This was our first time eating at Fratello's and it was absolutely delicious!! With so many selections of gourmet toppings on the slices, it was hard to choose so we had 4 different kinds. The service was top notch and the atmosphere very friendly. We live in Red Hook and come out once a week to the area so this will now be a weekly stop. Thank you!!

Went for the first time the other day. Pleasantly surprised with the pizza. This will definitely be our new pizza spot. A few friends ordered dinners the food was amazing. Employees were very professional and helpful. Great experience

I stopped by the pizzeria on my way to lake Eaton and tried their baked zitti. It was great but just lacking a little bit of tomato sauce 😅 overall a good experience

We just ordered two eggplant rolls and it was all bread and cheese . Like we didn't even taste the eggplant. It look like one very thin slice of eggplant. We probably won't be returning. The order was on time , but where's the Eggplant? We had eggplant rolls before from other places , at least we had eggplant in the roll. Really poor business. Very dissatisfied!

The cheese was not distributed nor melted to my liking, the overall balance wasn't there. It's edible and will fill you up, but there's nothing that really stands out or makes you want to go back. With so many better options around, this one feels easy to skip.

I have ate here three times in order to give this business a fair shake. Here’s my brief take, the employees are unfriendly, which I imagine stems from the owners lack of people skills. The food is mediocre at best. Pizza Margarita right down the road, blows this place away.My advice, do better, and be friendly to everyone who walks though the door.

Food is pretty good, but the past two times I've ordered from here the order has been screwed up. First time I ordered 1/2 pepperoni 1/2 meatball on a large pie - ended up with one side plain one side pepperoni and meatball. Next time I ordered a large pepperoni pie and got plain. Whenever you walk in its just a bunch of teens who have no interest in actually helping and whom all seem to be way too busy socializing or on their phones. Wouldn't suggest going here if you actually want what you ordered.

Pizza is good! Service is terrible!! Every guy in there acts like you're inconveniencing him to make an order. I live close by and thought maybe the guy was having a bad day the 1st time, but after 3 trips I'll never go there again because the staff (older guys) are so rude.

Classless Honestly. I called ahead to get a Hawaiin. I understand that Hawaiian pizza isn't really pizza but this is just garbage. The person who answered to phone said it's all set! I said already and he said yeah you're all set! Well the picture explains why... Never again!

I order at least once a week, usually twice, and have been for a while. They messed up my pizza and my pasta and wouldn’t refund me a penny. I spent $35 and still had nothing for dinner. This place has changed for the worst. Hopefully it was worth it because that's the last time they will ever get my business. Adelina’s Pizzeria is close to them, closer to me and I’ve never had a problem there. Adelina's is more than generous with proportions, quick, and really nice staff. Fratellos is easily replaceable.

So I felt that I had no choice but to stay there until it was done. Once we got the pizza home the quality was awful. It wasn't worth the $20++ I paid for it. I won't be returning there is better pizza and service in the area.
