I went in for lunch and jessica made my day she had such a big smile and was very welcoming so thanks to her for being 100 percent with her customers.. food is so bomb as always my fav loco spot!!

The 12 pieces of chicken and 3 sides were delicious meal. The flour tortillas and condiments are tasty too.

I love this restaurant it has great food, and valued so I could buy more often. The customer service is fantastic.

I love the chicken from El pollo loco it's so soft and tender and falls right off the bone 🍗! We always get the family meal it feed's my family of six for under $45 dollar's and they also take ebt for those who have it.

This is my favorite location! All of the food is fresh and they never forget anything when I'm leaving the drive thru. The restaurant interior is always clean and the employees have all been very nice. I will always drive across town to come here.

I stopped there last Sunday to pick up some chicken for myself and for my disabled neighbor friend. I dropped off her chicken and went home to eat. I noticed a strange taste & texture to the chicken right away. It's hard to describe but it was unlike anything I'd ever had from El Pollo Loco before. And I've been addicted to their food since 1983. My neighbor called and said she didn't eat it. I didn't either. It wasn't that big of a deal... but I was worried that something had changed with one of my favorite restaurants. I called there a few days later and spoke with a delightful young lady that was so sincere and professional. She told me it shouldn't be like that and told me to come by on any day and tell them my name and they'd give me a free dinner to make up for it. I managed to get by there yesterday and met the nice girl I spoke with on the phone. Her name is Crystal and she is amazing. Her concern was genuine and very touching. She truly wanted to show me that everything was still alright in that store. I took the meal home and discovered that she was right, it must have just been a fluke on the odd tasting meal I had gotten before. Besides El Pollo Loco being the greatest, I have to say that Crystal's demeanor and enthusiasm were the best I'd ever seen in an employee. She must surely be the manager because she manages perfectly even if she's not. I was so impressed with her customer service skills and her friendly and kind way of treating a customer. She certainly is an asset to El Pollo Loco and to anyone who has the pleasure of dealing with her. If I could give a 6-star rating I would. I hope her bosses realize what a gem they have in her. She'd be a big success wherever she works so I sure hope they keep her happy.

From the moment we got to the counter everything was excellent! The young man at the counter, Nick, was so nice, cheery and very helpful. Food was fantastic, as well as the passion fruit mango tea. Chicken is to die for. Beasts a little small but chuck full of taste. Overall great value for your money. Coupons are worth using at this store if you have some. They come out in the mail every few weeks. Great location easy come and go.

Can't believe I forgot about Pollo Loco. Healthy food, fire grilled chicken, and they're renovated their menu to offer chicken bowls, chicken quesadillas, and even some beef products. The staff is always great and have never had an order taken wrong.

This location has definitely stepped up there game, quality service is hard to find in fast food and I was in the area willing to give them another try. Location was clean and ready for lunch hour, management and team member were working together and ready for rush hour. I always get the kids bowl for under $5.00! It is just enough! They put a lot of chicken in the bowl

Usually the chicken is very tasty and NOT greasy which is good if you are trying to eat healthier. I usually only get the chicken then put it on my own salad, with my own evoo based salad dressing. Low carb and evoo healthy.

Walmart leaving this shopping center has left the remaining businesses empty of customers. Sad really. Staff at this El Pollo Loco was great. Food is great. Lack of customers makes it boring honestly.

This location prepares in advance, for the most part. I have been there when salsa was out and had to wait but typically they're ready to feed you. At times to quick and don't ask if you'd like condiments so you'll have to go back around (drive thru) to walk in. Seem to properly staffed with a manager present to keep the process flowing. Drive thru path is short from order menu/speaker to the street so rush hour can be a challenge when entering from Highland Ave.

They always seem to miss items of food but really good food.

Ordered40.00 of chicken and more for family but I made it clear when I ordered food I had to order extra extra green creamy salad dressing for a few at home that love it and was given one! I gladly would have paid extra for dressing but instead my request was just ignored .

Can be very good chicken. What makes me think twice about eating at el pollo is if it will be the time I get old dried out pieces of chicken, or the fresh juicy kind. Also I like corn, but stop putting it in all the burritos and bowls. Seems like filler, doesn’t make is taste better.

Place wasn't as usual clean all the tables were dirty they had guacamole that it was so spicy you can't eat it yeah it's changing at the Pollo Loco 3 4 20 We visited this particular one again today cable still needed a cleaning but the food was way better and a girl at the counter was a manager was incredibly sweet and nice so yeah it's on our list again

Food tastes the same but one of their supervisors named Carlos told me they usually don’t provide plates with chicken only order he’s the only one saying this cause rest always gives me plates here and any other store also the salsa containers are just one quarter full it’s redicolous with this manager or supervisor . This place will start to loose customers been buying here since 2011

Chicken al carbon tacos were dry and small. 2 for 5...not worth it.

