One of my places to go for good Thai food. My favorite is Pad Won Soon, the spring rolls are good both the fresh and fried. And a lot more choices. Family friendly atmosphere.

I was craving Thai food and found this spot. I ordered the Crying Tiger Lunch special, the Thai BBQ Chicken lunch special, Thai Dim Sum (potstickers), and WOW! Lunch was SO good!! The lunch specials came with salad, soup and steamed rice. The crying tiger is a prime beef dish that was just delicious. I’ve been dieting and training for lose weight and this meal was lean and light. It was also incredibly delicious. The Thai Dim Sum was the star of the lunch. They fried them so they were fluffy, light and crispy. I could eat those everyday. But I won’t because of my diet. The meal left me full and satisfied. The portions were perfect. My husband and I loved everything we ate. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

The lunch special is amazing! You can pick from the whole lunch menu and everything is the same price. Highly recommend the Broccoli Lover and Pad Thai! We're vegan, so they told us the soup that comes with the lunch special had chicken broth in it. They didn't allow us to substitute it for extra rice or salad, but it was well enough food even without the soup! Great price and delicious 👍

I LOVE this place!! I have tried SO MANY things in their menu and have yet to find a dish it don't like. They service is always friendly and the restaurant is always clean. Its a nice place inside, not a cheap looking place like a lot of others places I have seen. Their portion sizes are super generous as well!! Favorites: Thai Bite Sampler, Lemon Chicken, Plah Goong Salad (which comes with the sampler), Pa Nang And FOR SURE try a Thai Tea while your there. AMAZING!!

I just took one of my great customers here for lunch. It was her recommendation. We both ordered curry dishes and they were both great. The spice was spot on-not too hot. Also, the lunch came with soup, salad and rice. And was wonderful!

Had a lovely Sunday night date night here with my sweet angle baby! We enjoyed the sampler plate as an appetizer, which was a good way to get a little taste of everything. Had the papaya salad, Tom Yum, and Pad-Kee-Mow, all of which were great!! Obviously, had a Thai tea that was on point. They had nice selection of Thai chilis, chili paste, etc… which is always a good sign! Nice ambiance, reasonably priced for the portions, great service! Will be coming back.

Absolutely loved my Tom Yum here! The broth was rich, perfectly balanced between spicy and sour, with fresh shrimp and herbs that made every spoonful delicious. The presentation in the hot pot kept it warm the whole time, and the cozy atmosphere made it even better. Great service and attention to detail — highly recommend this place!

I love TBTC - I go there at least twice a week if I… could go every day I would. The staff is very friendly and hospitable however, don’t show up 30 minutes prior to them closing because they’re trying to close up. And yes I have been one of those jerks to show up late, so I try to get there an hour ahead of them closing. 9 o’clock during the weekdays and on the weekends 9:30. Just sayin’. I made it a point to start trying everything on the menu, and to date, I’m probably 3/4 the way through it. There’s nothing that is bad. I usually get one large hot sake, a glass of water, and then enjoy whatever meal that I crave. I always walk away with the other half of the meal and will either have that for next day breakfast or lunch. One of my favorite Thai places within 30 miles.

The sampler appetizer plate was delicious and had wontons, spring rolls and potstickers with shrimp salad. Enjoyed the pad Thai with shrimp, papaya salad and chicken yellow coconut curry. Good size portions for sharing plates. Thai beer Chang was very good, good beer, sake and wine selection. Comfortable booths with lovely decor. Ricardo was an excellent server, boxed up our leftovers for us and was very attentive.

While in town we wanted to eat something other than the usual hotel food. This Thai place is located about 20 min from the Dana Point Beach. Great Thai food place which was extremely busy with take out orders. Their service was very friendly and helpful. This was one of the few (only) place where we could call and discuss food allergy and dietary restrictions. Their food quantity is very generous and can be shared by two people. Their Tom Yum soup came in a nice hot serving dish with burner to keep it hot. Pad thai and pad see yew were very flavorful. The restaurant is very helpful and accommodating. They made sure nut allergies were clearly pointed out and their Tom yum soup is made with soy sauce instead of shrimp or fish sauce. Overall great experience and recommend eating here when in town.

