The store was spotless, the food was fresh, and the energy was on pointbut what really made my visit stand out was the amazing service from Gracie. She was friendly, fast, and made me feel genuinely welcome from the moment I walked in. You can tell she cares about the customer experience and takes pride in her work. My sandwich was made perfectly exactly how I like it and Gracie even double-checked my order to make sure everything was right. I highly recommend this location!

I order from this store at minimum once a week via DoorDash and it’s consistently good every single time. I was a huge fan of the Jersey Mikes in my hometown (NC) and am happy to see that the consistency remains over 1500 miles way at this location as well. Compared to its competitors it’s my top pick every time, Firehouse, Jimmy John’s, Subway, nothing matches the consistency and reliability of my order at Jersey Mikes. Not only is the food always fresh and made perfectly—the staff is PHENOMENAL. They always go above and beyond to make me feel welcome. (They also make amazing recommendations for special sandwiches/sauces). I work nearby, and both of their managers have supported my safety more than once. (A friendly word, offering help with a vehicle, or even physical safety.). Also worth a huge mention, I witnessed Katie patiently help a customer to their vehicle who was having great difficulty walking. Katie treated that customer with such grace.

This jersey mikes is absolutely amazing, I eat here personally and never have an issue with the food and it is so fresh and good! Not only that but they're very quick and friendly. I also do doordash and uber eats deliveries and when I pickup from them it's always ready and if it's not it's only a minute or two wait. They're crushing it!

I highly recommend Jersey Mikes they have the best Subs in town! The general manager EV took care of us and great fast service. Got the chickens bacon ranch cheese steak and it was delicious.

Wanted to give a shout out to the employees who helped me out today 9/15/2020 at 1030am. I had ordered 16 boxed lunches and each of them helped me to my car. Super friendly and had my order ready for me. Everyone at worked loved the sandwiches. Great job and will definitely be using you guys in the future

Ordered 2 sandwiches on their app for pick up. One sandwich was right, the other one was incorrect. The order was #26 Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak: Giant Bacon, Philly Chicken, White American Cheese, Ranch, Lettuce, Tomatoes in Rosemary Parmesan Bread. I got bread with chicken and cheese ONLY! I was so disappointed. I called them right away, Mia answered, I related the problem and she was pleasant, apologized and offered a refund or to remake the sandwich as ordered. I thanked her for her good customer service. Went back picked up the sandwich and got some free sandwich cards. Thank you Mia for making it RIGHT!

OVERPRICED! I ordered the original Philly with mushrooms in regular size (6 inches), almost $11.00. The sandwich had a good taste. However, the lack of onions, peppers, and mushrooms, along with the small size of the sandwich, made it unworthy of the cost! When a giant (large) sandwich that is basically the same as a Subway footlong is $16.00 plus dictates a no-brainer to go to a sit-down restaurant. Add chips and a drink, and a sit-down restaurant is definitely a better value.

How would you people gave to the others if some one is ordered far before just think of thats crazy ,reviews won’t change you change for yourselves,DoorDash won’t pay for waiting time but you people do crazy there like 20 minutes giving only to the store customers. “FIRST ORDER ,FIRST SERVE “ ethics in business ,morality please kindly requesting you to understand.
