The Kentucky fried Chicken on the frontage road of 35 have phenomenal customer service The food was prepared well and hot even after 30 minute drive back to the house it is way better than the Kentucky that's on valley Mills in Waco Texas thank you Kentucky team members and a very special shout out to the manager phenomenal skills thank you sir

Food here is so so good, and service was fast! I went through the drive thru and was greeted by some accommodating staff! Soda was flat but so I’m taking a star off but everything else was great, loved the atmosphere here

I always HATE eating inside a KFC as they are usually nasty sticky and hot ....I had no choice this time as I was having to wait on someone and so I went in and to my SURPRISE the place was spotless, cold and I couldn't find a sticky surface anywhere...even around the drink machine...an elderly woman named Elizabeth was behind the counter and greeted me with a smile, got my order right and had it in my hand in about 2 minutes and went to the dining room to eat (and wait) and this woman was constantly recleaning and sweeping especially after someone got up from a table...I would recommend this location for sure. The store manager here is doing something other stores should learn from! Now the chicken itself was not quite on par and was dry...I think that's a function of being so late in the day and the chicken dries out? Seems to always be good at lunch and not as good later in the day no matter which KFC I go to.

I ordered the 4-piece chicken meal from KFC and overall it was a great experience. The chicken was crispy, hot, and flavorful with that classic seasoning KFC is known for. The portion size was generous and filling, definitely worth the price. The sides were fresh and well-prepared, and the biscuit was warm and buttery. The staff was friendly and got my order out quickly, and the restaurant was clean and organized. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because one of the pieces was a little smaller than expected and the fries could have been hotter. Still, it was a satisfying meal and I’ll definitely be back.

On my way back to Round Rock after an eventful weekend, I decided to stop at KFC in Lacy Lakeview on February 16 at 1:54 PM--and I'm glad I did! There are no names listed because I didn't take notes, but you know who you are if you were working that day at that time thank you! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile and friendly service. The restaurant was clean and well-kept, and my order was ready faster than expected--hot and fresh. I tried the chicken nuggets for the first time, and they were crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The fries were perfectly crispy without being overdone. And let's not forget the biscuit--it might have been hiding in the box, but once I found it, it was as soft and buttery as ever! It's clear that the staff takes pride in their work, and I wouldn't hesitate to stop here again. If you're looking for quick service, fresh food, and a friendly atmosphere, this KFC is a great choice! Must-Try: Chicken Nuggets--crispy, flavorful, and satisfying Best Part: Fast, friendly service & hot, fresh food Shoutout to the team for a great experience! Definitely worth a stop if you're in the area!

FYI; The last 4 times I visited this KFC have been less than acceptable. The service not very reliable, the wait unacceptable and the food was 3rd rate, it didn't even look edible! The only way I now visit this KFC is with plenty of time and I only go inside, so that I can see my order before I leave so that I can be happy with my food at least.

Floor was dirty, no napkins or ketsup. No one to take order, must use kiosk. Under staffed, slow getting order. Foof was good when we finally got it.

Food was good, but they didn't have the specials that were advertised on their counter. The heavy metal music was so loud that you couldn't talk. Asked the waitress if they could turn it down, to no effect. Lots of senior citizens in this one. You would think they would cater a bit more to the people that buy the food instead of the employee in charge of the music. Probably will not go back to this one. We went next door to Burger King for desserts. It was muçh nicer there.

I ordered off the kiosk and paid there and waited on my order. A couple of minutes I was called with my order. I brought my tray to my table and went back to the counter and asked for bbq sauce. The attendant gave me some and I went back to my table and I then realized that I didn’t get my drink. I looked at my receipt and I ordered the combo which came with a drink. I went back to the counter and when I saw the attendant she told me to wait because she was busy. I wanted just to tell her I needed a cup. I waited at the counter around 5 minutes. When she came back she asked what did I want. I told her my cup for my order. She said that she didn’t know I needed one. I showed her my receipt, she handed me the cup and she walked away. I told her that she could’ve just asked me earlier what I needed and not make me wait so long for a cup. She said have a good day with a terrible attitude. I love your food but I don’t need to be treated rudely. I share this because I eat at kfc at least once a week. I have choices. Is it too much for your employees to be nice to customers?

I'm in a business trip. I needed a receipt. The ONLY way I would have been able to get a receipt was to allow either text message, calls or tons of spam in my email. For obvious reasons. I did NOT get a receipt as is required to be available by law whenever the customer requests one.

Place a order on the kiosk the employee then told me they had nothing cooked and it would be a 20 minute wait. And she couldn't do a refund. It actually took 45 minutes before we were told anything else I asked them what is going on. She then told me 6 more minutes. The girl was trying to explain to her boss what was going on and asked for him to speak with me and he refused. This was the worst service I've ever experienced at any fast food place.

Customer service sucks. We couldn't order in complete sentences without the young lady interrupting us asking if we wanted anything else. Just know she got the order wrong and she had to be corrected. I asked for koren bbq nuggets and even though i corrected her i still got plain nuggests. I was suppose to recieve the 12 nugget meal. I didn't notice until I got home bc I was so ready to get out of there. She didn't give me a receipt so I can even get my point. Not only that she stated they had so Soda so I was forced to get sweet tea. Very horrible experience. Her actions went unchecked by mangement . Corporate needs to pay this place a visit. I encourage everyone to contact cooperate through email. This is our town and we have many visitors no one want to experience this.