Came here for lunch & ordered their pad-see-ew with seafood. PS: they don’t have pad-see-ew in their lunch menu anymore so we paid the dinner price which was fine because of the generous portion. The dish was DELICIOUS. Service is friendly, accommodating, and quick. Ambiance is reserved & relaxed. I always recommend Thai Bite to my friends and family for wholesome Thai food! If you’re ever in town & craving some delicious Thai food…come check ‘em out :)

The five star rating goes for the food! Service and atmosphere can both be improved. But the food is great. They are open a little later than neighboring spots, so that helps when you decide that you want to eat out last minute. Also, hardly ever a wait time. Simple drinks menu that you can not go wrong with. You can come here several times and still have something new to try!!

The service is great and food is excellent. Becky was a wonderful host and took care of our party of 33 people with ease! So glad we dined with Thai Bite to celebrate with our family. All the food was made fresh and tasted great! Everyone was served well and looked after by the Thai Bite team.

The moment I stepped into this Thai restaurant, I was greeted with warm smiles from the staff, setting the tone for a fantastic dining experience. The service was attentive, yet not intrusive, and they made sure we were comfortable the entire time. The food was a culinary masterpiece! From the perfectly balanced Pad Thai to the rich, aromatic Massaman curry, each dish was a flavorful journey. The ambiance was cozy, with soft lighting and traditional Thai decor that made me feel like I was dining in Thailand itself. This place truly offers an authentic experience.

Had lunch there with a friend. Food was good, but way more choices on the dinner menu. I would eat there again and maybe try dinner next time.

Have had lunch here a few times. It's always good. Tried Bankok duck, and it was good, but some might say it was very overdone. I dunno, haven't had crispy duck in years but this was really crunchy. I might try it again another time but my wife wouldn't. Take that as you will In general though, absolutely go for the great food and service, average prices, and nice atmosphere.

Have ordered take out from here a few times. If you are vegetarian/vegan be sure to let them know before ordering. They accommodate and replace the fish sauce even. We ordered: panang curry with soft tofu (5/5 - tasty) green curry with soft tofu (3/5 - bland, no veggies besides bamboo shoots) crazy cashew with veggies (4/5 - a little sweet and bland). * the pictures were taken after everyone took a serving

First time here for us and saw a lot of people liked this place. Ordered Garlic Fever, lemon grass shrimp. Very tasty and obvious different flavor. Dishes were well prepped with a lot veggies. We will come back as it’s close to our home and the Costco store.

Thai curry is good compared to some that places , but they need to keep the high quality they are recommended so far . quality recently seems to be a bit off . The chicken seems undercooked and lack quality gravy . They need to work on improving the consistency and flavor . Throwing in some under cooked veg and chicken is not going to make customer happy . The service has deteriorated as well . Cost has went up over the last two years and cost worth the drive unless you are local .

Main dish was good. Seafood was fresh , didn't care for the salad (peanut dressing) or the soup (luke warm).

Visited a friend in Orange Cty. on 3-20-24. We met for dinner at Thai Bite Laguna Niguel. The food was very good, however, the service was pretty bad. When entering, it was quick hi, asking how many, was seated at booth and menus tossed on table. The feeling we got from the overall service, when greeted from the girl and from the waiter, was 'I will serve you but you are not welcome here' - we were kind and thankful; even paid a 10% tip. I would have written on the receipt "poor service-no tip". No follow-up as to 'how is the meal, etc.'. It appeared they were very unhappy in general. Possibly it was just a bad evening for them. Just FYI. (C.H.)

Honestly very cool spot nice and clean but the waffle was missing so much flavor, it was literally tasting dough no flavor to it seemed moreso dry in my taste, definitely was disappointed after all the hype I heard about this place.

This was our second visit to this restaurant, the first experience was positive, both food and service were great, at the the second visit , we were encountered with a not so friendly person greeting us.not sure if he was a manager or owner. We enjoyed the food, but please greet your customers with a smile, and thank them before they leave. If you’re tired and not happy to be working , please stay home. Customers are not interested to see your unhappy attitude.

Very curt welcome. Person who took orders was ok, but mixed up water with ice vs no ice, when bringing the dishes he almost threw them on the table quickly walking away., absolutely no follow up to see if we wanted anything. When informed no toilet paper in eomen's bathroom just look at & ignored. Long wait for ccards to be returned after paying. Had to ask for to go boxes. Very poor customer service. Food was good though.

