The food quality and freshness is worth twice what we paid. We went on a Sunday afternoon and they have live music. The singer has a great range and sang a variety of songs. She should be on the Voice. But back to how tasty the food, I had the spicy chicken sandwich and it was the best. You have to order the Rosemary skinny fries, full of flavor. This place is our new to go to place on Sunday. You must give it a try.

This review is long overdue! We’re huge fans of Sessions and have been for a couple years!! Their food is always delicious, fresh and consistent no matter what location you go to. We go to the mission viejo location the most— Last night the sweetest employee helped us, such a bright beautiful smile and she was SO wonderful! We forgot to get her name but wanted to give her a shout out!! Their new selection of wine/beer is soo good!! :)

First off, the waitress working today was so kind and courteous. The beer selection and hibiscus hard cider is okay. The rosemary fries are delicious and more than worth it! The sauce is amazing.

I don’t understand why more people aren’t going here. The company should be promoting itself. But while they are still there (because I didn’t see any foot traffic) I guess I can enjoy no crowds, delicious food and fantastic atmosphere. Rather than going to the food court, or the exhausted menu of Cheesecake Factory next door, give this place a try. I saw people peeking their heads in and afraid to go in, I’m sure because no one was in there. I went in for the first time last night and was glad I did!

Mom just moved in around the corner from the MV mall... see photo on how happy she is with that beautiful Cran-Apple salad and fresh pour from Sessions. Breakfast burritos all day (see photo, Skinny-er Burrito). Harland Hazy IPA. Very relaxing and pleasing ambience. We are likely to return many, many times.

We were a group of 14 and there was only one guy at the counter. He did an incredible job getting our orders to us and making sure we had everything we needed. The kitchen also did a great job - considering the number of orders we had - the wait was reasonable, everything was tasty, and our orders were correct. I was just bummed they changed the menu and there are fewer vegetarian options.

I've got to tell you about my absolute favorite sandwich, the Yogi! It's got roast turkey, creamy Haas avocado, zesty chimichurri, crisp cucumber, marinated tomatoes, and peppery wild arugula, all piled high on a perfectly toasted French roll. It's a must-try if you're looking for something new! And those rosemary fries? They're the perfect side – seriously, the ideal complement, especially when you pair them with that basil aioli. Trust me, it's a flavor explosion!

Every time I have been to Sessions, the service and food has been exceptional. I stumbled upon this place when Cheesecake Factory wouldn’t let me bring my dog onto the patio! I was hooked on Sessions from that point on. I have a friend who’s very picky about her ingredients and eats very healthy so I brought her here for lunch. She was very impressed and didn’t complain about one thing which was unusual. You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. The burger, tuna sandwich and salads are all delicious. This restaurant should definitely be in the rotation.

Sessions is my go to spot for lunch or dinner when I visit The Shops at Mission Viejo. The food is always cooked to perfection, great flavor, great portions and great prices! The atmosphere is gorgeous and the service is impeccable. Best kept secret in all of Mission Viejo!!!

This place doesn't feel like a "mall" restaurant. Really creative menu, but I always get the same selection. I have been taking my 93 y/o mom here at least once a week. She loves the tomato soup! My favorite is the Summer Zephyr. I also order our guilty pleasure, the rosemary fries with the slightly spicy aoili! The meal is completed with an Arnold Palmer. The food is always fresh and delicious and we enjoy either dining in the fresh air on the patio or indoors in inclement weather. Always pleasant & great service! :)

Such great food and a nice atmosphere. Ordered the spicy crispy crunchy chicken and loved it! The flavors were on point, and the burger was perfectly cooked with just the right amount of spice. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for a delicious and enjoyable meal!
