correct price for a burger that I'm taking home to finish cooking so I can eat it. She comes back and says my manager fixed it. Thank you to the manager for taking it off even though I legitimately only wanted to be charged the correct price. I have eaten here before and had nothing but good things to say about your food and service. I completely understand staff shortages but for the first time the service was bad and my food was done wrong.

I ordered the quesadilla salad and it was in the little container with the quesadillas on top soggy from the salad and the dip was apparently microwaved and burned. I would like to add that the manager from Applebee's called and apologized for the order and has made things right. I will continue to order from the restaurant.

I used to love Applebee's, but after this visit, I will never come back again. The manager seated us and didn't even give us a real menu. Just the small menu for the specials. The young woman who waited on us was sweet and kind and accommodating. However, the kitchen must have been on break the entire 2 hours we were there. We got in at 2pm and left at 4pm. The appetizer was the spinach dip which was cold and hard, the chips were rubbery and stale and you could tell they took old chips and put them back in the fryer to "freshen" them up. When we ordered our meals, it took way too long to get to us and the fries on all 3 of our plates were cold and stale. Fresh fries took over 20 minutes to get back to us. The portion size for the chicken strips was 3 tiny strips barely the size of 2 nuggets together each! We got our iced teas quickly and the refills on those were fast due to our servers' great work ethic. The last straw was when the manager decided to yell at and demean our server in front of her tables! I have never seen someone behave sooo disrespectfully to someone working so hard in my life. The air conditioning had been off or broken so it was way too hot in the restaurant. Although there were 3 servers working at that moment, our server had 7 tables she was working on and the other 2 only had 1 or 2 tables each! It was ridiculous. I will never go back there and I hope that kind young lady quit today. She deserves much much better! The only reason I even gave 2 stars is because of HER SERVICE.

The air-conditioning was not working, a fact that we were not made aware of until after seated. Our waitress was not friendly and seem to be distracted, she did not get specifics about drink orders correct, and I had to ask for her to bring extra ice. My husband and I ordered steaks, and both were VERY TOUGH, and had a lot of gristle. I had coleslaw as one of my sides, it was served on the hot plate next to hot food.....yuck. Agreed waiting and hour to be serve due to the holiday. Server was great, friendly, respectful. We waited for food 30 something for food. But my option was not the best choice of the night, I asked med-well, was serve, medium bloody, then brought well done burned, hard to bite. Server tried to get me another steak but after waiting for 45minutes I left (I paid for it but I needed to leave), couldn’t wait longer after more than 2hours. Too bad. 4 stars only for the server, the 1 star was for the sweet tea and may son food Alfredo sauce was good for him.

My party and I arrived at 9:00pm we requested a kids menu and crayons for the children and received a menu and 2 ink pens. We ordered 2 combo platters one with bbq chicken, white queso and chips and extra mozzarella sticks. Both platters had buffalo chicken, there were nats on my queso and chips and the mozzarella sticks were soggy. When we ordered our food 2 southwest shrimp and chicken bowls and bourbon chicken and shrimp the hostess forgot to put our order in we didn't receive our food until about 12:00 which they comped for the inconvenience

We haven't been to an Applebee's in years. To start, the restaurant was almost empty, that didn't stop them from making us wait 10 minutes to be seated. They had four waitstaff sitting at a table talking, and doing nothing else. The bar tender had to do everything. The appetizers were ok, but presentation was horrible. Paying $20+ and only got a few of each. The soda tasted watered down. And even though they had open tables everywhere, they clustered people together so we had to listen to kids screaming. The food was.... Horrible. The "mac'n cheese was just penne with some rando cheese sauce. Mashed potatoes were dry. Green beans tasted freezer burnt. The riblets were precooked, dry, and tasted like something I'd get in an MRE. My kids 6oz steak was half grissle and cost more than the same (much better cut) from Texas Roadhouse. They also overcooked it to boot. Our meal cost over $100, which is ridiculous for a low end chain restaurant. We can go to a much better establishment and get better food for less. I only gave two stars because the bar tender/ waitress was very nice.

