Panera Bread

The staff at this panera bread are always so sweet and helpful. Today I went thru the drive thru extra hungry and I couldn't really focus on placing my order, but Shannon took my order so patiently and helped me receive my free item with the special they had going on.. Good job to Shannon 👏also everything was yummy like always.

We eat there often, especially because everyone that works there is exceptional and the food and portions are great. The fellow that was working there in the evening of 3/30 was amazing and did all to see we were given great customer care. Thanks!

There's always a mess of water on the counter sink and the toilets have stains where I have had to clean the toilet seat very well before I sit. Thankfully I always carry baby wipes with me.

Young lady by the name of Shannon helped out made first time experience amazing she offered the greatest help her customer service is excellent 👌🏽👍🏽 explained the menu very well and actually took the time to show us pastries and the bread bowl with the soup she offered was fantastic 😊 thank you Shannon for making me and my family very happy and explaining the menu items and the teas are very tasty 😋

Edit: almost every time I’ve been back since has been a much more pleasant experience. -I’m not sure what is going on at this location but I got trapped in the drive thru lane for over 40 mins (updating time as I sit here) and all I ordered was a chili and lemonade.-

They messed up my order and when I brought it to window the young man huffed about remaking it! You screwed up not me 🫤I would just eaten it but the avocado was smashed in it. Other than that the girls where great! Grated with a smile and helped me sign up for reward club 👍

My sandwich was not right the last two times. However I went back to fix the one I ordered for lunch and the opening Manager was great and fixed it. That is what great service is about. Its not about things being always right it how people handle things when they are wrong. Ill keep going back for good food but the better service.

I love ordering the spinach and egg white with avocado for breakfast, but this time I asked to get the everything bagel versus the multi-grain flat. I gave it three stars for service because I miss when the food would be brought to your table. I also don't like that the vibration on the number square is too high. I also like ordering the Carmel iced Latte with extra caramel. Thank you to the individuals who did a good job preparing my breakfast. It does matter when kitchen prep take their time and care how to food is made.

I stopped here for lunch and ordered the Baja bowl with chicken and a green passion smoothie to go with it. The food was delicious and the smoothie was really flavorful and put me in a great mood. The only complaint I have is that when searching for a table to sit at I noticed a lot of them had crumbs and leftover food on them other then that I enjoyed my lunch.

Workers are a little rude. My boyfriend and I have gone twice now, and both times we had to remind them about our drinks. My boyfriend was disappointed with the amount of meat on his sandwich for the price he paid. It was delicious nonetheless. Customer service just really needs to be improved.

The food was OK, but they were missing a lot of things. It was a little bit weird. They told us that they had no more foam for the coffee. I wouldn’t be surprised they bought foam in a jar or something. But that’s weird because you make foam out of the milk when it’s hot. Also, they forgot to put some things on our food. But the staff was very friendly.

This location (Lake Elsinore) is always out of something!! Out of ice, carbonation, hot water, cups, cheese? Learn to order, you are in business, if your order person can't do the job, get a new one! I had such high hopes for this location, it's close to my work, I'd like to run and get something before work. But they make it impossible.

They missed one of the items on my order, absolutely no effort put it whatsoever, either they need to train them better or just get new staff

I use the self order kiosks so there would not be any confusion as to how I wanted my meal. Plain and dry. Instead I received a giant heaping load of grass on top of my requested plain tuna sandwich. Don't leave here without checking your order.

I decided to post this review because it was so odd. I ordered a roast turkey and avocado sandwich through the Panera rapid pickup app. When I got to work and started eating it I realized they forgot the TURKEY!!! Now I ask myself who orders a turkey and avocado sandwich for $11.39 but then asks for no turkey? What could this sandwich maker been thinking?

This Panerai bread DOES NOT CARE, and it shows in everything they make. This place never ceases to be a disappointment. Every time we go here, there is an issue with our order, and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME. My mom ordered a tuna sandwich, and there is barely any tuna on the sandwich, and it is not spread over the sandwich. Go to Jersey Mike's off Dexter on the other side of the 15. At least they give you an amount of meat that you can actually taste. Lol, overpriced bread sandwich! What a shame!

Ordered online and my whole order was completely changed. I should've checked before I left but what in hell. Never ordering from this location again or any Panera online again either the employees didn't have it figured out or the online order system is screwed.

I never write reviews but the Panera in lake Elsinore changed that. No matter what time whether there is one car or 3 the wait time is ridiculous. I waited over 15 minute for my order. I waited 8 minutes before someone took my order then another 5 minutes to get my change back and my food when all that was ordered was a bagel. I’m not sure if there’s only one person back there (Jessica) she was nice but took to long to take an order and give back my change.

Zero service at front counter for food not available at kiosk. Then checkout asks for tip after someone finally got someone. Half hour still waiting on food. Raise prices and lower service. There's your combo meal. Still waiting.

ordered ahead on the app 2 hours in advance for drive through take out and ended up waiting for about 10 minutes before even making it to the window. if you can’t handle drive through don’t do drive through.

On my way to the beach and decided to stop for Panera breakfast the young woman taking my order was okay she just forgot my cream cheese with my bagel and gave me milk and said it was iced coffee. The lines always long for mid food and the slowest customer service. Like it’s okay if the waits long just don’t look at me like it’s cause of me.

I'm not one to usually complain but the service was worth bringing to attention. I ordered an ice coffee and cinnamon roll. I received my ice coffee which didn't have the creamer I asked for. When asked to add creamer, the cashier gave an attitude and said she wasn't told it needed creamer. She gave it back with some creamer in but left me waiting for a minute for a straw. The attitude I was met with has deterred me from coming back. Poor customer service

I recently visited the Panera Bread in Lake Elsinore, and it was an experience I wish I could forget. From the moment I walked in, I was hit with a smell that resembled a skunk. It was so overpowering that I almost turned around and left right then and there. Determined to give it a chance, I decided to stay. Big mistake. The service was excruciatingly slow. I waited in line for what felt like an eternity, only to see the employees handling food without any proper precautions. No gloves, no hairnets – it was shocking. When I finally got my order, I couldn't bring myself to eat it. The whole place felt unsanitary, and the skunk-like odor lingered in the air. I left hungry and disappointed. I won't be returning to this Panera Bread anytime soon.

Not really impressed with this location. Bread was extremely tough. Sandwich was over oily.. employees not even clocked in are blocking the serving counter chatting with staff trying to work....I also stood at the front counter for 15 mins and nobody came to help me. Quite honestly the building should be sold to .port of subs at least they have customer service and good bread

1st time at Panera Bread. Employees seemed to be more interested in being on their PHONES.. I was never called to pick up my order, by the time I got it the hot sandwiches were cold. The soup was way salty, not to mention the restaurant was very un-clean, IE dirty tables, food on the floor, filthy windows and filthy hand prints on the walls.

Food was ok until the food poisoning set in but I ordered curbside delivery, when I arrived I let them know via text and email. I waited 15 minutes and no food so I went inside only to find out they either lost my order or they gave it to someone else so I had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. I had to update this review because after everything I went through getting the order it ended up giving my wife food poisoning. Do not order the onion soup unless you want to spend 8-10 hour vomiting. My daughter and I are fine but we had broccoli and cheese my wife on the other hand not so lucky.
