I’ve been a five guys frequenter for years. I’ve experienced this chain in three different states and I have to say this location is the best. The staff is quick, cordial and accurate. I’ve never had an order be incorrect. I typically order online and pick it up in person. Though it can be on the pricier side for a burger joint, their quality is unmatched. The burgers and fries are piping hot and I appreciate that they don’t drop your fries until you come in to pick up your order. This way they are hot and fresh instead of soggy sitting on a shelf somewhere.

It's a good burger, but for the price and size you'll wish you went to Burger King or Chili's probably. The fries are slipping. A while back the fries were just the right golden brown crispy skins on fries that helped the score here. It could just be a weak crew at the time because this is a good place when they execute better. But essentially $20 for a tiny drink, small fries and a burger has to be a lot better than this. Looks like it's going to be another year or two before I try it again. If they survive.

Service was not great when they messed up the order. I asked for cajun fries and they didn't take the fries back or offer new ones. They gave me a cup of seasoning and said here ya go.

Five Guys needs a better binding agent for their meat and better quality buns. It’s hard to enjoy a burger when you’ve got an insanely soggy bun and a patty that crumbles with every movement/bite. The flavor is great, especially the fries, but again, just hard to enjoy overall.

Regular cajun fries, small hamburger and a bottle of water, $15.74, that's insane. The fries were great and the veggies were nice and fresh, but there was zero flavor on the meat, No salt, pepper or anything. Definitely way too over priced and flavorless of a burger for this lunch.