Our server Shaniya W. was awesome to be honest. Super friendly and attentive. The food however, just straight missed the mark. had been along since we had been to ABs..you all used to be the go to but somehow have fallen off...IMO

Came in late night close to midnight ordered to go because I didn’t want to sit long waited almost an hour for my order. When I first came in no hostess was at the front then she came from outside and I asked was it possible to order to go she said at the bar I can. Order the 2 for $25 steak and salmon meals with boneless wings as an appetizer and an order of chicken wonton tacos. Got home to eat and the wings were such a disappointment looked old and not tossed in buffalo sauce, steak was pink as I ordered for it to be cooked well done meaning no pink now I have to cook it to be well done. The salmon was cooked well but it wasn’t hot. Spending $54 for that was disappointing and that’s only my 2nd time eating at this location so it won’t be a 3rd I’ll rather spend that kind of money at another restaurant that will give me my money’s worth.

When I called up there the woman Jasman H said she personally bagged the order and everything was inside I informed her I had to tear the bag to get the food so unless there was 2 bags (I would be missing a bag anyway) im still missing food. Well to start off the A/C wasn't working so it was already uncomfortable to begin with. Ordered the fish and chips and the fish was literally burnt bricks. I subbed the coleslaw for broccoli and was served mashed potatoes. Sent it back and didn't get the chips with the fish or the tartar sauce so was pretty much done at that point. My beer was warm the chips with the spinach dip were stale. Definitely not a good experience.

Dec 19 2025 I took my family here for dinner and from the time we were seated 20 minutes have passed and we still didn't even know who our server was and weren't greeted or even got the curiosity of a "ill be right with you" or anything all we got was a "oh sorry" as they saw us get up and leave!!

Tried the new bowl, ordered it online for curbside pickup. Called to verify that they got my order and that there was NO BACON on it at all bc I don't eat pork. Picked up my food drove aaalllll the way home and the first thing I noticed was the tray wasn't hot neither was my husband's but I thought his was more of a salad so the lack of heat didn't stand out. I took one bite and my chicken tenders and green beans were cold AF and there was BACON all over it. And it tasted like a over priced version of a KFC chicken bowl It was too far to drive back to even attempt to have it corrected esp bc we got this for lunch and had somewhere else to be. If this was the first time they messed up then I probably wouldn't have left this review however, when we would dine in they would mess our order up EVERY time so enough is enough. Ok Applebees we get it. We will never return. Thx but no thx.

The A/C was out but they had plenty of fans going so it was not miserable. My daughter and I both ordered the all you can eat shrimp, riblets and tenders. Shrimp was good, they were out of BBQ ribs. My daughters chicken tenders were OVER cooked. When I talked to the waitress she was VERY rude and stated the tenders are all like that because it was freezer burned. I asked to talk to a manager she again rudely said I will get one as soon as I can. Manager came and was VERY nice. Apologized for everything. She said she was there to fix things and gave us a card to try again another time once things get better. I would say AVOID this place until things get fixed.

I paid $22 dollars for this! Those are the 3 pieces of chicken y’all decided to throw on top of my order and say it’s worth $22? None of them could pass as a tender but one of them especially isn’t even a tender… looks more like a boneless wing honestly. Ridiculous, food quality for guests ordering delivery is horrible. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

Took my family (party of 9) for my son’s graduation dinner, made it there bout 8:30 was told there was a 30 to 40 min wait, didn’t understand why when no one was sitting at the tables the waitress said she was going to sit us. We were seated at 9:04 male waiter was nice he got our drink orders out, other big parties started coming in. We put our order in at around 9:20, the waiter kept coming to us saying our order is on the way out but we didn’t get it until 10:40 even though the other parties that came after us were getting their orders before us. When the orders did come we still had items missing from what we ordered and the waiter never came back with what we were missing. We were told they ran out of silverware so we just sat there watching our food get cold until we just decided to take what we had home. This was the worst graduation dinner we have ever experienced definitely will not be going back to this restaurant

Spinach dip came out cold. Entree’s took forever to come out we ended up just paying for our drink and app and left. Manager was rude and dressed in street clothes.

