It's been along time since I was blown away by amazing service... the staff were all extremely nice and very accommodating. The food was very fresh and had large portions. With service like that , honestly they have Chick-fil-A beat 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

As of late the food and service at this place was below par, so much so that I wouldn’t even look in their direction. But today!!!!! TODAY WAS AWESOME! My son treated us to a meal and I said I guess we’ll try it again. The best $52 we’ve spent in a long time! The food was amazing as well as the service! Thanks we will definitely be back!

I do food deliveries. This is the cleanest place including bathroom. The food looks great. I haven't tried the food yet but I will soon. My favorite kind of food. The employees are always cleaning and smiling.

It was very busy tonight so there was a little bit of a wait. Chris and Cassie working the front/register stayed cool and professional under the pressure while working fast to help so many customers. Team cooking all the food did great keeping track of what needed to come out next. Didn't mind the wait because they were all working so hard!

⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3 out of 5 Panda Express is fast, consistent, and decent for what it is. The food comes out hot, and service is usually quick. That said, the portion sizes have noticeably shrunk, and it leaves me feeling like I’m not getting as much value for the price as I used to. It’s still a reliable option when I want something quick, but not as satisfying as it once was.

The food here is very mediocre at best, the service was great, a lot of staff, and I like the open kitchen concept and cafeteria style food spread. We got 4 proteins, noodles and rice, so we had a decent variety to eat and all of it was subpar. It is in a good location with lots of shops/stores and other restaurants in the surrounding area

3 stars because the orange chicken had good flavor and because of the price. The service was slow, I had to wait about 2 minutes before I could place my order because I was told to wait a moment, and the noodles and mushroom chicken were very bland. I had to had a bunch of soy sauce to give it flavor.

Food was quite pricey, and not that tasty. Was supposed to have orange ckicken...hmmm. Egg rolls had noodles and other stuff in them insted of cabbage. First time eating here, and last time.

I walked in for lunch no line. Got to the counter and it was one woman . She asked me to wait and I said sure. I looked at the different options and was ready to order. 10 minutes went by and she just kept filling take out orders but wouldn't take mine. After 10 min I walked out. I didn't have anymore time for lunch I had to get back on time. So I ended up with no lunch and a sour taste in my mouth from the service. I won't be going back.

You know what drive me up the wall? When an establishment posts hours of operation, only to wing it in the last 30 minutes. Whoever manages this place should be unemployed at best.

What's up with all the salt on the fried rice and teriyaki chicken ? I mean it was very salty. Who ever the cooks are they need to learn how cook. With there heavy hand for salt. Some people can't eat alot salt. The food never use be salty before when I order back then. Yesterday I toss all what I ordered in the trash. Please stop giving people salty food. It's disgusting. I will not be ordering from this place anymore.

This is the worst drive through in Lafayette. The last ten times I’ve been here I’ve waited at least 20 mins in the drive through after I’ve ordered my food. Most times they say that they’re out of whatever I choose or they tell me to go park and they’ll bring it out. They have literally never brought it out and I’m forced to go inside for my order. Don’t waste your time. Let the place shut down so we can get a better place with better service or maybe another car wash or something.

I had been getting food here at first it was very very good then they would not get orders correct, I wouldn't get all of the order them they complained when having to correct it. I stopped ordering for a couple months then I ordered delivery again not what i ordered. It didn't taste as good as it use to and I made sure I put on the special instructions no rice I don't eat rice well that's basically all I got. Very little meat and again items were missing from order.. go back the way you were before where you got more meat and better quality of food and services

I read the reviews before ordering but this was the only restaurant in my route and didn't want to fight traffic just to grab something to eat as I was pressed for time. I am not picky so I figured despite the terrible reviews, it couldn't be that bad. I placed order online and picked up. My order was probably over 80% rice and maybe 20% Chicken and mushroom. It was 4:30 pm and this was my late lunch as I hadn't eaten at all yet that day so I ate it instead of having to drive back or waste my money as if it weren't wasted enough already. The rice had a terrible taste to it and didn't quite taste like any "fried" rice I had ever had. But the portion of protein was a joke ! I would have been better of just ordering a side of fried rice if that all they were gonna give me. Do do like I did, TRUST the reviews amd just go else where. Way to much to choose from in that area to eat here !

