Coming from brooklyn for a weekend getaway i called ahead to see if my furry companion could join me for dinner. She was in a bag but they are dog friendly. Food was great and service was awesome. Pomegranate margaritas were a 10/10.

I went to Mariner's Harbor to celebrate my birthday. I've enjoyed the restaurant a few times previously but this was my first birthday celebration. You show proof of birthdate, and they give you a $25 credit for a meal that is $25 or more. Up to $25 for dinner there is not hard to do because their prices are moderately high. A small loaf of fresh warm bread was immediately delivered to our table. I ordered half dozen of oysters for an appetizer and my dinner mate had their stuffed clams. My photo of the oysters is missing two because I couldn't wait. We were not disappointed with our choices. I had twin lobster tails with a perfectly baked potato, and deliciously seasoned string beans. The tails were a good size and not over cooked. Our waitress, Lauren was very friendly and added to the enjoyment of our celebration. Upon leaving she gave me a free cupcake to go. Oh, and the water view doesn't hurt.

Fantastic. We sat in the back room, far right corner, along the creek for lunch on a clear sunny winter day. Food n service were top notch. LOVED ALBERTO! If you don't mind a greasy burger, lol, get the French Onion one. Very tasty. Slaw with apple was great too. Only suggestion is for them to put a retractable light filtering shade on the one window facing south. But i lived thru it lol.

Great place for seafood. Excellent steamed clams.Service is always very good even when they're really busy. It's nice in the summer by the water and even in the cold months the inside dining is nice. Friendly staff. Good place

After I hyped up this restaurant to a friend, we experience very poor customer service. First, it took about 15 to 20 minutes for someone to greet us once we were seated. Then she took our drink order and it took another 15 to 20 minutes for her to show up with those drinks. Once the meal was ordered and arrived. We did ask for more bread and a refill on our drinks . Again playing the waiting game to when I finally got up with my bread basket and walked to the front hostess counter and asked for some help. She promptly assisted in getting us another basket of bread and then saw that our drinks were empty so she did refill our drinks. However, I did inform her that the waitress did offer to do that and then we never saw her again. We ordered a full meal with dessert and I expected them to maybe comp us for the dessert since we had such a terrible service experience but they were not willing to do that. The food was excellent but once the service is poor it ruins the whole experience

Came in with the love of my life... Linda was the hostess who seated us and was very polite... Jasmine our server was great and very attentive. Jace the busser was very nice as he pre bussed our table to help Jasmine... Kia made me one of the most delicious Long Island iced teas I've had in a long time and the owner Sal was even nice enough to come by and introduce himself while asking how everything was. I must say the food was so good I had the stuffed Cod and my future wife had the salmon. All in all I would recommend anyone to go into Mariners for dinner.

The ambiance of the restaurant speaks for itself. The food is incredible and service is top notch! We come every fall from upstate NY. We were running a few minutes late after trying to find parking and were unsure if we were going to make our time slot at headless horseman and our waiter, Alberto went out of his way to make sure our food came out super quickly! Super fresh and delicious fish! Highly recommend the Tuna bowl, lobster roll, sea bass and clams as an app!

My first visit to Mariner's Harbor in Kingston, NY was a delight. My Blackened Catfish Sandwich with coleslaw on the side was delicious. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was nice. I had a wonderful view of the bustling activity outdoors. I look forward to my next visit. The hamburgers looked delicious as well.

Mariners is great. It's a little busy sometimes. But they did seat me. I always like going there. It has a nice atmosphere near the river there, and there's often events where the outdoor seating overlooks the park there. I had the lobster and Steak, they had a fun name for it. The cocktails are great too. It was good pricing, but lobster expect to pay like $50. My meal was $50 for a lobster tail and steak slices. It was delicious though and served with great presentation. I wish the bar rn as open later though.

Beautiful day, we ate outside on the patio. Lunch menu very nice. (Left another restaurant because they had brunch or dinner at 1:30pm) 2nd time within a month. All meals were wonderful. Lost our waiter, when we wanted to pay and needed change. Not happy with the wait.

First time in the Catskills and we wanted to check out Kingston at least once. This restaurant had good reviews and lots of options on the menu. We were seated adjacent to the river and with the windows open on a nice cool evening it really elevated the dining experience. It was a bit loud next to the bar but we were still able to have a conversation. We got the fried calamari to start which was delicious, the dipping sauce had a bit of spice to it, overall really good. Entrees were the marinated steak and my husband got the combo with the lobster. Steak was well cooked, tender, with a large portion. Green beans were a bit overcooked for our taste but the flavor was good. Definitely would recommend checking it out.