Cheap food and cheap quality with no hygiene! Service was bad too. Their menu is terrible with high prices. And expecting an expensive tip!! What a radiculous experience with the Applebees !!!

1hr for food to come out 😶 food was good but forsure needs more waiters. Didnt get silverware till after plates came out & we asked for some. Didnt get straws till the 2nd time we asked. Ordered breadsticks & got them after half the family was done eating. 😔 expensive for the size portions 🙄

I asked for a medium to medium well steak. I got a DRY BURNT steak they tried to cover it up by placing it on the other side I'm the to go container. I would have been fine with it but it's DRY and cold to. Like how is my steak cold if you just cooked it. Mash potatoes and broccoli is also cold

Took them 1hr to get our order to the table and when they did most of it was cold and tasted like it was cooked in old grease.. The main problem was the Waitress stoled from us. We put 5 dollar tip and she took it upon herself to up it to 7 dollars tip yeah not alot but if shes doing that to everyone over time it adds up. Alos while she was ringing it up to pay for it we noticed she had her phone out looked like she was taking pics of our card for the info very unprofessional be careful going to this AppleBees..

Where is my food? Its been almost 40 mins and they aren't even busy 😭 im hungryyyy. I need a manager please because this is ridiculous 🫠 I ordered the ultimate appetizer plate with chicken wonton tacos and the server tells me when he brings out my food that they are out and that they can sub quesadillas. He could've told me they were out of the tacos as soon as he knew and I would've changed my order. You don't decide what other appetizer you can sub the tacos with without asking the paying customer.

My recent dining experience was incredibly disappointing. The salmon was burnt, the potatoes undercooked, and the broccoli was practically raw. To top it off, we had to wait ten minutes for silverware after our food was served, despite our waitress being kind. Never again! 😤

I was really excited to go to Applebee’s last night, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. The service was awful, and we truly felt like unwanted guests. Our drinks took over 30 minutes to arrive, were wrong and watery, and somehow came out after our food—which was cold. One of our items came out much later than the rest and was only lukewarm, and when we asked about it, the waitress blamed the cook. Overall, the entire experience felt careless and unprofessional. We left frustrated, and extremely disappointed, and we will not be returning.

I came here to pick up a to go order and the representative asked me have I been helped. I gave him my order and name, he didnt respond and swiped his card as if he was helping me, and walked off to great his friends or potential people he knew. As I stood there waiting another representative finally came to assist me. I gave him my name and order, he grabbed it immediately. I asked what the gentleman's name that walked off tp great the people he knew ,he said " That's Duncan the GENERAL MANAGER" I was stunned and said ok, as he wears a military hat. As a fellow veteran, that is unacceptable. Additionally, the food was burnt and tasted terrible. Will not be coming back here or advising anyone to do so.

I really don’t like how my app has said my order has been ready for over 20 minutes, but I don’t have any food. It makes me wonder how long my order is going to continue to get pushed back. Mgmt, Please look into that and make sure they’re not marking orders as complete completed until they’re actually completed.

Worst experience. Took 20 minutes to get out drinks from the bar. They were sitting at the bar for at least 5 minutes. Our food came out cold. Our waitress checked on us maybe once. We had to ask the hostess to get our waitress so we could leave, as we had 2 toddlers with us. I understand it was Valentines day but they were definitely not on their A game. We will definitely not be back.