From my experience there just 2 weeks ago. The food is horrible and I paid 32.00 for food that was not worth eating the drinks are in bottles for almost 3.00. This is the worst place I have eaten at before in my life. Not to add the egg rolls are disgusting. I was no impressed with the food at all. If I could rate it. I would give Panda a 00000👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎. 1 star. Not deserving at all. Negative by all means the worst place I ever eaten at before. And the last time I’m coming here again. Never again!!😡 I will continue eating at KEVIN’S!!!!🤩 Y’all need to close this slop down🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

The service was very slow. We waited over 25 minutes for food after being told it would be 5 minutes. The when we received our food the bowl was about 95% half cooked fried rice and 5% entree. The rice was not edible. I asked to speak to the manager and she apologized for the service and asked if I would like an egg roll for our trouble. I told her no thank you. She then gave me a card for a free bowl. I don't know that I will even go back for that.

This was my first time at this location. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty. Unfortunately, the employee named Dia was extremely rude and inattentive. She treated us very poorly, to the point that my children were shocked. My kids are only 9 years old, and this was a very disappointing way to start the first day of the year. Customer service is essential, especially in a place that serves families. If Dia does not enjoy working with people, perhaps customer service is not the right position for her. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and kindness. I also want to add that she appears to be an immigrant and does not speak English well, which makes it even more important to be polite and respectful. The United States is an excellent country to live in, and mutual respect is fundamental. The restaurant itself has great potential, but experiences like this seriously affect the image of the business. I hope management addresses this situation and provides proper training so other customers do not go through the same experience.

Stood second in line for 10 minutes after they dished up my food. Cashier couldnt seem to finish up with the couple in front of me so I got tired of waiting and went to BJs Brewhouse and had great food and excellent Service there. Panda got expensive but the service sucked.

Ordered online. Showed up at 610 scheduled ready time. 3 times I was asked what order I was waiting for and nothing was done. Watched as about 30 people went through the serving line. At 635 I was asked again and the attendant told me she does not handle online orders. Finally they bring my order and 2nd plate was missing. Didn't leave till 640 pm. Quicker way......skip ordering online ..just go thru serving line ....no brainer

The staff was rude. The quality of food is okay, but the quantity is absolutely NOT WORTH THE PRICE I paid. This is embarrassing. 🤬 This location is fairly new/remodeled. But the likelihood of me coming back is slim-to-none. Between the lack of any type of service other than attitude and the quantity it is not worth it.

Awful service and awful food. For starters, the girl at the window, TyReesha V, delivered awful customer service at the window. She was short with me at the order menu and seemed pissed that I added a second drink at the window and when my card fell on the ground she just looked at me, rolled her eyes and closed the window....no apology at all, even though I'll say we both played a part in the card falling. I had to ask the car behind me to back up so that I could manuver my pregnant self to pick up my card. Next was the awful order, we ordered the Wok Steak and Shrimp and there was only 1 shrimp (see photo) and 2 very nasty eggrolls. TyReesha also forgot our second eggroll so after struggling to get my card, I had to get out of the car, into the heat, and go inside to get my second eggroll....only to find out that the bowl and eggrolls we're nasty and we threw it all away at the next next. Also, when I went inside, I happened to get the manager and I explained the missing roll and told him the girl at the window was rude, he apologized and gave me the missing roll, no further action was taken. First and last experience with this place. We should've followed our first mind to go to Panera Bread next door....that's a mistake we'll NEVER make again. 1 star is too much.....something Google should work on! If up to me I'd issue a negative rating.
