I was here on Sunday afternoon on March 30th 2025. I ordered a Portobello burger with mushrooms, They did not put any mushrooms there, unfortunately I saw they put in the burger mushrooms thiny skin. This really ridiculous! They made prices high, and plus quality of service to the customers "0". Ranch dressing They are charging now $0.60 each. Very Disappointed! If They bring up to their consideration, will be a fair to the customers service! And entrance of the front door rug is very dirty, no one is care for follow cleaning, very unhealthy situation! Employees being very careless about customer service ethics! I was driving from far a way, because of food was good, but it's been changed all to 👎. Their big Boss should know what is going on in that priticular place!

The dumbest people I’ve ever seen working at the ha it burger chain! Their manager Elbin (or whatever his name is) was not only stupid but also was providing the worst customer service! PS. I ordered 4 burgers (via app) and 4 well done fries. They disnt get a single burger right (per my modification) and none of the fries was well done. The absolute worst meal we’ve ever had at hagit chain

Wow, this place is terrible. I've never seen a burnt chicken salad like this before. Do you really think customers will be happy with a business run this way? I'm very disappointed. :(

The service was terrible. For some reason the napkins and fries were wet? And after I ordered a salad I started throwing up in the middle of the night. Never going here again.

On Friday 3/21/25 the place was messy spills trash everywhere Got my order wrong asked for lettuce wrap double chars they gave me the burgers with the buns then they fixed it. And getting home realizing there is only one patty on the burgers. Workers seemed confused and sluggish.

Missing multiple items (fries, onion rings, green beens, etc) when ordering pickup THREE TIMES IN A ROW. Not discovered until home and unpacking the bag of food. Too late and too small to hassle with at that point. But have run out of patience. We are done with this Habit Burger.

Burgers were over cooked, fries and onion rings were burnt. Place was very dirty and there were missing condiments. The worst dinner we had here. The teriyaki burger doesn’t even taste like teriyaki burger. Horrible experience.

I had the worst experience of my life at your restaurant. I almost died eating your burger. At first I thought it was cabbage. However, I was shocked to find out that it was a rubber glove. How is this possible? You should not hide and sincerely apologize to all customers of your company.

I would give 0 stars, but that is not an option, the bottom bun on my Veggie burger was BURNT!! & HARD AS A ROCK!! I can use it as a WEAPON!! Not to mention they did not put white American cheese as requested! DO NOT GO TO THIS HABIT LOCATION!!
