Crowded. Noisy. But the Eggs Benedict very good and quick service. We were there 11am Saturday so it was a busy place.

It's IHOP. What's not to like. This location very close to knotts berry farm that's why I was there. Service was good took a little longer than I'm used to but it was a Saturday morning so can't complain.

This is one of the nicer IHOPs we've eaten at. It's small but the staff is very polite and attentive, and the food is well prepared. We look forward to eating here whenever we visit this area.

Server Jonette is simply the best, she always makes you feel at home, my 4yr.old loves the funny face pancake and I the cheeseburger omelet. Great place to just relax and enjoy dinner.

One of La Mirada's best kept secrets. This particular iHop is the best. Love the old style building with its neighborhood diner feel way better than the other iHop's that are more commercial. Service here is superb. All of the staff is Great!! We eat here almost once a week for breakfast. It's a great way to start the morning.

Very Friendly & Courteous Staff!

To be honest, we didn't even want to consider this restaurant based on our last visit to an ihop more than a decade ago. But it was the best choice for my husband, who is diabetic (believe it or not!). We were warmly greeted, and everyone we interacted with was exceptionally attentive and kind. The avocado toast was really good with 2 scrambled eggs on top. My husband had a bowl that was perfect for his diet. Thanks!

My niece LOVES the nutella crepes, she’s tried several from different places but she prefers the IHOP ones. If I could give 6 stars I would. The customer service is great. Every time I pick up my order the lady is always smiling.

I highly recommend this restaurant. This a clutch place to eat. Suppose you like a secluded time out. Whether alone or on a date. You will not be disappointed. The staff is so friendly.

I had an amazing experience. The waitress I had was really nice and the rest of the staff were awesome too. I got my food fast knowing that it was Christmas day and all. I recommend this place and Merry Christmas to all of you.

Drive by three IHOPs on the way to this one and one will soon open in my own town and we will continue to make the drive to this one. The small original setting is perfect for a home like feeling. Owner and staff are always very courteous. Since this place isn't huge the cooks take their time with the orders, making the food tastier.

I've been going to IHOP since a was a kid and the La Mirada one is the best. The servers are attentive and friendly. The cooks always get my order perfect. I know it's not rocket science to make soft scrambled eggs but this IHOP is the only place that does it right every time.

The food is good and the prices are very reasonable. I've been there twice and the second time sat where the air conditioning was blowing and nearly froze.

This place is great the service is great and the food is amazing but the one thing is they're really skipping on the milkshake. The milkshake should at least be a little bigger for the price it is

The crispy chicken salad was huge and really tasty! Big slices of bacon and chicken, I was pleasantly surprised to see IHOP step their salad game up.

Food was good, service was good but it's really really small. Too many booths not enough separate tables. This is an issue to us because we're 6', 6'3, and 6'7 .

Food comes out quick! The prices are a little high but the servers are attentive and friendly they never let you have an empty cup of coffee!

What kind of IHOP closes at 10pm?! I walked in at 9:55 on a Saturday, and a worker near the front told me, "We're closed." We drove to the IHOP in La Habra instead. The other times my wife has gotten food from here, the service has been good. The building has interesting architecture. One star knocked off for having incorrect information on Google maps - update that stuff, IHOP!

Service here is fast! Servers are very nice. Portions are large and fresh. This location is pretty small and fillss up very quickly. When I was here with my party in the morning, the lights were low making the space very dim. Food came out promptly and there was no need to ask for refills on the syrup.

Went at dinner time, had breakfast. I think our server was "Luz" Very nice, pretty attentive considering she appeared to be the only server. Food came quickly. No problems. They do need to increase the lighting, very dark once the sun sets.

It's been several yrs since I've been to a IHOP. They really have not changed, in either the food or house setup, and the people are cool.

Great waiters. Food is typical, middle diner stuff. Prices are affordable and it's of options. Tight, Tight seating. And this place does tend to have wait times , but nothing major. Maybe 20-30 mins. It's become a regular spot for us.

I grew up going to this IHOP. That's a good place to go it's kind of small the Cozy. I've known the manager Arturo all my life he's a very cool man. I used to get the spaghetti when I was younger and they no longer carry it so kind of depressing. It was good back in the day.

