I love this location. They’re always nice and greet me. Everywhere with a kiosk ignores you but they always ask if you need any assistance with it. I appreciate that they give you as many salsas as you want. I went to the menifee location and they charged me. Even the app shows $0. Foods always right and I’ll keep coming to this location.

This location has definitely stepped up there game, quality service is hard to find in fast food and I was in the area willing to give them another try. Location was clean and ready for lunch hour, management and team member were working together and ready for rush hour. My food was done just how it needs to be, well portioned, and most importantly FRESH!

The new EoS gym is going to ruin this shopping center. There was no parking for El Pollo Loco or any other store. Food was fine, a little dry but fresh.

The portions have reduced in size, particularly the double chicken tostada. Pricing remains the same.

I go here regularly order the same thing every time. Every time I order two dressings and every time I get one. Then when they call my order is ready they walk away before I get to the counter and I have to sit there and wait for someone to come back up and give me the extra dressing that is on my order / receipt. Very trivial yes, but literally happens every single time. And the whole order at kiosk thing is ridiculous. But blame our ridiculous governor for that.

Dear Pollo Loco Team, I'm writing to share my recent experience at one of your stores, and I hope that my feedback can contribute to improving the customer experience. I recently received a reward code and visited your store with the intention of redeeming it. Unfortunately, my visit did not meet my expectations. Upon arriving at the store, I encountered difficulties in redeeming the reward code. The employees seemed to struggle with the process and were unable to provide assistance in a timely manner. As a result, I left the store without being able to use the reward code and without making a purchase. I believe that improving the training and support for employees in handling reward codes and customer service interactions could greatly enhance the overall customer experience. Additionally, ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to assist customers with promotions and rewards can make a significant difference. I value the quality of your food and have been a loyal customer in the past. I believe that addressing these issues can help retain loyal customers and attract new ones. I hope that my feedback can be used to improve the overall customer experience at your stores. Thank you for taking the time to consider my input. When a customer says "no this or no that" it should be taken seriously. I am allergic to cilantro and onion and my husband is obviously very aware also when he orders food. El Pollo Loco is the only place we've encountered in any area that can't ever seem to get that right. Not only did you put it on the food but it was in an abundance. It wasted the 2nd tortilla and the cheese we paid extra for because who wants to pick onion out of cheese. Food gets cold while picking the unwanted food off. We live in an allergy stricken world, please listen and pay attention.

5 employees walk by absolutely no eye contact no response. No help ordering, Just walked out after being ignored for 10 min.

Another restaurant chain I won't be supporting. Make you order at a touchscreen like a robot, not down for this. When I asked if she can help me directly I was told oh I can help you use it instead of her taking the order. Don't support these places taking away jobs.
