I had an amazing experience at this McDonald’s thanks to Diego! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a big smile and a friendly attitude. He was quick, efficient, and really went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. Even during a busy rush, he stayed calm and polite, which says a lot about his professionalism. It’s not often you find someone so attentive and positive at a fast-food restaurant, and Diego really stood out. McDonald’s is lucky to have such a hardworking and respectful employee!
The bathroom needs a good clean. The men's one was really bad. The credit card machine isn't working. I set it for eight and it took twenty minutes. The manager never put up a sign, which is a bit of a hassle for anyone standing there.
This is the third time I’ve had an issue with my order. 1st – nuggets were missing 2nd – I ordered a regular McCrispy but received a double cheeseburger 3rd – I ordered 4 meals but only received 3 It’s really frustrating to get home and find something wrong every time.
I think this location could benefit from having a few more employees during busy times. It might help orders go out faster and reduce the wait for customers. The staff is doing their best, but with more help, the experience could be even better. This restaurant has lots of potential.. With that small change, the customer experience here could be amazing.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed a large order and ordered a large iced coffee with no ice. Instead of receiving a full large cup of coffee, I was given what was clearly a much smaller amount — basically the volume they normally fill when adding ice. When I politely asked to have it corrected, the supervisor came out and loudly insisted that this is considered a “large” because without ice it equals the same portion. That makes no sense. Ice is optional. If I order less ice or no ice, I should still receive the full size I paid for — just without ice. You don’t give customers extra nuggets if they skip sauce, but you also don’t reduce the amount of food because they don’t want sauce. At Starbucks and Dunkin’, when you order a large drink with no ice, you still receive a full large cup. Here, I paid full price and received significantly less product. On top of that, the supervisor was rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing customer service. I’ve already contacted customer support.
Absolutely horrible experience. The staff was rude, dismissive, and communication was nearly impossible. The employee helping me could barely communicate in English, which made a simple order pickup unnecessarily frustrating. The manager lady acts like she owns the place in a rude way . No English ..no one knows it there .. I walked inside to pick up my online order, and instead of helping, the employee kept loudly yelling that I should have used the drive-through — even though I had already parked and walked in. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing. The place had zero customer service, zero professionalism, and a chaotic atmosphere. You expect basic service standards in the U.S., and this location fails badly. But maybe since it’s McD, they think service and customer experience don’t matter anymore.
drive thru experience and honestly it can’t be hard making two iced coffees legit told this lady how much cream and sugar after she “threw out” the order receipt and refused to make it properly
Yall need to make sure staff giving the right orders. People doesn't have time to dig all the way in on the bags to check everything. Missing bunch of order and its like 10mins away.
Ordered breakfast for pick up and did not receive the full order. Realized when I got home and called the store. They refuse to refund unless you drive back out to the store. Shame on me for not checking but the complete lack of care for making it right is frustrating.
Worst Mcdonalds experience last night, January 3, 2026. At drive-thru ordered a #7 meal and an M&M McFlurry. The girl seemed to have a language barrier. Repeated the M&M order 3 times, she kept repeating Oreo McFlurry. As I drove away, saw on the screen she put Oreo again. At pay window, the guy was very understanding and fixed the order. At pick up window, we received everything but the fries, which are included in a #7 value meal. The kid at that window said the order was entered incorrecly as nuggets and Sprite, no fries, no value meal. We said the girl obviously made another mistake and we wanted the fries. He very blatantly got angry with us, said it was our fault for "not reading the screen" and would not give us fries. Because of his attitude we asked to return our entire order for a refund, he refused. We insisted on speaking to the manager. She also seemed to insist it was somehow our fault. After another few minutes of arguing with her, she gave us fries and we left. Mistakes happen by employees at drive-thrus, but it was their attitude towards us and their refusal to easily adjust their mistake, that will keep us away from this location in the future.
This mcdonald’s really needs to work on there listening skills. When i arrived to this mcdonald’s, I asked for a very easy order. Just a basic small frozen coke and a cheeseburger. They gave me a regular diet coke and a hamburger. And when i came back nicely and said that the order was wrong, they refused to give me a new drink and cheeseburger so i had to pay for a new one.
Update: I replied to the link they sent below, and got ZERO response. Spend your money elsewhere. There is a problem with the order EVERY single time. Don't bother leaving feedback at the website management keeps posting....they do not respond. Stop giving this family and location your money.
Bacon was missing on Double Bacon Quarter Pounder® with Cheese and the large French Fries barely had any fries. It seemed like a small. The North La Grange road location always messes up my order. Door dash barely offered any refund for these screw ups.