This place is so small! The dining area is very crowded with the walk ways being very narrow. Honestly I am not sure how a wheelchair would move around the place. Food was like any other IHOP.

Smallest IHOP I been to ....... Walking up the entrance ramp oneself ends up in front of the kitchen area........ Stand alone building with only booths. Not a wheelchair friendly place. Navigating/walking is a challenge

Food was served hot but not enough attention with my soda, by keeping it full or asking do I need anything else. Need more workers because this place was full.

I had the pancake combo with sausage, eggs, and hash browns. I ordered a glass of water and a cup of coffee The only issues I had where my water glass was dirty and so were my silverware My blueberry pancakes where good but very tough most likely the batter was over whisked And my hash browns were over cooked almost burnt But other than that I had a good experience, the staff were very friendly and quick

Service was ok. Vaccum was turned on right behind my 87 year old father, he had a problem with with that. They were having a water issue. Waitress had quite a few customers so server was not as it should be. Food ok. Pancakes as always should be make as ordered, not ahead a time and warmed up.

Today, I went to eat at IHop I order a coffee and pancake's. I was given a cup of coffee with- out utensils I waited for the waitresses thinking she'll be coming back , after a couple of minutes I was forced to ask for utencils. The waitresses never came back to ask if I would want another cup of coffee, once again I had to ask for a refill. I found myself asking for everything. Service was awkward, it definitely needs to improve for a better customer experience.

Standard as other IHOPs food is average if food is way better than good it will depend on the cooks but you can't have the same cook in all the franchises. Prices are as any other IHOP Staff was very friendly at this location however 🤗😊

Food was great as usual, but service was lackluster at best. Sloppy work from the server made it feel low class and didn't take things to the next step.

Very small and busy but they were quick to seat and serve us. However, no one asked if everything was satisfactory and the food was mediocre.

Be prepared to wait. This location is unusually small and almost always understaffed. The servers do work hard. But with only two servers (that I have seen on multiple occasions) you will have to wait. The server pointed me to our table. I noticed that she did that to other guests as well. Food is good. As long as you're not in a hurry. This location will do.

Do not order curbside. If you do, call the number immediately, do not trust clicking the link. And, if they do come out, make them stand there while you validate you got everything. Do not give them 1 convenience the curbside and online method is supposed to give them. They intentionally forget something.

Food was cool and the chicken fried steak was tough. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere is always nice at IHOP.

Is really nothing spectacular, only breakfast, but expensive (couple eggs, bacon, toast, hashbrown) + drink. The coffee is not really hot! And the flavor deficient. Is only my perspective.

Was on hold for 5 minutes clicked and called back and I was able on hold for an extra 20 minutes, could hear everything they were talking about. (Heard everyone’s orders.) I hung up didn’t end up ordering.

This was a weird experience. For the first time a waitress doesn't talk. Only the basics while take our order. When she gave us our food she just put it on the table without a word turned around and left. Didn't once asked how we were doing. When she brought our bill she just placed it on the table. So I was talking with my mom and I had the credit card with the bill in between my arms on the table. She reached in between them and took it. She did ask if we needed a box before reaching for the bill. I thought that was weird. Took the bill and charged me. Brought back the recipe so I can sign it. And again said nothing. It was an awkward waitress. My first and last time ever coming. No i didn't tip her. There was no connection, I felt like if I was asking for food and it was given to me out of pity. Awful experience today.

Horrible service. First time, they got my order all wrong. Second time, I ordered for pick up had to wait an hour to pick it up. Came & still waited another hour. Seems like no ones knows what’s going on here. I love ihop but this is my least favorite location.