Took over 25 minutes after order submission to get this food. Morale is very low with the employees. Go somewhere else.

When we pulled up today,we knew that it would be a bit of a wait due to the cars being at a stand still in the drive thru and also the person on the mic stated that it would be a wait and we chose to stay. Now I dont think anyone would mind waiting however long to receive some fresh chicken but to wait over 30 minutes,get home and the chicken felt like it was sitting under the heat lamp is unacceptable. If Sunday is your busiest day,you need to schedule more cooks, workers,etc to work that day, that's if you care how your customers are served. I'm sure the workers reading this may say,stay home and cook but let me refresh your memories... THE CUSTOMERS ARE THE REASON THAT YOU GET PAID and if you are thinking that then its time for you to find another career because after all,YOU CHOSE KFC as YOUR employer. Hopefully whoever reads this and they have a mature mindset,will consider the customers and do better for the near future and if not,we'll see how long this location remain open. Have a good day.

We barely eat here! It hasn't had good service in a loooooooooong time! The wait time is ridiculous for extra crispy chicken and then to be told they only have original! The chicken wasn't cooked all the way. Only thing was decent was the free fries cause I had to wait an extra 20 minutes for more chicken that still wasn't done. It'll be a while before we go back again!!

They kept trying to charge me for a meal and they didn’t even have soda. Said they can’t do anything about it. So I’m guessing it’s ok to steal from people instead of advising them they don’t have any drinks available

Worst KFC I've been too. Over cooked chicken that was cooked in what seems to be old grease. Order was wrong and when I told the worker they seemed like if I was bothering them. No sweet tea like what's really going on at this location.

Asked for "chicken only". 4 piece, "leg and thigh only". Got some box with 2 sides of mashed potatoes I didn't order, a blob I think was a wing, a leg , the tiniest thigh I've ever seen, had to be a bantam chicken and what? a?back piece? Doesn't look like a breast. I told them I don't eat white meat and they said no problem we got you for 2 legs and 2 thighs then gave me this very dark brown burnt looking junk and sides I didn't and would not have ordered. Too annoyed too eat it. So plenty of time to leave a review. 4:30pm Wednesday 12/10/25. Update, ate the leg and got yall and photo. Tried the thigh but too burnt on the inside also. Still not eating the white meat or the mashed potatoes i didn't order so thanks for wasting my money leaving me hungry with a burnt taste in my mouth. Never again!

Food was terrible. Food tast like it had been sitting there all day. The tables were all dirty. We had to wipe one off to eat. The restrooms look they wasn't clean for a while. Soda machine was nasty. One of those places I WILL NOT GO BACK.

Drive thru at lunch. Placed order proceeded to window. Handed cashier my money. The cashier proceeded to fill other drink orders and handle other responsibilities while holding my 20 dollar bill in their hand. Finally rang up the transaction and then returned to me the incorrect amount of change. Call another person, I assumed trainer or manager. Returned the correct amount of change. Waited a couple minutes and they handed me my drink (no straw) and told me to pull forward. I had received a voicemail while placing my initial order so I noted the time. After waiting to the 21 minute mark no one was at the drive thru window so I backed up and they said it would be a few minutes. So 23 minutes after I placed my order I was able to pull away after asking for a straw for my drink and my receipt (which they could not find) Better STAY AWAY if in any kind of hurry. BTW the syrup / soda mix on my Pepsi was messed up so it was very weak. For a company owned my Pepsi Co one would think that at the very least they could get the soda order correct. I guess not.

Ordered the wings and wedges, both were cold, got the order wrong, took them back and they put them back in the grease/fryer to get them hot. I will not be going back, customer service is terrible, people waiting 20/30 minutes for their food and no refund, we had several trying to get theirs back.

Something is very wrong here. On a long trip driving home, stopped for a quick pick up of some good KFC. 5 people in front of us and most tell us after we put our order in, they had been waiting 45 minutes. Drive thru window was being served but very slowly the dining room was being served. We waited 40 minutes for food because the whole lobby was told they would not generate a credit for our food. Serious serious issues. While waiting we noticed how nasty and sticky the floors were. Made me a little worried about the condition of the food. I didn't eat what I bought out of fear of getting sick. 1 young man appeared to be the only person working. There were 4 employees in the building. Please thank Damian for attempting to take care of your customers. I know I will never stop there again.

Today I visited this KFC in Lacy Lakeview. I used the drive through to order my lunch to take back to my office. After placing my order and paying at the window, I was asked to pull up a little and wait, which I did. After a 20 minute wait, I went inside and asked if my order was ready. The young lady working the window proceeded to pickup my order from a back counter, set it on the counter where I was standing and said thanks. I calmly asked, "so no apology for the long wait and having to come in to retrieve my food." That is when I was verbally attacked by another female employee at the front counter. She said in a irritated sarcastic tone " Sorry you had to wait, but there is no need for all that, we are the only 2 here and we are doing the best we can." I then walked out, and will not return. A simple customer service apology is all that was requested and the lady made it a major thing.

The food was barely warm... once we finally got it. Waited 35 minutes and only got our food when we complained. There were people in front of us that had been waiting 45 minutes. The music was too loud and hard rock.. not restaurant friendly. Most of the tables were dirty. Come on KFC! DO BETTER!
