Great location with beach view. This used to be a Mexican food restaurant that went out of business. I was sad to see it go. But I'm glad they opened a Board & Brew in it's place. They serve yummy sandwiches freshly made to order. There's plenty in indoor seating as well as bar seating. Three are a few TVs to watch the game. They serve draft beer. Unfortunately, they don't have a private parking lot. Therefore, it's a bit of a challenge finding street parking. Also, they offer bags of chips. I wish they would offer French fries. Fries would pair better with their sandwiches IMO. The staff is friendly and service is quick. One of our order was missing cheese. The staff immediately apologies, offered cheese and went an extra step by offering extra sauce :) The ambiance is nice but can be a bit loud if there's a game playing on TV and the restaurant is full.

This place is exactly what Laguna Beach needed! You can tell from the moment you walk in how much time, effort, and love went into building this sandwich and beer shop. Everything—from the menu to the decor to the welcoming vibe—feels carefully thought out. The sandwiches are next-level (fresh, flavorful, and perfectly crafted), and the beer selection is spot-on. It's clear they didn’t cut any corners—this is going to be the new go-to spot in town. Can’t wait to come back!

This place seriously has the best sandwiches in Laguna Beach. It’s right by the beach, so you can grab your food and enjoy it with an ocean view. The staff is really friendly, and totally worth every visit. If you ever down in Laguna Beach this is a must place to go for a really good sandwich. Try out their secret sauce to go with the sandwich too! You can’t get that at any other sandwich shop! Yummy!

What could be better than delicious food, yummy brew, and good vibes right by the beach? The culture of Board & Brew is like knowing the culture of your local beach town. Going in you know you’re going to leave satisfied- there’s no bad days here. Highly recommend this deli to anyone looking for a place they can count on to be met by friendly people, served quality food, and leave with a full, happy belly. Kudos to all the efforts by the B&B team that brought this gem to the lucky neighborhood of Laguna!

The sandwiches are good. Great to take to the beach. The reason I’m giving them 5 stars is because of Alex. They are so lucky to have an employee like him. I watched him take the order before mine with so much patience and care; he was super helpful with mine, cleaning and serving beer, and making sure everyone and everything was taken care of. I shared with him that the sandwich was okay, not bad, but not spectacular, but that his service made the experience for all a delightful lunch.

Went to Laguna Beach with the family and got the turkado, kids had their grilled cheese reasonably priced in a solid location and filled me up. Would recommend if any one of as going to the Laguna Beach area. You can sample beers and they are tasty/solid. A seltzer option for the ladies as well.

Board and Brew always serves. Great food, great service. This location is wonderfully placed right across from the beach. Decent seating space inside and I like the open concept kitchen.

The chicken club with gluten free wrap was amazing. Super appreciated the GF options and food came out so fast. Great pricing too we will be back!

So very excited to finally have a Board & Brew in Laguna Beach. Absolutely perfect location right across from Main Beach. This particular location is extremely friendly and well-run, dealing seamlessly with a large and hungry crowd. Employees friendly and helpful, efficient and fast. The sandwich was top-notch as always with this amazing group of restaurants. Thank you team, I’ll be back soon!

Honestly the best board and brew I’ve been to! The best service and staff! Vibes were high and food was Delicious, the view also insane! Already visited twice since the opening and ready to go back! Stoked to finally have one in Laguna beach!

Me and my sister went here on one of the grand opening days when the bogo offer was happening so when we realized that was happening we were super excited to try two of the sandwiches here. We ordered the turkado and the tub o' tuna and were unfortunately disappointed by the lack of flavor and seasoning. Both of the sandwiches would have been way better but just needed some simple seasonings on the meat and veggies and to be less skimpy on the mayo. The orange sweet and sour sauce that came with it didn't really match the flavor of the sandwiches and only made them slightly taste better because it masked the bland flavor. For $12 a sandwich we were expecting a lot more. All of that said the ambience of the restaurant was nice. I normally don't write reviews and don't want to be rude since they just opened and all but I thought I would share. Still haven't tried their "off the grill" or salads but we are still willing to give this place a second chance in the future.