I visited your restaurant with my family for dinner tonight. But the server showed us very inappropriate behavior. I will explain the details below. We ordered the following items: - Strawberry banana french toast( with a sunny side up egg, my favorite) - Veggie(?) Omelette - Fisherman's Platter - Spicy chicken ranch sandwich w/ fries. First, I arrived at the restaurant with my wife and son, and we sat at a table where there was only silverware for two people. Even until our first order arrived, the third silverware was not placed at our table, so I stood up and found silverware myself on another empty table. (Isn't it basic knowledge that servers serve and not the customers?) We asked for two hot waters and an ice water, but were displeased to find one of the hot water cups to be unclean with orange goo on the interior side of the cup. We mentioned it to the server, but the server just said “ill get you another one” without even apologizing. From there we were starting to get upset and began to notice her rude behavior. However, we really didn't want to mess up our family dinner, so we said "thank you" and waited patiently. After our first meal (the omelette) was served, we received a plate of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, and potatoes, which we did not order. We asked the server if this was meant for another table and she stated that it was ours and part of the omelette combo. However the egg was not sunny side up (my favorite). We mentioned this to her, but AGAIN, with a very displeased face, she said "I'll get you another one" without apologizing AGAIN. Then, my wife's meal, the Fisherman's Platter, arrived, and the server said absolutely NOTHING, and put the dish out waiting for my wife to take it. My wife, who had no other choice but to take it from her hand and put it on the table herself, was beginning to get very annoyed with the server's attitude and behavior towards us. The server then just left without saying ANY word. One minute later, after debating in my head whether or not I would confront her for her inappropriate behavior towards a customer, I decided to go discuss the issue with her. However, she started making excuses for herself instead of apologizing and attempting to alleviate the situation. I then stated that I wished to speak to/call her manager, so she handed me the store business card. But the manager wasn't even there so there was no point. I asked again to let me speak to the manager, and she replied, "Ok" and then proceeded to serve other customers for the next 5+ minutes, making me stand there while my wife and son just sat at the table not being able to eat their food because of the whole situation. After the long wait, I told her simply, "I'm still waiting, can I talk to the manager???" and she then began to, in front of a table of other customers, yell something like "You're verbally abusing me just because I didn't serve you a piece of silverware...!!!" It was evident that she was trying to play like a victim in front of the other customers, as well as my family, so I decided to write everything down (the time which this occurred, her name, and your name). I finally just stated "I'm going to talk to the manager. Let me pay for my meal (which we hardly even touched) and leave." But as I said this, she continuously made excuses for herself as I stated that I wanted to leave more than 3 times. I was finally able to pay for my meal (my son's meal completely untouched) and left. Terrible experience.

I’m doing this post on behalf of my retired parents. They decided to grab breakfast on Friday after dropping off my son at school. They waited over 30 minutes for food that never came. The only item that was given to them was coffee. They became a little frustrated since everyone else around that arrived after them was served. So they decided to leave and we ahead to the front to pay for the coffee. My father noticed the cooks were laughing at them and they didn’t charge them for the coffee. No apology what’s so ever. I’ve been here before and service has been pleasant. I understand that a lot of paces across the board are low staffed. But it’s a little disappointing that an establishment like iHop can treat customers this way.

Ordered breakfast for curbside pickup this morning went through fine said to pick it up at 9:03. When I called to let them know we were there I called three times and no one answer the phone so I went inside the waitress was very very busy there was only one waitress on there but she was very rude and just kept me and I'm waiting on the people sitting at the tables and stuff while I was waiting for my order to be picked than I wanted. She gave me another order that wasn't mine needless to say it was 45 minutes between the time I made the order until the time I got out of there. There needs to be more than one waitress working the register the packing orders waiting on customers this was ridiculous but I don't believe I'll be going back.

Not happy AT ALL....my online order was misplaced, and had to wait 45 minutes on top of that. Initially when I ordered, the estimated wait time was ten minutes, when I went to pick up, it was confirmed to me by the waiter they were still waiting and it would be ready shortly, but 45 minutes later and everyone else had been taken care of, even the customers AFTER me, so after the third time asking, now they want me to show them my online order, so they can get it started, not only to find that my order was set aside 5 minutes before I got there, and to add insult to my intelligence, the very waiter who confirmed TWICE to me they were trying to find my order, he changes his story telling me he had called out my order e few times....REALLY? I live two minutes from this place and I've ALWAYS loved coming in to the restaurant to eat, but my life experience was less than zero, and I will GLADLY go out of my city to another IHOP to dine in, and I'm second guessing if I'll do the online thing again.. we'll see, but very sadly disappointed, cuz I LOVE the fact I'm only two minutes from my usual IHOP 😥