I've really tried to give this location a chance as they newly opened a few months ago. However, I have yet to have a good experience. Every time, the drive-thru is excessively slow, then many are often asked to pull to the side, even when pre-ordering on the app. Food has not been great... either it has been sitting under the warmer too long or is lukewarm. I was hopeful the time mgmt would improve as they got through the newness kinks. At one point, I decided to go inside because the drive-thru was not moving at all. Once I could flag down an employee as the cash register is not manned (any time I've gone inside this is the case), I was told they couldn't walk my drive-thru order to the counter as that was with a different team. ??? I can't say I've ever heard that at other mcdonalds locations. Customer service is non-existant in the drive-thru or counter. Thankfully there are other locations when I have a craving for the fries.
I have a bad experience every. single. time. Customer service is not taught nor shown as example from management. Quality is a hit or miss. Value: they over charge you for tomato and lettuce. If you want to have a bad day, come here. I have decided I will no longer come to this McDonald's - even though it's my local McDonald's. You and I are better off going to the McDonald's in Countryside. This is the worst McDonald's.
This McDonald’s is an absolute embarrassment to the brand, and it’s entirely because of an employee named Annalise. Her behavior was not just rude — it was aggressively disrespectful and deliberately unhelpful. She refused to fulfill a paid order over a simple app mistake, shrugged me off, walked away mid-conversation, and treated me as if I was the problem for daring to ask for the food I already paid for. Let me be clear: I paid for a meal and was refused service. That is theft, plain and simple. And it wasn’t just me — multiple customers around me were also complaining about how terrible the service was. One even had to shout from behind the counter just to get attention. That’s how bad things are here. If this is the level of “customer service” McDonald’s is willing to tolerate, it’s disgraceful. Annalise should be nowhere near customers — and frankly, if management doesn’t remove her from this position, they’re complicit in the awful reputation this location has clearly earned. Until something changes, I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this McDonald’s entirely.
Placed a mobile order for this location but accidentally hit drive through pickup. Went inside and the person at the counter curtly told me I had to go to the drive through. Went to my car, got in line at the drive through and waited to get to the order box, explained I hit the wrong pickup and asked if I could get it at the counter. They said yes. Parked car and went back inside where the same person at the counter started arguing with me that I need to go to the drive through. Eventually the manager came out, explained to her, she went back and got my order. This is the stupidest thing to have an issue with when they can just walk 10 feet to check and pull the order number and bring it back to the counter. While eating, the same thing happened with another customer and they were told to go through the drive through as well. Worst implementation of mobile ordering ever at this location. Never had this problem at other locations when this has happened.
My husband bought me food online. He has the receipt. He has the bank statement. The manager denied him and said he didn't pay it when he literally showed them. He has the number. He has the confirmation number. And told him to pay again. He literally just paid. And they said their system wasn't working. Ok BUT WE PAID? The manager had attitude and told him they couldn't serve when he already paid for it. This is completely terrible service. And theft. This was today at around 4:50/5pm. The number was ON72. He got home and canceled it. At least he got his money back. But to tell him he didn't pay for it. When he did and told him to repay when he already did and gave attitude is unacceptable.
This is the worst McDonald’s in the area. The remodel that was done is a disservice to customers. There’s no menu at the order counter and there’s no one paying attention to take orders. It took forever and you can’t even order at the kiosks because they don’t work! The employees can’t even see if there is a customer at the front because of the wall barricade. You can’t even use the bathroom without getting buzzed in. Don’t waste your time coming to this place! Every experience here has been horrible. Never again!
If I could give zero stars I would! I asked for my entire order fresh, they gave me nothing fresh. I also was handed my drink with everything spilling out of the sides. I call to say something, and speak to Rosina. If that’s even her name. She refuses to take my name down but says come back for something free. Who would know that I could even receive something free? What if you aren’t there, now I am paying for potential terrible service again!? I then say I’d feel more comfortable if you took my name down or something. She says well I’m sorry and hangs up. You all need to hire better people to give good customer service! People have long days and we don’t need you adding to them with no respect or courtesy to people ! And if that’s a manager and this is a corporate location, you all need to train better!
Too crazy, they did not attend me, they left and left the box alone, had a discount code and let it beat twice I had to wait 40 minutes to be able to eat the hamburges almost forgot to do them and you played them repeated when they could give them different because outside the box it says what it is, and to add it, they get angry, weigh better as in Burger King bye..
Despite being a new building these people have absolutely no idea how to do their job. Tried it multiple times as I live locally and a single time there is some sort of problem. This is my most recent one, what the hell is this? 😂 Medium caramel frappe, in a small cup, no whipped cream, spilling over the lid, and the kid seemed to have no clue. This place needs new employees asap
