One of the best wienerschnitzel's I've ever been to food came out fast and hot. Really good customer service and good food will definitely be back soon love the chilli cheese fries and burger

Dad and I dined here. Dad ordered hot dogs where I ordered a double hamburger. As for me: the burgers were delicious. Absolutely loved it. As for my dad, he kinda did like his hot dogs but he says he wasn’t a big fan. But he’s willing to try them again some time. Just his opinion. He still likes this place.

Today was the first time in all the years I've been coming here that there was good customer service. I rarely come here for anything else except the ice cream since its a convenient shot after a Home Depot trip. Usually the ice creams are dripping and look like the person scooped it in the cone by hand. Today, the cones looked great and were handed over without a mess everywhere. I'm not sure if the lady at the window was a manager or not but she carried herself like one. Thank you to the window person for finally passing out a good ice cream and for the great customer service.

I tried to call and report this but no one answered and it says it's a Google voicemail. I want to say that the service was great. The gentleman was super nice. But I have attached photos of the corn dog my son ate and I didn't know until he was almost done! This is completely unacceptable and I hope he doesn't get sick! I need someone to follow up on this.

Went through the drive thru this morning at about 10:40am. When your waiting at the window. Your able to can see the cook perfectly. I watched the lady preparing the food. Noticed she had no gloves on. Touching everything, shoved her hand into the the sleeve for the french fries to open it. Still with no gloves on! Wiped her hands on her clothes and then continued to touch food. We were at the window for about 4 minutes and the whole time. She never had gloves on or washed her freaking hands. That will be my last visit

Well...I wasn't feeling well at all so I told my kids to pick whatever food they wanted and they chose chili cheese dogs. No problem. I sat through the drive thru and fought with the A.I. ordering machine before a lady came over the intercom seeming irritated and wanting to get through this order. Mind you its 9:45 at night, they are totally dead with no other customers in sight. I ordered 6 chili cheese dogs, a chicago dog, 2 ice cream cones and a small Jalapeño poppers. I got my food for $51 dollars. Drove the 16 minutes home...opened my chili dogs that cost me over $50 dollars and this is what i saw. Terrible. Zero chili and just a bunch of onions and a half slice of cheese on each dog. I called to ask for them to be remade and the lady on staff just got immediate attitude and told me to "take it up with the manager in the morning and id better be prepared to bring back all of my product then" basically questioning me like I was lying looking for free food. No problem. Had my son drive all the way back immediately. Zero out of ten

I am beyond frustrated with the customer service I received trying to resolve a simple issue! Last night, I ordered 2 double chili cheeseburgers but received 2 singles instead. I didn’t realize the mistake until the store was closing and, being at work, I didn’t have time to go back to fix it. So, I tried handling it today. From the very start, the experience was absolutely unacceptable. When I called and asked to speak to the manager, the person on the line acted like they couldn’t hear me and then hung up. I called back, and each time, they just said “hello” before hanging up again—this happened three times! I even tried calling privately, hoping someone would actually speak to me and resolve the issue, but it kept getting pushed to voicemail. Finally, I asked to speak to Ashley, the assistant manager, and when I asked for her by name, the staff on the line referred to my husband’s name (which is what apparently shows on the caller ID) and said they are now blocking me! This is, without a doubt, the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I came here because I usually leave good reviews, but this experience will absolutely be reflected in my feedback. Be warned: this place is completely unprofessional and unwilling to correct even the simplest mistakes

I went through the drive through for the very first time experienced and “ automated server “ to take my order. Asked for a corn dog & she asked if I would like to upgrade. I asked the price she stated the price and then I told her no thank you. I then said can I have 50 cups of ice water and the employee then intervened and said thank you have a nice day. I said excuse me why? He said we don’t play with orders . I explained I never experienced and automated server. He said it’s AI. I asked if it was different then i apologied and then I proceeded to try and place my order. He cut me off and said bye have a nice day. I pulled up to the window and of course no one was there. Went to the main door where he walks over and takes the pins out of the door to lock them. Then walks away as if I was aggressive or anything and he was in fear of his life. The store sign says “ open “ and it’s within operating hours. He then stands behind the counter and makes a phone call. A family of 3 walks up to try and open the door and it’s still locked . They walked around to see if anyone was inside and the associate was standing behind the counter on the phone. The family was disappointed and left.

Updated visit… had to remove my five star review to give you one star based on the quality of the food. Here is what I posted in the survey. I could not submit the survey without adding my personal information, which I refused to do so I’m posting it here instead: The young man that was helping me with my order at the drive-through window was perfect. However, the food was horrible. It seemed that there was a bad mood throughout the restaurant. A heavyset woman was standing around as if she was the boss looking over things. I don’t really know what was the problem, but I did not like that negative attitude she seemed to have. I think it was rubbing off on everybody else. Then, we were disappointed…The food — fries were undercooked and the food tasted terrible. There wasn’t enough cheese, the hot dogs didn’t seem fresh and it was generally very poor quality. Plus, a small bug came from the wrapper after we tried to eat. What happened to this place? It used to be good.

Stop by here last nighy after long hours of work . 1 1/2 drive from work to home . On 7/2/25 and wasnt nice experience. I ask my brother if he wanted chile dogs and said yes. So did my order and heading to the cashier when i realize dont have enough cash, i have large bills. I always keep my change incase i needed it. Well it calls for it. My total is $15.98. I have 7dollars bill and so the rest i paid in quartes. Its not my fault the cashier is slow on counting and already uncomfortable of giving them coins and then this female came and yell and said next time to go inside, and told her there will be no next time after you yell at me by the window for 16.00dollars worth. So no more visit for me a while.
