The multiple times I have come in. The food has been great. They are really generous with their portions. And have some really good deals Mon - thurs especially with the buy one get one free offers, which includes musubi, Boba milk tea, boba Thai tea, boba lemon tea & fountain drinks. Customer service is great too!

I love the old style setup. My boyfriend took me here and was very excited for me to try the food. He loves that they don’t change anything as far as the decor. It keeps the place original. We waited patiently for about 20 mins. Our food was fresh, hot and delicious!! I loved the Thai tea and they even had a buy one get one free special on the boba teas :) Also great customer service from the lady at the register, very patient as we decided.

The prices are a bit on the high side ($9 for a chicken combo plate, $11 w drink). I'll still go back when I am in the mood for some Hawaiian food, just don't expect one of the best Hawaiian food experiences.

The food here is really good. Love the chicken and ribs, but they are so so slow. Today it took 18 minutes to get a rub mini meal.... and it's it weird that with a take out order they don't give you a fork or napkins?

used to love this place, but the quality has seriously deteriorated. last 5 orders, not one was of decent quality meat and/or it was all fat and burnt. I always get the barbeque mix. oh well, so much for my favorite restaurant

Prices are good. Potions are hearty. But like the other reviews say, service and quality of the food is spotty at best. Sometimes it's great! And then there are other times when it's regrettably not so great. Wait times are variable so it's always a gamble coming here for a meal.

I walked in for lunch about 1pm and it took almost 30 min for my order. It was very hot and stuffy inside. No where to wait n sit, and my bbq ribs were like warm at best and tastes like they were defrosted n frozen a few time, inedible ! The girl at the register was polite courteous .

I actually told your guy at the register that my chicken was burnt and I waited for over 25+ minutes, and I wasn't waiting any longer.

I gave them a chance , opened my food and literal bugs came out !!! THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN ITS A PANDEMIC BREEDING ZONE . 🤮🤢