The service is horrible. The food is okay and if they had good service I would go there. I will never, ever, ever go there again.. EVER!

Extremely rude and disengaged service. We got in at 8:30 pm when the restaurant says it closes at 9 pm. Right of the bat, the person at the front looked pissed we came in, and mentioned that you have 5 mins to order and we close at 9. Then upon asking that do you even want us to dine, the man said ‘up to you’. Absolutely no sense of hospitality or warm welcome- thats not even existent. Then we ordered in 3 mins of seating. While eating entrees at 8:49. ( halfway done with the food) the server asks is there anything else we can get you, to which i asked Mango Sticky Rice- and he mentioned no. No sorry we are done. Then why did you ask!! Please do not visit, if you value self respect.

Just do not go here. My girlfriend has been going to this place for years and introduced it to me and I have been going for almost 2 years. Everything has gone down hill. The chicken is always dry, everything is always overcooked, and the only thing that is good is their pad Thai. Not to mention that the manager sucks. My girlfriend and I frequent here because she has celiac disease (an autoimmune gluten allergy). We have never had a problem, but last time we went, they put tofu in her food after I explained to them what celiac disease was and that tofu has gluten. The server acknowledged this and assured me everything would be gf. I pick up the food and there is tofu in my girlfriend’s meal. This could have made her sick for weeks where she would be throwing up everyday. People with a more severe version of celiac disease could have died if they ate this. I called to inform the manager about this. I explained how the server told me it would be gf, that this mistake could have killed someone, and how someone could sue the establishment if they did this again. I was nice and understanding about the whole situation. I have family who owns a restaurant, so I get how hard the industry is. However, Instead of saying sorry, he got defensive and went on a rant about how no one would be able to sue him and how it was no one in the restaurants fault. To add onto this, the manager took zero responsibility for almost poisoning my girlfriend and was immature enough to block my number. This was just the most recent bad occurrence me and her family have had here. When you go inside to dine in, it takes 20 minutes just for a server to come bring you water and take your order. They never write anything down and half the time get our orders wrong. That would not matter though, because after the food is on the table, they ignore you and won’t come back until they see a card on the table to pay. When you do ask for any assistance, the servers roll their eyes at you and give you attitude. There are nice servers who work here, but most of them are not great. Overall, this place does not care about allergies, does not care about their customers, and their manager is awful. We will never eat here again. We will have to find a new restaurant to eat at.

I’ve been coming here for a while, but after today, it will be my last visit. One of the servers, a bit of a taller guy compared to the other server, was very rude. When he brought my food, I asked if I could have the different hot sauces, and he said okay. I waited patiently for 20 minutes and was almost done eating when I decided to ask again, thinking he might have forgotten because it was so busy. I politely reminded him, and instead of a simple acknowledgment, he snapped, “I heard you the first time,” and handed me the sauces with an attitude. I hate confrontation, so I didn’t say anything, but it made me uncomfortable, and I wanted to leave as soon as possible. At that point, I decided not to tip. It’s not something I usually do, but I don’t feel comfortable giving more of my money when the service is poor. This experience left a bad impression, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

What happened last night? Who was the chef? Usually the food is great! Last night there was a huge sheet of paper in our food. In addition the scallop curry was super oily, and this morning there was a quarter inch of fat on top. We had ordered a 3 in spice, but it was super spicy. The pad thai had hardly any vegetables, where usually there are way more. We did call the restaurant and tell them this, and I hope it was a one off, as usually they are great. Disappointed.

We have been ordering from Thai Bite for years, and our orders are always well over $150. Unfortunately, the service in the past year has made us reconsider how often we order. Every time we pick up an order, the women at the front make it extremely uncomfortable, as if we’re obligated to leave a tip for a to go order. Because of this, we already started scaling back how often we ordered. Last night was the final straw. After a long day of kid sports, we decided to order takeout again. When we got home, we noticed an item was missing. I called the restaurant, and the gentleman who answered immediately told me it was “impossible” because he packed the order himself. Instead of listening, he became argumentative and said he would have to check the security cameras. I agreed, because at this point it was the principle. We’ve been loyal customers for years; Sir I’m not trying to scam the restaurant out of a $20 dish. The reality is that the item was not in the bag, and the instant defensiveness and lack of customer service was disappointing. Between the uncomfortable pressure to tip and the way this situation was handled, we won’t be returning.
