Drive-thru worker at the time of my visit were rude and not attentive. The lady yelled over the intercom WHAT with a very poor attitude. I kept my cool as I wanted to drive off but that wasn't the worst part. I waited for over 30 min on a 16 min pie per what that worker said, and they forgot I was waiting outside. Had to come in to deer in headlights as they remembered in that moment. Tonight wasn't y'alls night =/

Do not go here! The lady working the drive through (she said her name was Nancy but the computer showed Magda) is horrible. She is rude and impatient. When she took our order, she quickly asked us to pull forward. We asked for a receipt and she said “I’ll bring out, pull forward.”When our food was brought to us, there was no receipt. We insisted on getting a receipt and she proceeds to hand us a hand written receipt. When we told her that wasn’t acceptable she said her machine is broken. Then proceed to take a picture of the computer. This employee is the most combative person and we will never go there again until she’s gone. She gave us the managers name (Crystal) but they don’t answer their phones. BEWARE!

Stood there for over 10 minutes while the staff stared at me from the back. They never took my order.

Dine in counter service non existent. Too busy doing something else. Instead of 4 people filling orders, might move one over to counter to service diners that actually came inside to eat. Last chance today, done with this place. Last time order was wrong. Just can't get it together consistently at this location.

Drive thru 7 pm on a Monday. Not busy. Order completely wrong. Ordered Mac and cheese got a bucket of corn, fries tasted like shoe strings found in Chernobyl, chicken was old and under a warmer, 30 bucks in the trash. The worst part, I was the only person in line. What exactly was the 6 staff kitchen doing besides royally screwing up my order and evening for free? Kingwood KFC is trash and the staff, don't go there!!!

Just went to this KFC and no fault of the people working there but when the price at the drive-through shows 8.49 and you pull up it’s 11.49. I told them of the discrepancy and they said the price went up. I explained that they really need to honor the posted price or it’s false advertising, but they couldn’t adjust it so I just left.

I ordered hot wings and was told they were cooked to order, which I was fine waiting 10 minutes for. Unfortunately, when I received my order, the wings were the wrong flavor (honey BBQ instead of hot). I went back in and politely explained the issue, but the response and facial expressions from the staff were unwelcoming. The manager, Pierre, seemed unable to understand why I would prefer a complimentary correction rather than waiting another 10 minutes for the right order. Instead, he offered 6 extra wings but said he couldn’t credit the original wings back. I declined and requested a full refund. Overall, the experience was disappointing — the food mistake can happen, but the lack of customer service and professionalism from management stood out the most. I believe the team, especially management, could benefit from training on customer satisfaction

I hope that a manager will see this I am very disappointed in my service today I came to this kfc about 3:00pm the white male who was at the window taking orders told me I’d wait about 8 mins for my food and since there was already someone waiting in front of me he told me to park by the curb I followed all instructions and ended up wait 45 minutes for FAST FOOD i literally had to go inside and then wait more time for my food. Once I got inside there was a black girl with red braids wrapped up in a bun who didn’t say hello or anything she wasn’t rude but unaware and lost once I told her what happened she told me she gave my food to someone else in which I had to wait AGAIN . The employees on today’s shift need to be retrained that was very unacceptable

Strange unappetizing smell to the place when we walked in (rancid oil?). Chicken smelled (and tasted) the same. I got extra crispy. Both chicken thighs were swimming in grease and buried in a thick layer of soggy undercooked breading and blubbery globs of yukky fat and skin. Sickening! I managed to eat the drumstick, it wasn’t bad, and the potatoes and gravy were good. Biscuit hard. Took the thighs home, thinking maybe I could make them edible in the air fryer, but nope, the smell when heating them literally made me nauseated. Not impressed with customer service, seemed like a lot of socializing going on in the back, and the loud blaring music was quite annoying. We used to love KFC, but won’t be returning to this one ever, probably be a long time before my appetite for it returns at all, after this.

The star is for how the chicken used to be ; now there’s just no breading and it’s completely dried out or completely wet and greasy no in between . Extremely rare to find a friendly person anymore at the drive thru . Just went downhill fast and I’m not sure what to do ; I still go but it’s only when I get a sale and rarely do I go even then which I feel that’s ultimately what the staff there want .

I went on Tuesday July 15 2025 at 9:30 pm and wanted 2 buckets of original chicken recipe. The cashier taking my order kept making excuses on why they couldn’t make that order ,it’s going to be a 30 minute wait. I said that’s fine ,then she said we don’t have leg and thigh only breast At that point I knew she was just making excuses and I called her out on it told her stop making excuses I said I’ll wait the 30 minutes and she said ok . She told me pull around up front ,while I was in front they locked the door and kept turning customers away . Get this KFC this location doesn’t close till 10:30 it was 9:35 when they locked the door and were turning customers away

If I could give this place zero stars, I would! Halfway through eating my pot pie, and I find a piece of plastic in my meal. I called customer service and was told someone would call me back. Who knows when.

This establishment is as a joke we ordered from this location a few days ago through the drive-through got home five minutes later started serving and eating and my nephew found worms and maggots in his chicken immediately called the restaurant and they disregarded it completely The kids woke up today with food poisoning I am seeking legal action and I will be calling the kingwood inspection I am begging you do not eat here !!!! It is definitely worth a 10 minute drive and go to the Humble location this is filthy disgusting old food that is just reheated if you love your family do not feed them does no one deserves to eat bugs !!!!!