We went here Saturday and had a blast. We enjoy coming here on the MC. This time was extra good bc our bartender, Kia, was amazing. Sweet, funny, and very attentive!!!! She deserves an A+ for her service !!!!! Can’t wait to come back again . Plus the view is always amazing there .

The food was amazing!! Every dish we ordered was really good and we were very happy and satisfied. The only downside was the waiting. They were very busy on a Saturday night and the dishes took longer than usual to be served. But because the overall ambience was good, we didn't really mind waiting at all. I highly recommend it.

I really liked the food there. We ordered buffalo chicken wrap, boneless wings with sweet Thai chili , black bean burger and iced tea and a lemonade. The service was really good and fast too. Whatever we ordered came our table within a few. The ambience was bright and happening!

Tasty food + beautiful scenery + attentive service, what more can anyone ask for? We were a party of five, arrived at Kingston by boat for brunch, and this restaurant was right there by the water to welcome us. It's an extra large establishment, with spacious outdoor seatings and a sizable team of waiting staff. Any eatery that can satisfy this non-drinking vegetarian gets a 5 star. Everything we ordered is shown in the photos of this review, except for my son's plate of Fish and Chips - he sat a bit far for my phone camera to get a good angle. Although I did not taste everyone's choice, esp. the non-vegetarian options, I could still recommend this restaurant with confidence, judging by my fellow diners' level of satisfaction.

Food was very good took a little long to get it but its our go to place when were on kingston. We just went back for dinner on sunday sept 12. They had music and a man singing was pleasant . We ordered the usual thai beer batter califlower and the tuna bowl and also a 3lb. Stuffed lobster stil took a while to get our food and when we were done we had to wait 40 minutes to get our bill. Thats not a good thing.

I took a day trip to Kingston with my friends. Stopped by Mariners Harbor for dinner. It's located by the water with a scenic view to take in. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The restaurant is spacious so there were plenty of seating. There are two bars if you don't want to seat at a table. The ambiance is quite lively. We ordered cocktails and non alcoholic drinks. Recommend the faux Appetizer brushetta highly recommend. The pasta selection is good...lobster ravioli and pumpkin ravioli. Burgers are juicy and delicious. The server was professional, friendly and attentive. The food is pretty good! Flavorful and tasty. Definitely will visit again. Great for family, friends, dates, etc. In the evening there is a dj that plays all types of music and it opens up to a party vibes thing which is awesome. Parking is available at the paid meter. After 6pm the meters are free.

Great place to go when taking boat from Hudson River to Roundout creek. Can see the Marina from restaurant. Nice to sit outside of beautiful fall day. Views of water, boats, bridge and cute stores. Can hear music being played next to restaurant at Maurices D Hichey Promenade. Kids fishing. Food was all good. The was a little slow, but they were busy and we were not in a rush so didn’t mind. Kid friendly especially outside. The chicken nuggets came in a cute cardboard boat. I forgot to take pictures. Definitely would recommend.

Overall this place was very good I had minor complaints. I loved the service very nice and attentive staff! I didn’t really like the squid ink cocktail, just tasted like too many different things mixed together. The garlic wings didn’t taste at all like garlic which was super surprising, because I could see it all over them... Idk it’s like it was watery garlic pieces. Other thing is my steak was a bit over cooked from a medium but other then those minor things it was very good! They have excellent shrimp! The deserts were fantastic too, glad I saved room for them.

No Smile, No Personality, No Service My boyfriend and I were looking forward to enjoying a wonderful evening dining outdoors at Mariners Harbor. While the weather cooperated, unfortunately, we were deeply disappointed with the service and quality of the food. When we arrived, we sat at the outdoor bar and waited. It took quite some time before the waitress acknowledged our presence. She passed us several times, speaking to other customers (not taking orders or clearing food, just talking) without coming over. We had to say, “excuse me” and request that she stop and provide a menu. Once we had menus, a different waitress stopped over to take our order. We asked some questions about the menu, and her answers were perfunctory and emotionless. It felt like she was doing us a favor by taking our order. We each ordered a drink and decided to share one main dish – the sliced steak sandwich special. It sounded appealing with horseradish sauce and marinated onions. While it looked good, the steak sandwich was disappointingly bland, lacking the expected taste. Additionally, the bread was flavorless. While the waitress was engaging with other customers, she never stopped by to check if we wanted another drink or to ask how the food was. We felt ignored, and the vibe was quite odd. We asked for the check, which was brought to us pronto! When she handed us the check, she didn’t smile or engage in any small talk. She was cold, emotionless, and robotic. It was odd. It was surprising to find such a lack of basic customer service in this restaurant. I've received better and kinder service at Boices and Jolly Cow!