Bad service and small portions..this chain has lost..a lot of quality over the years...they need to revamp the menu or shut the doors! Better management!

I came to a place where they only sale chicken and was told that they didn’t have enough chicken for a 12 piece order. I had to wait 15 minutes. They were rude and never offered an apology for the wait time. Very bad customer service on their part.

Girl at the drive thru must have taken a couple too many bong trips before her shift. It took several tries to get my order. She realized she forgot something after repeating my order back correctly?! Then had to charge me for additional items. Still missed my drink. They must be recruiting staff from del taco.

They are so stingy with the salad dressing and tortillas. I haven't been to my other favorite locations to see if they have become stingy with their portions also. If you ask for more tortillas there is an xtra charge. I'm not sure about the salad dressing.

If this was a mystery shop, they'd have failed. Very disappointed. From filthy bathrooms, to unmelted cheese in our burritos, I've not had a such an experience with this chain. They couldn't even be bothered to cook dark meat for a family meal... The same set of white meat on their cook top, the entire time we were there, over 30 minutes, almost as if it was just for show... It took over 15 minutes to give us a new set of food... They did remake our burritos, referring to it as "well done"... If the bigger burrito didn't have properly melted cheese, I'd have expected they had changed formulas, but just seemed to be case of carelessness. Stick with chicken. The shreaded beef was simply not their specialty. This was 30 minutes prior to close of the dining room on a Saturday night.

the people that work there are great. but this is the 4th time in a row, over a few months, that the chicken was lacking. 2 times we purchased the family deals and the pieces were really small with barely any meat. Last time the meat was way overcooked. So, we decided to get a double chicken avocado salad, but the meat was hard as a rock and the avocado slices were tiny. And we also ordered 2 Tostados, the double chicken, avocado ones. The meat was dry with no moisture. I ordered the guacamole and chips, the $4 one, and chips were so hard it hurt to eat them. We had gone back a few times thinking it was just a bad day. Now we know NOT to go there, ghat this is their standard.

It was horrible!! I ordered 3 chicken Tacos with cheese and I got the bottom 9f the Barrel of the chicken and it was hard as rock. Its usually good but not so good the night I ordered.... horrible...

Very disappointed. Second time that I've gone through drive-thru and ordered breast and wing but received leg and thigh. Ordered beans but got nothing but juice and no tortillas either. Never going back again!!

Food is not as good as it uses be maybe it’s the location.? The chicken legs look like baby chicken legs 3 bites is about it. Salsa the tomatoes look old celantro needs to be washed it had nasty stuff on it. It was one of my favorite places to eat.

Go to Colliers El Pollo Loco. The crew here doesn't give a fuck about how your food comes out. Plus the One on Collier is cheaper

I ordered two burritos and a taco and asked for salsa. When I get home and open the bag I see that for my three items they gave me one container of salsa. I guess you're experiencing a salsa shortage. Don't worry I won't be coming back.

I ordered food, two weeks ahead of time, to be delivered at 6:15 pm for a party. The food was finally delivered at 7:45 pm and only half of the order arrived. Very disappointed with their service. It took repeated phone calls and trips to their store to get a refund. Will never do business with them again.

Ordered an avocado burrito with no chicken, as I am a vegetarian. After eating a few bites, i noticed a major stomach ache . So i opened up the burrito only to notice it had shredded chicken in it. I specifically requested no chicken, the receipt said no chicken also, yet it was loaded with chicken. I was sick for the rest of the afternoon. Not a good feeling.

We had a bad experience at this pollo loco my husband got salsa from the salsa bar which I poured on my chicken as I took a bite of my chicken it was very disgusting the salsa tasted like sewer water in other words it was so gross I couldn't describe it. I hope I won't get sick. And the very unprofessionalism of the worker's showed once I mentioned it to them they didn't even bother to check the salsa bar they left it so other people that were taking take out left with it. Also we ordered hot chocolate that was so watered down that we ended up just throwing it out.... If this would allow me to post 0 star's I would....

Worse el pollo loco ever! Waited 15mins for a bean and cheese burrito and chicken and cheese quesadilla. Could not even eat the quesadilla, it was full of onions and cilantro, no cheese and maybe 3 small pieces of shredded chicken. The place was filthy and poorly run.

They said delivery is thru the app and they couldn't help. I had taken medication that made it unsafe to drive. The food is literally sitting in their hands and they can't find a way to help? Ridiculous! Then when i picked up my order there was no drink no utensils. The manager was there with a smile. Let's try less smiles and do your job. This issue really needs to be addressed since thry have no idea how to communicate with the app and deliveries.
