Niente da dire, servizio impeccabile (raramente mi capita di vederne a questo livello!). Superiore ad alcuni ristoranti stellati che ho avuto il piacere di visitare. Pietanze con il tartufo eccezionali. Prezzi non esorbitanti e totalmente nella media. Rispetto a Courmayeur mi son trovato molto meglio. Molto consigliato.
We didn’t realise it was going to be a fine dining experience when we booked. However we enjoyed it all the same. Food was fantastic as was the service but maybe a bit too attentive- different people asking the same question. Also asking if we wanted dessert after we’d already paid the bill! Maybe being friendly or maybe a lack of communication between staff. 🤔
Nous avons dîner pendant 8 jours au Bistrot Alpino. Une très belle expérience avec une cuisine internationale,savoureuse , créative et un rapport qualité prix remarquable. La carte est variée et propose des spécialités italiennes exceptionnelles à découvrir! Et en plus vous pourrez déguster les plus belles pizzas D’Italie faite par un napolitain au feu de bois un grand moment !!! Nous vous recommandons avec immense plaisir cet endroit cosy et magique!
Lower key restaurant and bar inside the Montana Lodge, but still has a great menu, brilliant execution and a fine wine list. You'll also find some wonderful traditional Italian fare here like pizzas and pastas that aren't available in the white-tablecloth fine dining of Ristorante Chaveur next door.

Alloggiando al Montana abbiamo deciso di far visita al ristorante,nessuna nota dolente,tutto molto buono,i piatti sono ricercati,curati e ingredienti di qualità,in linea con l'hotel
Abbiamo trascorso il weekend presso l’hotel Montagna Lodge & spa collegato al ristorante. Devo fare i complimenti allo chef per la qualità, presentazione e ricercatezza (prodotti del territorio) dei piatti presenti all’interno del menu. Noi abbiamo scelto tutti piatti tipici. Il resto una tragedia. Non ho messo una stella solamente perché abbiamo mangiato molto bene, ma, il servizio è stato davvero pessimo. Capisco che in questo momento non è facile trovare del personale, però volersi posizionare in un target di ristorazione di un certo livello, non ci si può permettere certi errori. Inizialmente avevamo prenotato un tavolo con vista montagna vicino alla finestra, al nostro arrivo era occupato. Abbiamo richiesto un antipasto di formaggi da dividere e non ci sono stati portati i piatti. Ho richiesto una coca zero mi è arrivata dopo aver terminato l’antipasto. Nel calice di vino all’intero c’era una mosca. La modalità di sparecchiare la tavola come se fossimo in una mensa. Purtroppo ci sono stati molti scivoloni che per quanto mi riguarda si potevano evitare e un cliente non si aspetta di vivere all’interno di un ristorante come il vostro. Infine, ci tengo a precisare che il direttore di sala si è scusato in quanto aveva percepito il bassissimo livello del servizio ma in questo caso sarebbe stato carino offrire un amaro o il dolce. Concludo dicendo che tra il personale era presente una signora bionda evidentemente con maggior esperienza ed è stata molto carina/disponibile/elegante e professionale.
Great atmosphere, perfect service, food presentation was stunning but taste itself wasn't the best- food seemd to our taste bland.
