IHOP

This is an old school restaurant. Great service and quality food.

This place never fails to make me feel comfortable. I've been here several times and I can say that I speak for my friend group that we all love it here. Staff are friendly, and the food is always what I expect.

I had a very good server named Jesus. He made me feel welcome and I could tell he really cares about his job. For the food I got chicken and waffles with a glass of fresh squeezed orange juice. It was amazing.

Our server Luz gave us an amazing breakfast experience today. She's very attentive, funny, and is a great example of professional service.

I don't know if I've ever been to a IHOP before, but their breakfast/brunch options are amazing. I had the stack of cinnamon pancakes which was phenomenal; you can never go wrong with cinnamon.

A vintage ihop with friendly staff and quick service... went there for national pancake day tried the chicken quesadilla it was ok

[Parking] The strip mall the IHOP is in has enough free parking for everyone. [Accessibility] The whole restaurant is very barrier free. [Atmosphere] IHOP feels like a little step above the classic breakfast diner. [Service] Out waitress was superb. She was very kind, welcoming, and able to answer our questions. She was attentive to our needs as well. [Food] The pancakes were very good and filling. The sunny side up eggs were not cooked right. The tops were essentially still raw while the bottoms were much too brown.

Not bad. Pretty standard for IHOP. You get what you pay for, service is adequate, servers are friendly, coffee tastes great! Breakfast food is always yummy in my book, so it’s hard to discriminate between one pancake style and another. It’s all good.

Jesus was our waiter and delivered our strawberry and whipped cream waffle combo breakfast to our table. See actual entree photo from our table (ATTACHED). I informed Jesus this looks different from the photo in the menu. He said nothing, returned to the kitchen, and brought us a small container of cut strawberries. As he was walking away from our table, he asked, "Are you happy now?". No apologies or anything. WOW! I informed the manager, and he gave us a discount on our bill. Thanks, Mr. Manager. He said he was going to talk with Jesus.

This IHOP is the worse restaurant out there. The food including, fruit plates, specialty drinks, eggs were all under cooked, rotten or spoiled. I couldn't even buy a gift card because no one could do the transaction correctly.

Omg I made a review recently made a review about the rude service and TODAY 03/28/2025 called just to make an order “to go” , the $6 advertised special to go and they said “no” I had to sit in. We then said the ad doesn’t say that and we do this all the time. He said ya no we got in trouble last time. So we called the other IHOP on imperial and guess what we got our food and we didn’t have to sit in and no one got in trouble. That’s it I’m SSSSSOOOOOOO DONE WITH THIS IHOP!!!!! Horrible horrible horrible the business owner is weird if it’s a franchise making up their own rules
