The Alameda av, Socorro store. Ordered the #2 option to go. Once home found only 2 instead of 3 pieces of chicken, a leg was missing! I guess you have to open the box to look before leaving, better yet just go some place else...

The service is horrible ... Never cominh back .. The lady from the kitchen told us to leave 45 minuts before closing i did mention to her that they ro close at 8 but she insited that because they had to close to clean ... I did mention that if we would of know we would of not ate there because we where 6 of us . Also the restrooms are really dirty and they dint have a baby changing area,

Didn't even get to eat...showed up after work looking up the hours I knew closed at 8 and showed up at 7:15 wanting to at least order to go for my family of 4. When walking in the worker short girl with glasses curly hair stops sweeping and walks straight for the cook and complains to him about how he has to make more food. Once I started to walk out she asked what happened like she didn't know what she said wasn't wrong proceeded to ask her for the managers info to make a complaint she then told me she was the manager so I asked her for her general managers info she then kept denying the issue trying to take My order I then left and called another location to make a complaint

Food is amazing and the staff is awesome! But something that really bothers me is how they haven't fixed the smoke issue. I went in to the restaurant wanting to enjoy my meal but it was impossible! The smoke was very bothering and not just to all the customers but I noticed the staff with watery eyes and their eyes were very red. I will call the health department because this can't be good for customers or the staff. I really hope this gets resolved soon as this is one of my favorite places to dine in.

Purchased food on the drive through, they give the food with knots on the bag, I believe that I would get what a pay for. I get home, and I'm missing most of my order, I called to speak with manager and the girl who answered the phone was very rude and said there was no manager to speak to. Wouldn't even give me the name of the manager, I live an hour way. Never going there again, will post this evert where that I can!

Very bad service from the cashier, Magaly, i called to make an order online and she told me the restaurant didn't take orders through phone, when i always order through phone. I went to the store through the drive-thru and waited for at least 15 min waiting to get our order taken, Magaly, looked at me and proceeded to leave she came back to the cash register and left not taking our order. I got down and asked to speak to a manager and she said there was no manager, i then asked for a number to call and she said she couldn’t give it me not even to give a review. To the person in charge i feel that costumer service is very important and i feel that us the customers should be able to express how we feel. A number should be displayed for occasions like this one. Thank you very much!

The food is always awesome, but the atmosphere with the supervisors is really uncomfortable. I've noticed one of the young supervisors with glasses and curly hair rushing the workers and she doesn't help them whatsoever. I've noticed all the times I go in that she is sitting down eating and doesn't let the workers go on break. The owners should really take a look at this problem,workers are people not slaves. The workers really look uncomfortable with her.

Ordered food just before closing. Through the drive thru, chicken was not in the bag. They gave me a bag with all the sides and salsas all the fixings but chicken was missing. Came right back a few minutes after closing I can see the employees inside and they wouldn’t open the door. The phone was off the hook so you couldn’t call or leave a message. They even turn off the lights and hid in the back. The bad part is that we never had an issue with this place.

C'mon Man, having to wait 25 minutes at the drive thru. No other cars in front. Chicken pieces are so small and lack the good flavor it used to have.Charo beans are mostly water and lack flavor as well as the rice. And the tortillas aren't that great either. Way too expensive for what you get. I will not go back!

This time around post covid nobody wants to work anymore not even till the hours the establishment says thier closed went in about 7:30 yesterday just for them to tell me they have no food, very snotty attitude from the manager and workers, either update the hour to 7:30pm or lock your doors this is pure laziness. I understand we all want to go home at the end of the day but then again if you dont like your job you have the right to choose your career, by the looks of the other reviews they've had the same issue for a while now, get it together guys this use to be my favorite pollo feliz in the city and now just because of the terrible customer service makes me not want to go back besides you guys are FALSE ADVERTISING! Will be taking this up through the chain of command to file a complaint.
