My parents went to this one, and the service was just as bad as the food. The girl was very rude about the food ordered. The supervisor yelled at my parents not to treat her workers that way, when it was in fact the worker who was rude, and told my parents to never go back there. My parents are elderly and shouldn't have been treated that way. The food they got was not any better. The chicken was overcooked and very hard.

So I ordered the $50 family meal regular style. Came with two things of mashed potatoes and two things of coleslaw and a box of biscuits and chicken that were legs and thighs. Overall not worth the price it's just Kentucky Fried Chicken biscuits were soft enough though and coleslaw was fine. I might suggest you go with the $5 meal if you have more people to feed since you get the same amount for less money in the long term. Restaurant was clean staff was nice enough couldn't necessarily get into the restrooms but there's a hand sanitizer station by the counter.

Worst customer service. The lady named Claudia without teeth was extremely rude. I run a business and I’m all about customer service but the treatment I received was horrible. First of all I ordered on kiosk never got my food call I never paid for it which my bank statement slshowed otherwise then she served the food and didn’t say a word after not letting me know. My food is ready didn’t give me the drink. I asked for either.

Every time I go here the lady at the register has a terrible attitude. The chicken is always stale and undercooked and the mashed potatoes taste like they were made with water straight from the sewer. Idk maybe it's the negative energy flying around all of the food but I feel as though kfc is a lost cause in general. The food is not what it used to be no matter the location. I definitely won't be wasting my money here again.

Kfc is so expensive & not worth it when your food is STALE, everytime I come i try to tell myself maybe its just a one off day, but no food is stale. Like its been sitting there all day. This location needs to do better

They are rude every time you ask for more then 3 sauces even if it’s a large order. I went threw the drive thru and they said they gave me my sauces and once I got home .. of course they did not ! Done with this kfc location .

ordered a bucket it bucket with gravy dipping cup. gave us a tender combo and told us they don’t do gravy dipping cups when i see it on the menu? order was completely wrong and not what i wanted at all. i don’t understand how hard it is, ive been here twice and had a horrible experience both times

How is this KFC still open? It was amazing when it was a buffet! Now it’s straight garbage! Not worth the stop. Let’s not forget the 20$ an hour employee that can’t even get an order right.

🤮 I would give this place a 0stars if I could! We are literally having dinner when serving more coleslaw and I find there to be a bugs tali like a cockroach ! Inside the food! Silvia the employee told me it was a piece of bean when they don’t even sell beans!!!

Super unprofessional I got a chicken sandwich and it had way too much mayonnaise on it so no I asked for another one with light mayo, she grabbed it and said what you don't like Mayo!?? and then told the manager "he said to here was too much Mayo on it! So she came back w a attitude telling me next time you gotta say that when you order it ! I said yeah ok ! I then asked for a side of pickles and she charged me $2.16 for a side of pickles. Not sure if that was the real price I paid it . They should have a better attitude towards customers. The older heavyset lady had a worse attitude that's probably why she's not a manager.

Buffet closes at 8pm. Even on a Friday night. Dining room is open until 9pm...... not a true buffet when you get only 2 peices of chicken and you have to pay if you want another piece.