We visited Applebee’s on February 13th for our anniversary. We ordered steaks, grilled shrimp, and a Caesar salad. When our food arrived, the steaks were cooked incorrectly—my wife’s was undercooked, mine well done—and the salad was missing. The bartender was courteous and returned the steaks, but the shrimp was left on the table and the salad still didn’t arrive. After over an hour and a half, the shrimp finally arrived, but we were told the kitchen had simply warmed up the original shrimp instead of replacing them with fresh ones. The salad only arrived after repeated requests. The bartender, Socia, said the steaks would be complimentary, but our bill still reflected full price. I asked to speak with a manager, and Duncan applied a $20 discount, which I appreciate. While I’m grateful for Duncan’s assistance, the experience was frustrating—long waits, repeated miscommunication, and cold food made our anniversary dinner disappointing. As regular patrons, we’ve since been dining at Chili’s across the street instead.

I will never order from here again. My order came to me incomplete for starters and the meal that did come,the steak and shrimp were burned and looked they were cooked in a pan thst had been used all day in the same grease. The steak was supposed to be well done, as stated earlier burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. The extra sides for the potatoes were missing. The green beans looked like they were rubbed on the floor before being put in the container. And my wife's plate was not there, no receipt on the bag, nothing for the delivery person to verify. I have had some scrappy service but this takes it. No one ordering from you made your store stay open later, that was a management decision. You shouldn't give poor service during your new operating hours because of it. I was going to call the store but if your leadership is so out of touch that this goes on already im pretty sure what kind of person I would be speaking to and that would be a waste of my time just like it was a waste of my time even thinking about choosing your establishment to eat from. I will never recommend nor will I ever give your store another dime anywhere. Save yourself some anguish and choose somewhere else people, this place is not worth it. You may do well 90 percent of the time but it is the 10% of trash service that will cost you money. Don't be the 10% people. If I had 3 hands I would give this place 3 thumbs down!

Terrible service. Overcharged me on items. And then when I asked him to take it off they didn't have any way to do it and told me that the best they could do is take my email address and that they would send me a coupon for a free meal and they never even did that. Again the email I never got anything. I'm never going back there again. Not just that but once 9:30 comes they blast the music so loud for the drinks at the bar, that you can't even have a conversation with the person next to you.

Place wasn't busy when we got there. Waitress tried her best cause she's new to the area. There was a manager at a table. Just sitting there. Seemed like that. Staff acted like it was a party and not taken care of the customers. There were 2 hostess, just laughing and giggling. The whole time. My Daughter went to the restroom at the same time as one of the hostess and the hostess did not wash their hands before, leaving the bathroom. The beer they served was flat. There was no head to the beer as some may say. That is a good thing. But it's not. There was none. The soda also were flat. No carbonation, we asked if there was a problem with the carbonation to the sodas. They said that there was no issue. It was just a new bag. Ordered food, it took over an hour and nothing came out at the same time. One person had theirs which was a kid's meal. And then another person other two came out 10 to 15 minutes later. Food I ordered was way too spicy to the point where I couldn't even eat it. My boyfriend who loves spicy food even said that it was overly spiced. I guess the person in the back was season, happy. Nobody did anything about the complaints. I like Applebee's, and this was a big disappointment, will not be going back to that one for sure.

Well, let's just start with the central air did not work when it was 100 degrees for about 2 weeks. Then, when it finally worked, I decided to come back and eat here. Big mistake severe food poisoning! The food options and quality has gone downhill. Service really depends on who you get. I have no idea who is cooking here but they did not do very well. You either get food undercooked, overcooked or completely forgotten to take to the table.And by the time you get it, it's cold. I use to love going here especially on sundays to watch football and have some brisket tacos, which is no longer on the menu. It just seems like Applebee's does not care anymore. I highly recommend you go somewhere else.

I called my order in as always… Paid for extra onions/mushrooms and this doesn’t not look like extra anything. And I didn’t receive the toppings for my loaded potatoes.. And why on earth would they cross contaminate my food and put the container with my potatoes in with my meat. I don’t know how many hands or if others hands were clean.. And look ant these potatoes!!! It looks like they scraped the bottom of the pan…. Just wasted my money for this crap!!!! Upon picking up my order I remembered exactly why I don’t eat in the restaurant. This is not the kind of establishment that I would bring my family
